That's a pretty bold statement.....so, riddle me this one...for what reason would he have repeatedly announced an upcoming meeting...pay the cost for the NOBO/OBO....then announce an actual meeting date and after all this, then NOT hold the meeting? Please, since I'm really just a very simple guy, please let me know what you think the strategy or end game would be to not hold the meeting? Since you're so sure no meeting will take place, you must also know why anyone would take the steps outlined and then not hold the meeting..
