Shaking the tree a bit.
My thoughts exactly. Shorts must be squirming!

Consolidation is good. Strong hands are accumulating.
Wonder if we test a penny today?
This is such an exciting time for us shareholders, both new and old!
It's been a while my friend. Nice to see you chime in. I too needed some time away so I can't blame you there. It can test your patience when investing in sub penny stocks. I have always felt optimistic about MediaG3 and I am excited to see the highly anticipated 10-K. The shorts are going to be forced to cover sooner than later. http://otcshortreport.com/MDGC tic tic tic BOOM!
Good luck to my fellow MDGC investors! This is a great time of celebration as I have been in this stock for a long time and can finally say Kermit had it all wrong...it's easy being GREEN!
One can only fathom what the future holds for MediaG3 MDGC.
With the incredible buying at the ASK and support at the BID, regardless of blatant attempts to push her down, MDGC kept climbing and has been for several days now.
Someone has some faith in this company.
Good luck to all of my fellow shareholders.
Obvious bid whacks trying to stop the momentum.
"Hard to stop MDGC this morning as its' getting its' ASK kicked!"
(Thanks for the quote Matt) LOL
Myself and many fellow longs are indeed smiling with the recent rise in pps.
MDGC is certainly trading thin these days and many of us feel that is because most shares are in solid hands.
I really want to see something concrete from MediaG3.
Hoping this 10K has something substantial.
Well said colemano! As a shareholder in MediaG3 MDGC, your post sums up my feelings and anticipation.
It would be nice to see something substantial and more importantly "verifiable."
This company made my stomach churn at the mere thought so I have paid it no attention.
My brother called the other day and suggested I look at the run it was making.
Interesting trading on MDGC these past few days.
I would like to see some concrete information from MediaG3 and solidify these green steps up.
Interesting. What's the motive behind digging up information from so many years ago? Just curious myself. It's obvious that today's MediaG3 is under different management and in a completely different field. Only the name is the same.
Cass, my mistake on stating Nevada SOS.
Idaho SOS is my reference along with previous statements from yourself indicating Anzalone was at the helm until early 2010.
As discussed previously by others, I do not believe that the IP was Seattle, Washington as Speedtest.net would indicate.
If you read into Speedtest.net's IP collection info, it is not uncommon for the information to be far from accurate for location if the service is relatively new.
In some cases, for security and privacy reasons, you IP can be defaulted to the location of your ISP.
At this point I believe that MediaG3 is testing out their network as indicated. Since NO ONE knows the exact details of the service or technology they are testing, we are left to toss around theories. If you look at a typical WISP, the provider issues an IP. For security of the customer and network, a login and password are typically required. If MediaG3 is limiting their exposure then the laptop could have used the same login and password to connect to the service that was being used by the desktop in the first set of tests. This would also duplicate the IP if the host assigned it in such a manner. This is EXACTLY how service providers monitor usage and control service.
Looks like a post of opinions and NOT fact as implied.
Legal documents filed with the Nevada Secretary of State disprove your theory of when Val Westergard assumed control of MediaG3.
Add to that the fact that Joseph Anzalone was in control once William Yuan left as supported by numerous PR's.
As Cass pointed out, several wireless networks were probably available in the area of the tests. One of two circumstances may have taken place. Either Jus1 logged into a password protected wireless connection, or he logged into a remote desktop allowing him to have the same IP. We used this frequently with my former employer. Maybe Jus1dering can shed some light on things? I can simply provide you with what will result in the same IP.
Did he login to a WiFi Hotspot? http://compnetworking.about.com/od/wirelesshotspots/a/wifihotspots.htm
Did he login to a local WISP?
Only the individual that was present can answer this.
Making illogical assumptions proves nothing.
We could debate this as there are several potential explanations.
Food for thought, maybe the desktop tests were run inside of the building, while the wireless laptop tests were run in the parking garage at or near the same building?
Here is my opinion: We know that ZAYO is providing fiber to MediaG3. 360Networks is owned by ZAYO which is an explanation for the IP address being shown as 360. MediaG3 claims to be testing their WiFi Hotspots in Boise so I believe it is plausible that both tests were done on MediaG3's service as suggested. The first test was done on a desktop computer which is connecting to the service via a network adapter for the WiFi service. The second test was performed via a laptop connected to a WiFi Hotspot. Both very impressive speeds! The problem with the videos is that they do not include the details required to support such an argument. My opinion could be correct or it may be incorrect. There simply isn't enough evidence in the videos provided to substantiate one claim or the other.
Are you sure?
My money says MDGC will open some eyes in February.
Not for you.
Thanks for sharing.
The one from your laptop certainly got my attention.
If things pan out as I believe they will, students at Boise State University will be very happy with their iWiFi service.
I saw the 10mil shares at 14 swoop in for the block.
MM's halting any run?
Interesting to see the PPS make this move.
Someone took a BIG bite out of the resistance at 14.
**EDIT** Someone stepped in and is trying to cap it at 13. LOL
This is my first chance to jump in and check the forum and stock today. Very positive reaction to the NEWS from MediaG3 MDGC! Nice to see the stock up 20% with 22.3 million shares traded today. Good luck to us longs. We have been patient and it appears to be paying off as the company is making the right moves for the future. I have enjoyed the updates Val has been providing over the past few months and hope they continue as the picture is slowly becoming clearer with each development.

NEWS: MediaG3 Completes Definitive Agreement on LOI to Secure Funding for Wireless Broadband Build-outs
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/mediag3-completes-definitive-agreement-on-loi-to-secure-funding-for-wireless-broadband-build-outs-133646538.html
BOISE, Idaho, Nov. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MediaG3, Inc. (OTCPK: MDGC), a provider of wireless broadband solutions has completed the Letter Of Intent announced on Sept. 20, 2011 with Competitive Companies, Inc. (OTCBB: CCOP) through a definitive agreement known as "The Wytec Purchase Agreement".
The Wytec Purchase Agreement will provide funding to MediaG3 through the purchase of Wytec International, Inc., owner of five U.S. "world class" patents directly involved in the development of carrier grade mobile broadband delivery. "This agreement combines MediaG3's knowledge and application of technology, 'proprietary' network design, engineering, software and deployment with CCI's experience in wireless technology, funding, management, back-office, customer and tech support," said CEO, Val Westergard.
Westergard went on to say: "This agreement provides MediaG3 with funding, retains use of patented technology, restores shareholder confidence and sets the stage to grow revenue quickly as we deploy 'proprietary' networks throughout the USA. This agreement creates a complimentary and mutually beneficial infusion of talent and technology, bringing much greater potential value to both companies and their shareholders. We are excited about the supportive and inter-dependent relationship we now have with William Gray and his team at CCI."
MediaG3's network is on in selected areas in Boise and they expect to be offering 4G+ services to the public by February 1, 2012. Wireless Wisconsin expects to be offering the service in Eau Claire by March 1, 2012. Both operations plan to be utilizing "carrier grade" authentication software enabling full integration for most fixed and mobile devices. Thus both companies expect to have rapid revenue development within months instead of years.

I looked over http://wisconsinwireless.org and would like to know why you believe they are relevant to MediaG3 and Competitive Companies Inc?
They are a non-profit org that has very little activity.
Wireless Wisconsin LLC http://www.wirelesswisconsin.net is the wholly owned subsidary of Competitive Companies Inc and according to the PR today, will be providing the new services including the Wytec technology described in this PR.
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/competitive-companies-inc-acquires-wytec-international-inc-133608753.html
Your post introduced an organization that was not mentioned in the PR and is simply a cause for confusion.
In regards to the claim of 'spin doctoring', I would suggest reading the statement in the PR as it is very clear to me.
This is the second best outcome for MediaG3 and their shareholders!
The first would have been monetizing the patents by enforcing them.
Ofcourse that takes some money to put in motion and certainly takes a long time before they would see anything in return.
We know that this is a cash poor company so option one was certainly not a viable option.
The second is what has taken place.
MediaG3 has negotiated a mutual agreement with CCOP that provides them with 'license free' use of the Wytec Patents, now and in the future after improvements as indicated by CCOP CEO William Gray and MDGC CEO Val Westergard, in addition to capital investments by Competitive Companies Inc.
This is excellent as it is as good as owning the patents AND they will receive income from the deal.
Capital Investment: Money invested in a business venture with an expectation of income, and recovered through earnings generated by the business over several years. It is generally understood to be used for capital expenditure rather than for day-to-day operations (working capital) or other expenses.
Thanks kertz!
I like that we now see dates of expected public service offerings from both MediaG3 and Wireless Wisconsin. This is a big step for MDGC and CCOP. I would love to know the details regarding the 'capital investment' from Competitive Companies Inc.
Cassandra, I still have the PM exchange. My response to you was telling you I no longer desired responses from you.
I blocked you after that PM.
It required no response from you, but I blocked you just incase you desired to ram your opinion down my throat once again.
You even attempted to use my religion against me.
That is why I decided it was my best interest NOT to associate with an individual such as yourself via PM.
Ofcourse I was NEVER threatening as I am an honest individual who invested in a speculative stock.
That is exactly why IHUB offers the ability for individuals to block others from contacting them and harassing them. No one deserves that.
I posted in this forum suggesting that you block individuals harassing you as well.
What you are asking IHUB to do is bypass this ability so that you can continue to exchange PM's with someone you claim is harassing you or threatening you? Makes no sense to me.
That is all I have to say on the subject.
Block the individual that is sending you threatening PM's.
That seem like a simple solution to me.
I have blocked several IH members from PM'ing me as IH has provided that right.
Having to read the garbage on some boards is enough, but when you get harassed via PM regarding religion etc, that is completely OT.
IH has a set of guidelines that must be followed when posting, but it appears the same rules certainly do not apply to PM's.
Just block them and be done with it.

Welcome. Here is a link to a shot of L2 yesterday.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=68740403
LAFC is typically near the bottom but they appear to be catching shares at .0008 today.
Your guess is as good as mine LEAM.
99% of the time the MM wins out.
They can manipulate the share price to instill panic or create excitement.
MM's will trade back and forth all day to set things up the way they want.
L2 has certainly been entertaining for MDGC today.
A 250,000 block moved between NITE and ET three times in the past 10 minutes. LOL
MDGC L2 has been an MM game the past few minutes.
Watching NITE move from .0009 BID to .0009 ASK and back again.
Now NITE is back on the ASK at .0009 hiding behind 5000.
MDGC MediaG3 +62.5% on solid volume!
