Apparently we all need a refresher course in "judicial process". Last I knew this case is before the courts and a Judge who will or won't pronounce judgement. The case at hand could be settled in a variety of manners or go to trial. Also the SEC is always investigating companies conduct and will never "go away'. This is true whether the company is GE or SNSR. Also if settlement has been offered, a particular fine amount discussed we would not know either so all of this pontification about whether the SEC and SNSR have come close to a settlement or offer is all just hyperbole unless someone is on the "inside". There may or may not be offers on the table now or in the past.
