Not just $77k. In the complaint, didn't you catch the $250k he made from pumping and dumping in December? "Associate", in my opinion, probably means girlfriend or roommate (that's a close friend). Or the fact that he said a product was offered that didn't even exist? Or the fact that he bought someone else's product and just attached his logo, sold it at a huge profit, and it didn't do what he claimed it would (IPTV vs. internet access)?
