Not today--perhaps tomorrow.
Taser is a company whose shares are being heavily naked shorting. The following action is a direct result of this activity and is an example of how naked shoryters can destroy a viable company.
"Taser Receives Nasdaq Delisting Notice
Taser International (Nasdaq: TASR) said Friday that the Nasdaq Stock Market told the company its stock could be delisted because it failed to file its third-quarter financial report on time. TASER International plans to appeal the NASDAQ Staff's determination by requesting a hearing before the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel, which will automatically stay the delisting of TASER common stock pending the Panel's review and determination. Until the Panel issues a determination and the expiration of any exception granted by the Panel, TASER International's common stock will continue to be traded on the NASDAQ National Market. However, as a result of the delayed filing of its Form 10-Q, the trading symbol for the Company's common stock will be temporarily changed from TASR to TASRE effective as of the opening of business on November 25, 2005. The presence of an "E" during this period will not constitute a trading halt or delisting."
Simple position. I want the SEC to enforce their own rules!!!SHO is a farce which was cleaverly crafted to protect the miscreants in Wall Street.Too late this year to stop the grossly excessive bonuses but perhaps next year it shall be different.
Announcerment of Annual meeting. Date December20,2005. Here is your chance to express your displeasure with the current CEO and his board of Directors.
I'll get back to you after the 30 November forum.

this is just a sample or what you will read ...........
Lesson 1: Remember, BASHERS NEVER Bash A BAD STOCK. Check the boards for stocks with no potential. They never have any Bashers. Bashers only go after stocks that are moving up or have excellent potential to do so. Bashers work to bring the price down to either increase their position at the expense of others or help a Short make their bones.
Now your in. Relax and enjoy the holiday!

If opportunity presents its self I shall do so and get back to you.
I am attending the 30 Nov forum on naked shorting sponsored by the NASAA on 30 Nov. I'll ask the experts and post reply.
How do you relate to Matt?
I like this board the way it is. Just leave it alone. Mess with it too much and you may find an e-mail from the board moderator in your in box,
Yes naked shorting is a scourge and I've gotten my admit pass to the 30 Nov forum here in Washington D>C> Should be interesting although it has the potential to scare me right out of the market!
Does your background experience exceed that of Verges????Have you ever started a company and had it [profitable in 30 days?? Have you ever done a byout of a public company so as to not burden his sharerholders with IPO expenses?? He has and all have been successful.
OF COURSE I COULD REPLY AND SAY-MOVE BUT I WON'T BUT READ THE FOLLOWING.
Nigerian e-mail scammers jailed

LAGOS-A court has sentenced two men to a total of 37 years in prison for their part in defrauding a Brazilian bank of $242 million, the biggest scam in Nigerian history, newspapers reported on Saturday.
The sentencing of Emmanuel Nwude to 25 years and Nzeribe Okoli to 12 years follows negotiations in which they agreed to plead guilty to 16 of the 91 original charges, and to forfeit assets worth at least $121.5 million to the victims of the scam.
A third fraudster, Amaka Anajemba, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison in July after agreeing to return $48.5 million to the Sao Paolo-based Banco Noroeste, which collapsed after the theft.
"The activities of the accused persons not only led to the collapse of a bank in a foreign country, but also brought miseries to many innocent people," Justice Joseph Oyewole was reported as saying.
The fraudsters obtained the money by promising a member of the bank staff a commission for funding a non-existent contract to build an airport in Nigeria's capital Abuja.
Scams have become so successful in Nigeria that anti-sleaze campaigners say swindling is one of the country's main foreign exchange earners after oil, natural gas and cocoa.
These are the first major convictions achieved by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), which was established in 2003 to crack down on Nigeria's thriving networks of e-mail fraudsters.
Previous Next Typically fraudsters send out junk e-mails around the world promising recipients a share in a fortune in return for an advance fee. Those who pay never receive the promised windfall.
Ranked the world's sixth most corrupt country, according to an index by Transparency International, Nigeria has given new powers to the EFCC, which is prosecuting about 200 fraud and corruption cases.
The antifraud agency has arrested more than 200 junk mail scam suspects since 2003. It says it has also confiscated property worth $200 million and secured 10 other convictions
SEC filings may be found on their Edgar web site.
I take it then, that we shall see a sharp rise in R&D costs with attendent large increase in losses and further drop in share price????

Kronos Air Purification Technology Eliminates Anthrax, E.coli Spores, According to Institute for Veterinary Medicine in Ukraine
Monday November 21, 8:47 am ET
U.S. and European Experts Conclude Technology Also May Be Effective Against Avian (Bird) Flu, SARS and Other Viruses
BELMONT, Mass., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kronos Advanced Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KNOS - News) today announced that a team of senior researchers from the Institute for Veterinary Medicine in the Ukraine, including specialists in immunopathology and bacteriology, found in an independent microbiological trial that the Company's air purification and sterilization technology was able to destroy and sterilize air which had been inseminated with Anthrax, Anthrax spores and E.coli spores. The study will be published in the Herald of Hygiene and Epidemiology, a peer-reviewed journal that focuses on biological testing, hygiene and communicable disease.
"The Kronos device has successfully sterilized air contaminated with Bac.anthracis K-79Z (anthrax) and E.coli M-17 (E.coli)," said A.I. Zaviryukha, a Full Professor and Head of Bacteriology Laboratory, who led the study at the Institute. "We also believe, based on these findings, the Kronos device is capable of sterilizing air that may be contaminated with other microflora which both produces spores and does not produce spores. Such other microflora can include avian (bird) flu and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome associated corona virus (SARS-CoV)."
"The significance of these findings is that if Kronos is able to rupture the bacterial cell wall and membrane through an electrical field, then it is highly probable that the electrical field could also kill other enveloped viruses," said Dr. Kevin Harris, Ph.D., Senior Virologist at Koronis Pharmaceuticals, and a member of the American Society of Virology. "Examples of clinically relevant enveloped viruses are Influenza -- including Avian (bird) flu, SARS, West Nile Virus, HIV and Hepatitis C Virus, among others."
The Institute's findings come at a time of growing worldwide concern about a potential bird flu pandemic and questions about the ability and availability of vaccines. President Bush has asked Congress for and additional $7.1 billion, which will primarily be used to expedite the production of vaccines and development of anti-virals. However, the approach has drawn criticism from medical leaders and public officials, given the time required to produce vaccines, difficulty in producing a vaccine prior to a pandemic and fact that an influenza strain has many variants which can mutate rapidly, thus making a vaccine that was developed for one strain of a virus, ineffective against another.
"There are obvious and significant implications in these findings for both the U.S. government as well as industry leaders who want to find alternative solutions to vaccines that will enhance protection and prevent the spread of disease -- whether it be Avian Flu, SARS or something else," said Daniel R. Dwight, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kronos Advanced Technologies. "We are in discussions with a number of industry leaders and have developed prototypes for others."
The airline industry is of particular concern. Industry reports have noted that some carriers lost up to half their business during the SARS outbreak in 2003. Virgin Atlantic Airlines recently announced that it had purchased 10,000 courses of the Tamiflu vaccine and is investigating technologies that will kill germs in anticipation of a pandemic.
Both Dr. Harris and Dr. Zaviryukha have recommended further testing and evaluation of the Kronos technology in the U.S. to determine the technology's complete capability to provide enhanced protection in the event of a potential outbreak of a flu pandemic or a biological attack.
The Kronos technology moves, filters and purifies air by using state-of- the-art high voltage electrodes rather than filters or fans. The technology can be embedded across existing environments, retro-fitted into any existing ventilation system, or built as a standalone product. Since the technology has no moving parts, replacement costs and energy consumption levels are less, which enables residential and commercial buildings that have not installed air filtration systems -- an estimated 85 percent of the total U.S. market, to leverage the technology as well.
Kronos is actively pursuing the commercialization of its technology with leaders in their respective industries. Current strategic partners include leaders in the aircraft, automotive, residential and military markets.
As the public awareness of this situation becomes more wide spread we shall see a rising of the masses who demand the rules be enforced. But if the rules are enforced where will the money come from that pays the multi-million dollar christmas bonuses to Wall Street. Again GREED IS THE DRIVER and the independent investor pays the price.
Were SHO strictky enforced the multi-million dollar bonuses awarded by Wall Street Firmms each year would dwindle markedly.
SPECIAL REPORTPREPARING FOR A FLU PANDEMIC
• Avian Flu: Execs Think the Unthinkable
• Prevent a Pandemic, Make a Profit
• This Time, Beijing Gets Transparent
• Avian Flu's Wake-Up Call to Business
• How Companies Can Get Prepared Daniel R. Dwight didn't intend to cash in on the threat of a flu pandemic. Five years ago his Belmont (Mass.)-based company, Kronos Advanced Technologies, set out to make a fan with no moving parts. The secret: put high voltage across an array of wires. That creates a flow of charged particles -- ions -- strong enough to pull air along. Advertisement
Early tests, though, showed an unexpected benefit: The electrical field also rips molecules apart, destroying pathogens such as anthrax spores or flu viruses. Of course, this feature wasn't a big selling point in those pre-September 11 days. "When we said 'anthrax,' people gave a yawn," recalls Dwight.
STOPPING THE SPREAD. They aren't so bored now. Kronos' virus killer "could be a hell of a device" for filtering air everywhere from hospitals to airplanes, says Peter Goelz, former managing director of the National Transportation Safety Board. Kronos has begun to talk with Korean Air and Singapore Airlines Ltd., two carriers badly hit by the Asian SARS epidemic of 2003. "We can't keep up with the calls," says Dwight.
Where there's disaster, there's opportunity for business. Consultants such as Booz Allen Hamilton and Kroll are already selling advice to business and governments on flu preparedness. Companies are stocking up on items thought to slow the spread of disease such as masks and hand sanitizers -- potential sales for companies such as Beijing-based Kimberly-Clark Investment (China), a subsidiary of Kimberly-Clark (KMB ). President Stephen Shao says his company is already developing new lines of medical masks, wipes, and hand-washing liquids.
Public health officials say that with the right early warning systems, they could spot a dangerous flu strain soon enough to snuff it out. The pot of gold: $1 billion-plus that countries have proposed to spend on enhancing global biohazard surveillance.
SUPER-FAST DETECTORS. Enter Applied Biosystems, the company that made the advanced sequencers that deciphered the human genome. "We are taking capabilities developed over the last 25 years to make this early warning system available," says Christopher P. Melançon, director of biosecurity in the company's Applied Markets Division. On Nov. 8, the Foster City (Calif.) company unveiled a device that can detect the flu virus in two hours and a genetic decoding kit to find potentially deadly mutations.
Other players see an opening. By yearend, CombiMatrix of Mukilteo, Wash., plans to deliver to the U.S. Air Force prototypes of a lab-on-a-microchip device that can diagnose particular strains of avian flu in four hours.
If one of these new detectors does sound the alarm, governments will embark on a crash program to develop a vaccine. That would be good for the bottom lines at flu-vaccine makers Sanofi Pasteur, a unit of Sanofi-Aventis (SNY ), and Chiron (CHIR ).
LESSONS FROM ANTHRAX. "We are in possession of some key technologies that will be very, very useful in addressing a pandemic," says Chiron CEO Howard Pien.
Other possibilities for profit will surely emerge. "Crisis is an opportunity as long as you see it first," says Christian Crews, director of futures strategy at Pitney Bowes (PBI ). He should know: Anthrax-infected letters in 2001 created a whole new business -- making the mail safe -- for his company. Even a disaster such as a global flu pandemic
Yet we still don't have a product to sell!!!!
Another instance may be seen by looking at the chart for ANLT (AMEX) This 40+ year old company has fallen out of the mainstream. Lost most of its technical talent who a few years ago made it the premier supplier of Spatial data integrated with terrestrial data for pipeline and electric utility industries. At present the company has no debt and a small float which makes the share price very easy to manipulate. Starting with the SE Asia Tsunami in Dec 2004 pumpers/dumpers have used every natural distaste to post messages tending to indicate that ANLT would get new contracts to assist in recovery or new warning efforts. Never has such happened although this ploy has be used 8-9 times since that big one. In the Indonesian disaster they pumped the stock price up more that 4 times to a high of almost $9/share. It collapsed precipitously. But if one looks at the trading volume it becomes evident that trading is not the cause of the rise and falls. It is naked shorting. Today the news of a new Japanese earthquake will be used tomorrow to pump once again.
Profit scout" Tired talking to your self-No longer I'll join you. I have read about 50 of your posts on this board and I do not hesitate to cxlassify you as an avid pumper. You must be so becaus I note that with each rave notice from you the shareprice takes a contrary path and drops lower and lower and lower. Why PLS.

SkyLynx's Secure Wireless Solution Central to Municipal Homeland Security Strategy
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2005--NewMarket Technology Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT - News), Defense Technology Systems (OTCBB:DFTS - News) and SkyLynx Communications (OTCBB:SKYCE - News) announced today ongoing discussions to explore a combined Homeland Security strategy. The three companies are considering the combination of corporate resources to create a compelling Homeland Security solution offering for domestic and foreign municipal governments.

Defense Technology Systems had announced launching a search for Homeland Security solutions and technologies earlier this year. Defense Technology has been actively seeking solutions that fit into a product portfolio focused on preemptive, precautionary and resilient response solutions. The managements of NewMarket, Defense Technology and SkyLynx have been discussing mutually beneficial strategies to enhance the shareholder value of each company by aggressively exploiting targeted security solutions and expanding the target markets.
All three companies have recognized the need to provide Homeland Security solutions to municipal governments and developing economic allies. Cities and developing economic allies are primary terrorist targets and as such, become a virtual "military outpost" in the eyes of terrorist organizations. Domestic cities and developing countries are new to the general disciplines required of a "military outpost." The threat of terrorism is also substantially different from the threat of a conventional military attack. In either regard, these potential city targets and developing countries allied with the U.S. are in need of emerging technologies and innovations to equip themselves for this new terrorist threat.
