As the public awareness of this situation becomes more wide spread we shall see a rising of the masses who demand the rules be enforced. But if the rules are enforced where will the money come from that pays the multi-million dollar christmas bonuses to Wall Street. Again GREED IS THE DRIVER and the independent investor pays the price.
