I have both Etrade and Fidelity and have been trading ALTAF on Fidelity but had to call them first.

BOTH Etrade and Fidelity are Roth accounts. You need to reach a Representative and read them the riot act!

They have restructured the debt to a low of about 30 million. So they are viable and will not need to BK.

Don't think Oct 31 is the date Altura expects to end VS but just date note holders will waive rights. Hope announcement comes soon.

It's always hard to catch the perfect timing and regrets must be tempered. I needed to sell ALTAF at .031 to move money from my Brokerage to my Roth and got caught in delays and account settlements.

Ended up buying back my favorite copper stock instead of ALTAF and took a 25% loss.

Still have a boat load of Altura with 648,742 shares.

Heard the actual grade is better than estimated per management and first batch is to be sold this quarter.
