Statements with regard to holding this stock for 4 years are irrelevant to the "normal" trader. That's some special investor club and not anywhere close to mirroring how many retail traders trade (from day traders to position traders). Congrats all the same on your profits. It's a bit early to call the top, but I will admit, it's looking a bit weak..and if it doesn't shape up in a time and/or price fashion I'll be closing my position as well.
Short interest PERCENT is irrelevant when you're talking roughly 183k shares(1.93% of the float). A difference of plus or minus 20k isn't going to cripple this stock.
What's the BS talk about a reverse split? Has this company failed to meet the NASDAQ listing requirements (such as having a price per share of under $1)? No, so how does reverse split even become a thought to post about at this point in time?
Some people have crystal balls regarding earnings. Please let me know what the specific earnings numbers will be. If you haven't looked at the financials, you may want to. They're not exactly all "bad". And if you think that "bad" earnings has ever stopped a stock from continuing it's upward trend, then you really should stop posting earnings comments until you realize it's only one piece of a complex puzzle and it in no ways bares a direct correlation with current or future price.
Btw, the float is 15.7mil and the shares outstanding is 44.1mil. Do your research as to when this is good or bad.
Have a great holiday weekend.
Why is everyone stuck on $5? Ramping for higher by the looks.
$5 & $10 are possible if factors lead to another price spike. This is a long term hold to reap the rewards. Definitely need to cross north of some solid moving averages and hold that before getting too optimistic. That being said, I am neither optimistic or pessimistic. I am cautious...
2017 potential targets...don't get too greedy.
1) If the stock sets up for a ludicrous price run: $18-20
2) Where hype could take this: $7-10
3) High analyst estimate: $5.50
Looking like a repeat bullish "sleeper" stock.
Wow....investorshub has some REAL charts now (tradingview). Nice! GL $MEET longs! Going to be a good month.
This stock ($ARGS) is looking hotter by the day....but hasn't received any iHub attn in over two weeks? Interesting. Over 1200 watchers on stocktwits though.
Riding with the whales!
On watch as well. Looks like a pull back at the moment. Still several months away from revealing it's true colors imho.
Insiders did buy a lot back, buuuuut
Tomorrow is earnings. Check out what happens to $MEET the day of and after earnings. It usually tanks a bit. Just an observation. And tomorrow is earnings....
Btw...$GRPN is off my watchlist. Tanked too much.
$ANGI is still on...but won't be a home run (>25% return). 10% when it breaks out...if it breaks out.
Trade safe!
Suberizedwrx
$GRPN No longer a buy. Never should have been upon reevaluation. GL longs.
$GRPN she's still a possible buy as long as she doesn't tank more and rebounds over recent highs.
GLHF
Dangerous to buy imho.
Count ALL the Form 4's since Jan 2016. 99% insider selling!
Could the insiders be wrong....haha...maybe...but probably not. Especially since it was a "herd" of them.
GLHF
Angies List and Groupon look like better decisions for the month to month swing trader.
It's always OK to pass on a stock. I passed on JSDA...insider trading was good...price pattern and strength was good.....but cocoalemon (I interpreted that as being chocolate lemon) flavor for their new drink....yuck! So I didn't get in. DOH! They meant Coconut!!!! And it took off as predicted based on price / strength. Oh well next time. But the writing looks like it's on the wall for the insiders on this one.
Bullish. A lot of big money here (do your research...it's here on iHub). A break down below certain price pts would be bad...but pullback to some point is ok. Other than that we're waiting for is a breakout. Def 10% profit. Would est more if stock wasn't so near to $10/share. Big money doesn't need the price to soar to make more big money....so 10% is a nice conservative profit at this price point. Price and volume high enough for big money as well...
This is a stock for whales or retail traders with deeper pockets $50K+. GLHF!

Looks good except the insiders are selling out big time...
Right on. Been sitting on this one for too long. Finally got out last week. Sweet return! Looking to reenter $THM if pattern, strength and gold hold up.

Wow...this stock was a sleeper. Not even on stocktwits. Pays to have your own system to find these plays. ;) In 46. Out n 74.

Hello nrcmedia. Read some of your posts. Particularly interested in how you weed out the producing/almost producing lithium miners. Just bought some stock in a miner that hasn't started mining (HMGLF). Might have been a bad move (not mining...pink sheet liquidity/market maker) except for the price action, pattern, indicators and news. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
Definitely "next month"! Let me know which month next month is specifically. ;)
Indeed. Just stating all the steps that the scammers went through to take everyone's money. ;)
Step one: FFGO...make it pop so people make profit
Step two: Talk about HGLC as a sister company so all those that profited from the FFGO pop will put ALL their $$$ in HGLC.
Step three: HGLC was a total scam and insiders knew it. Take the stupid stockholder $$$ and run.
Step four: Buy 3333 shares at $.001 (a whopping $3.33) every so often to get stupid share holders excited.
Did my [restricted share] research. Looks like RSUs don't have a conversion price. They're an employee incentive and turn into common shares to be sold when they vest. So RSUs converting for free is normal. Too bad the insiders are getting rid of them though. No confidence to hold their company stock?
H.C. Wainwright
1) June 19 2014: Stated VGZ had a target of $1.25! Market price was $0.53 and price fell from there!
2) June 29 2015: Stated VGZ had a target of $0.50. Market price is ~$0.30. Wondering where VGZ is going now...
Not really a believer in H.C. at the moment based on their gross over estimation in 2014.
VGZ earnings on the 28th of this month....should be interesting...
Again...disturbing to see insiders converting [restricted stock units] to common shares for a conversion price of $0.00. And immediately selling to the market at $0.29 for each share.
Example: August 10, 2015 Form 4 by Engele John F [Senior VP - CFO]
Converted 18068 [restricted stock units for a $0.00 conversion price] to common shares and sold 6270 of them for $0.29.
From the latest Form 4 I have read, each RSU that VGZ management has converts to 1 common share at no cost to convert/exercise, thus making the common share pure profit for the inside seller when they turn around and sell it at market value.
Thus...at current time ~26 cents per share to sell at no cost to get the shares.
Again...the math for me is, I buy VGZ for XX cents today....it goes down by YY cents tomorrow. My account goes down in value. These guys have RSU (basically a way to get free shares). They convert these shares to common (dilution) and begin selling these shares on the retail market for pure profit.
A little unsettling when I see other companies that have derivatives with exercise prices at market value (not free like it appears with VGZ RSU). It doesn't feel like VGZ is playing fair. If you can show me where the RSU to common has some kind of cost to VGZ management before they sell it to the retailer I'd be all ears....but thus far it's looking like:
<Retail trader already invested in VGZ perspective>
Dilution via RSU to common share conversion by VGZ management. Why would I buy more shares of VGZ with the following in mind (see next perspective)..
<Retail trader not invested in VGZ perspective>
Dilution...and why would I buy shares knowing management will at some point be selling their own shares at market value that they got for free?
<VGZ management perspective>
Pure profit by selling shares shares we obtained for free to the retailer at market price. I hope the retailer doesn't read the Form 4 (sarcasm).
Thanks. I'll look into the footnotes.
Clarify. TIA.
Yeah, well...some companies do play fair when it comes to stock holders equity. This just isn't one of them. Sad when one's eyes finally open to this.
Read the Form 4's. Insiders are getting shares for free.

How many of you retail traders bought 160714 shares for $0?! No one! So why do these guys get to do that? Confidence in company growth would mean insiders would buy shares at market value, knowing that the probability to appreciate is high. Getting shares for free....that's just us (average joe) giving them $$$ for nothing that can be attached for performance when the insiders decide to sell at ZERO market risk to themselves. No thanks!

Ready, set, rant!
Anyone care to clarify the multiple SEC Form 4 the VGZ top dogs are filing?!
Looks like they're exercising the right to buy shares of VGZ for $0 cost to them and reselling to the retailer (you and I) for approximately 28 cents per share. Can anyone prove this wrong?!
I'm "invested" deep in VGZ. Pissed if these guys are getting shares for free and selling them back! If that's the case they need to grow a pair and vest at an exercise PRICE that reflects the price of the stock's current market value or more!
Anyone feel me on this?! If you're confused, look under the "NEWS" for VGZ on iHub and note all the "statement of changes in beneficial ownership" where ALL the derivative exercise prices are $0!!! Free shares?! And then you turn around and sell them for 28x profit?!
I'm definitely not helping these guys make any more money off my retail trades!
When a real company like $AGEN posts Form 4, they actually have a conversion price that makes sense (see the one on 7/2/2015 @ 2:22pm where Tom Dechaene gets himself some derivatives with an option to exercise at a price of $7.23....NOT FREE like VGZ management. God help the retailer that doesn't see this....).
Rant over
BEING PUMPED! Got a Whatsapp message to buy this stock. What a load of BS. Company only has $25k in cash and all other stats are N/A on yahoo finance!? Terrible.

Still hyping this stock?!
SevenTenEleven?! Shorts showing their hand? What? Just words if you can't post a valid link.
I used to be a hopeful...but honestly you all (including myself) got SCAMMED.
Stop posting old news. You're delusional hopefuls or wanna be pumpers.
HGLC will take your money and you'll never have a bid to attempt to get it back. At least that's be the REAL story for YEEEEAAAARRRRSS. There was a blip of volume earlier this year but that's all!
Here's a challenge for you hopefuls. Everyday that there's a BID of .0001 post on this message board and let that be the only time. If you really need to make ludicrous comments about this stock coming back or getting your divi let it be backed by FIRST a BID and second some REAL volume! Nuff said!
Anyone still believing that this stock will come back and change their life is obviously showing their narrow-sightedness. Don't follow them. Pay some money and follow a proven mentor or develop your own system. Find some good IPO's, earnings winners, bottom fish for real companies that have hedge funds and mutual funds investing in them. Who cares about pink sheets who don't even report earnings. Waste of time...waste of money!
This stock gets no love on IHub?
Oh well....soon. Price will perk and then so shall people's interest.
Looks ready to buy soon. Just needs to get off this downtrend, set itself a low and run up. Watching this one for sure.
This company looks good!
Love a company at all time lows and a history that shows it can bounce back! This is a buy very soon!
I almost got excited about this company.
Why? Because it has certain technicals that I like that were falling into place. The thing that shakes me up about this company is that it's relatively new, so there's not much history and secondly, has it ever doubled anyone's money from trough to peak? The answer to that question is "no". So, unfortunately I'm going to move on. I think it's good for 10-20% short term gains...but I wouldn't think of holding it long term and expecting a huge gain. I think it has good potential to get back up to $3.15....but still...still to early to tell. It's pretty much been on a down trend since inception and now it's reaching all time lows. I'll keep an eye on it, but that's about all unless it becomes seriously under valued and doesn't spike in price before all the technicals line up the right way for me.
Watching this stock like a hawk!
Looks like the perfect bottom fisher! Waiting for a solid bottom to form. All time lows on companies don't come often, and unless this company is going belly up soon or about to do some huge reverse split, it's looking ripe for the picking.
Other gold stocks have had their day.
If we get lucky like investors did with RIC, VGZ has the potential to shoot up to and/or past $0.75....and that's conservative. I think it'll actually tease $1. VGZ should start moving before it's next earnings report. Earning should come in late Oct or Nov. I sit and wait like many of you. Gold doesn't look fantastic right now....but then again, if RIC can jump as gold slumps, why can't VGZ.
