Not negative - realistic - there is good coming - just warning peeps that it ain't coming this week and that there are some potential ZINGERS to look out for. I've flipped out 1/2 of losses and continue to flip out. Win - loose - loose - win - ect... Patience is hard.

Oh yea - If there is one thing I've leared about this one - it is that it moves under forces that are not normal. It is manipulated by BIG chasers that won and lost - they are relentless in playing this - they live for it - and they have BIG MONEY. Company too distracted to care about PPS and join battle. So it is just you and me and a few others. You can't beat 'em - you can only try to move with them. Conventional wisdom useless.

Big Pockets that move this where ever they want it to. They are fiercely competing big gun day traders with computers that clock at speeds that would turn the head of Bill Gates. They play against each other and wait for the big fish and compete for the winnings.

Only way to play is "with" them.

I think the money guys will settle down for a while. They come and go. They were here and will move to sidelines for a while (3-6 months). Won't see 34 pps for a while in my opinion.

Can anyone figure out the terms of this new loan ? I can't figure out if company pays interest only or principal is paid down too. This appears to be a 5 year loan with the ability to borrow 100 million more. In credit card speak, it looks like they got the monthly payment down and increased the credit limit. If they are only paying interest then there is no reason to rejoice here unless they plan on taking a vacation or buying a boat and then declare BK.

They see the other 99% of thier portfollio in other vehicles.

I said it is a penny stock to me. The reason I say that is because I used to trade it like a mad man when it was 40 cents, 19 cents even 12 cents. It was trading below 50 cents for over a year (maybe two). Under a buck for three years I think.

You guys will hopefully not find out that this thing is VERY VERY DANGEROUS just like a penny stock. The company is in no position to make any decisions aimed at improving shareholder equity. Company is in a deep deep hole. This latest round of activity is not going to get them out - it just means the hole isn't going to be filled in this year. It buys time and much time is still needed. Labor will be taking a further hit to morale. Equipment will continue to age. Desparate measures will most likely need to be taken at some point before year end.

Do not think I am bashing. Ihub chatter has no bearing on the price or volume of this stock. Nothing I say matters.

"...YRCW is unique" - yes it sure is. Probably one of the most important things to understand here. It may be on the Nasdaq but it is still a penny to me. A 4.5 billion dollar penny stock - nothing like it.
