Well, it's clear the directors are trying to screw shareholders again w/ the RS....there are many shareholders banding together to vote no, so there is a chance to vote it down - every vote counts. If you haven't received the proxy, you can call your brokerage firm to get a control # to vote.
Full disclosure >>> I actually voted NO for all except auditors.
R/S is NOT a given here. Anyone here that is an actual shareholder should have received their proxy by now. VOTE NO ON R/S and COMPENSATION (I voted NO across the board - as did many other retail holders). We can stop this.
Waiting patiently for resolution. $KMAG$
Have a great and LUCKY Friday the 13th all you KMAGGER's !!

No, Elvis, you don't get to show a meeting room reserved unless you've paid for it......get it?

Based on multiple people confirming w/ a NYC hotel that there is a meeting room reserved....probably not good enough for you, but it is for me

Also, early next week KMA will get final confirmation with Broadridge about the proxy mailing. www.sheratonnewyork.com
KMA Management is looking forward to sharing our impressive business progress and vision for KMA's future with investors.
On a personal note, I'm looking forward to meeting and speaking face to face with every single shareholder that can attend the AGM in New York.

Oh, it will happen....and there will be voting......the only comedy I can think of is post-meeting celebration time - might be a few VERY merry shareholders...

Wow, even you are now at 50/50 for the meeting to happen....this is truly incredible.....

ever consider he is not the one saying these things….. that it is someone else doing the posting
JR may not be doing the actual posting, but I know he is the one approving what is posted...
seems like we may actually be entering the final chapter
Don't know if I'd call it 'final'.....I'd call it the beginning of the new chapter.
KMAG
No, I'm not assuming anything.....I'm asking all you people what the end game here is if not the meeting.....now that JR has specified an actual date for a shareholder meeting, what on earth would be his reason for going this far just to pull the reins and NOT have the meeting? You all are basically saying that he planned it this way to just set up a meeting, announce it, and then just not have it? What advantage or gain does he get out of now backing out of a meeting? Doesn't make any sense to me, but somehow, it seems to make sense to you...do you ever question your 'JR is totally evil' stance?.......
Anyway, we will all know very soon the real endgame and I believe very strongly it will vindicate those of us that have stood strongly these past approximately 3 years and I also believe what's coming is nicely summed up by these words from yesterday's Facebook posting: This is an exciting time for management and KMA's shareholders alike...Business is not only good with KMA Global, it's great! Many smiles to come for shareholders of KMAG in 2015.
That's a pretty bold statement.....so, riddle me this one...for what reason would he have repeatedly announced an upcoming meeting...pay the cost for the NOBO/OBO....then announce an actual meeting date and after all this, then NOT hold the meeting? Please, since I'm really just a very simple guy, please let me know what you think the strategy or end game would be to not hold the meeting? Since you're so sure no meeting will take place, you must also know why anyone would take the steps outlined and then not hold the meeting..
Business is not only good with KMA Global, it's great! Many smiles to come for shareholders of KMAG in 2015.
Very positive.......KMAG
I'm afraid you're in for a grand disappointment......the enchilada grande is coming.....how awesome

KMA Global's "Annual General Meeting" (AGM) date is now scheduled for February 27, 2015. Event time and details of location will be shared in the next few weeks once final arrangements are resolved. Shareholder Proxies will be mailed out to all shareholders of record at least 30 days before our actual AGM takes place. Our planned meeting will consist of a Hybrid format which will allow investors to either interact with KMA management by participating in person or with our online venue.
Hey you guys......no question, your 100 shares will get you into the meeting.....BUT, don't you still have to save them for that 11 cent paint down ? What you gonna do?????? LMAO~~~~~
If that gives you comfort.....fantastic
BUT, he has never given a date for a shareholder meeting (not many penny's have ever done that, wouldn't you agree?).....and this date will be kept......if he's as bad as you all seem to say, he would have been long gone and not doing what he's doing to get this situation resolved...
Have a great weekend folks!!! And go Pats!!
KMAG
Perhaps you didn't see yesterday's fb update......I'd say JR and KMAG are very much alive:

Yes, of course I do.
Fantastic...we all agree a squeeze will skyrocket the price.....that's all I was saying...the rest of what you write has nothing to do with KMAG... but, thanks for your opinion and guess (wrong as it was) as to what I'm thinking..
One thing I actually AM thinking is that if there really is this huge NSS position.....and these poor people are forced to cover.....and this creates a skyrocketing price........well, my oh my are there going to be some hurting bank accounts out there...oh , and of course , some overflowing ones too....
Happy New Year!
$$$$$$ KMAG $$$$$$
Um, you realize that the point of bringing up CYNK is to show what happens when there is a squeeze, don't you?
Of course you do.....
You say the "squeeze.....was entirely manipulated..." LMAO, in many people's opinion the whole OTC is entirely manipulated ..
I would suspect we'll also see quite a show here should it be shown that there is a large amount of NSS, don't you agree?
KMAG
For inexplicable reasons, not everyone has gotten the memo yet
Oh, it's very explainable.....these NSS never thought they'd have to pay.......anything.......
Sure does seem to be some nervousness out there......
Oh, and I certainly hope that no one out there has any 'exposed positions' as was so aptly written in the 11/26 update.
As Aqua would say........CHEERS!!
KMAG
Sure do hope that no one out there is ' exposed '......nah, no chance of that as I've been told right here it just couldn't be. Happy Thanksgiving all.
Stock market is open tomorrow, Columbus Day.

Yep, that's what we shareholders want and now finally we seem to be on the first leg of that journey.
Should I or anyone else believe JR or the SEC? Well, everyone (and that includes me) that has a reported dealing with JR comes away with the same take - a solid ethical businessman.
On the other hand, The SEC , imo, is one of many government regulators that responds to any criticism by always saying the same thing, "give us more people and more money" and has over time as a result, become a bloated, hard to manage mess....they have a history of corruption, coverup and incompetence (see Bernie Madoff and LP** for 2 prime examples - there are many more). How does this all start? Well, the SEC, with its law-intensive work attracts people from Wall Street who later jump right back into the private sector, often with lucrative assignments and this revolving door contributes greatly to the cozy relationships with Wall Street (or to put it another way, the regulators are in many cases in bed with the people they regulate).
So, in conclusion, I enthusiastically believe JR is in the right here.....BUT, it remains to be seen if he (possibly with an assist from we shareholders) can prevail.....my money is on JR , but I don't underestimate the extent that the SEC will go to cover their tushies (again, see LP** - and someday soon you may very well add KMAG to the list of examples of SEC corruption and coverup).
