The following is a copy of an email from the "brilliant" president of Meridian Korea to Anna. You can probably figure out why the company is on the PINKS @ .03 with a person like this at the helm. Good luck to us all.
Credo
Anna,
I just talked about with CKP.
Brirfly speaking,
Unfortunately, we will stand in pimk sheet for one year from 15th of may.
And we need to make form 211and submit to SEC through market maker at early next year.
I am very sorry for this terrible situation.
And because I think it is non reasonable rule for foregin company, I tried to appeal but I gave up after thinking over and counselling with my investor.
As for me, SEC didnot notice to me prpperly in advance.
For example, they sent document which we should submit the appeal within 23th of may but I only received the document at 24th of may.
But I changed my intent to make appeal because it will be not affective and not be taken by SEC.
Anna,
I hope you investigate how long take to carry out this process and how much money I pay.
I sent another email about the 211 form at last weekend.
The sales record of last year and the possibility in China market has good affection on his investment.
At next year, I am sure to sell 1000 units in the market at best price.
1. We will stand for one year pink sheet from now. The dead line is changed to end of aprill and it is very tough for foregin company like meridian.
But meridian will be able to make process from next year because we are already accustomed to prepare 20 filing through long experience.
At the case of this year's shock will make meridian not mistake again.
2. Meridian will prepare to come back to otcbb at next year
3. But meridian's record was good at last year and will be better at this year and will make considerable groth at next year.
4. Meridian maybe go to capital market at next year or 2014 because investment is also prepared now.
5. Meridian has talked about investment with a korean investor but he wanted to issue at more 16 cents or 24 cents per one share.
The investtor will put money moret han 3,000,000 usd and he will demand 35,000,000 shares to take the half but he does want to issue at law price.
Because he also already has many shares, he want to issue at least 16cents.
And so we need to wind the present shares (ex. two shares be exchanged to one share)
We think the present share's quantity is to half size but it dose not mean for us to lessen total capital.
If we will stand at present share size, he should issue more than 35,00,000 shares and it means he should issue below 8 cents per on share
I think this case is not good for all shareholders including me and you.
Accortding to my thought, we should lessen the present shares, and he will take shares the same size of shares with more than 3,000,000 usd.
We need to set up another plan to level up meridian share price and this situation will be last chance for us.
Pplease tell shareholders my thought and cheer up my efforts to carry out this project.
Regards,
Park,
Ja, especially the one that stated "this will be the biggest company in the world" what a joke that was

Thank you. I wish you the same.

BOSTON DAVE,
It seems like you're taking everything the president you talked to like it was a quote from the Gospel. On The other hand you criticize and question others in your previous posts about their know how or better yet suggesting them being insiders. I have been involved with Meridian for about five years through knowing Anna and Peter personally and buying a fair amount of their stock. I know virtually nothing about this president. I can only assume from your postings that you either are very naive or are possibly an insider yourself promoting the president. You have only posted here four times and suddenly sound like an expert on Meridian. Do yourself a favor and do your due diligence before you put out misleading material.

My reply was to post # 6514. If you read it, you'll find the "situation" self explanatory.

I had a one hour tete-a-tete conversation with Anna two days ago. Whether the company minutes indicate this or not, Anna is still very much involved in the day to day operation of the company. This situation is in the hands of the lawyers.
I have been a shareholder for five years, holding a fair amount of stock without having sold any shares so far. There are a lot of things happening in the background that neither Anna nor Peter can talk about.
T
Having known Anna for about 4 years and Peter for at least 40 years and having asked many questions, I feel I can shed some light on the FDA situation as well as the many questions that people (shareholders) have, and clarify some doubts about countries where Meridian is selling their product.
Please do not bombard me with more questions, because I’m in no position to answer or elaborate any further on the topics that I posted.
Meridian has filed a 510k submission with the FDA. This submission was accepted, but FDA required an efficiency test.
The test was submitted, and proved that Meridian was correct in what the company claimed the equipment would do.
The test was submitted by Dr. Greenway.
The FDA did not accept this test and came back with the following deficiency claim.
They require a test based on the ethics of the equipment. Upon the advice of Meridian’s lawyer, Peter Hutt, they inquired as to the reason for this test when it was already approved for carpel tunnel syndrome and muscle pain.
It seems they lost that fight, and it would have taken the lawyer another year to fight it.
Meridian decided to give them the test they wanted. The test is an Ethics test and is presently underway.
The competitive products that are mentioned in advertisements, as well as posted on this board, who claim to have FDA approval, are based on radio frequency that can reduce the appearance of cellulite temporarily by rubbing the skin, almost like ironing fabric.
Similar products, some of which have FDA approval, and say they are non invasive, actually are lipo suction, breaking down fat. This is an invasive procedure.
The integrity of Meridian is based on similar standards the FDA requires. This warrants Meridian to thoroughly research all the challenges that have been brought to their attention. It is a necessary action in order to provide patients with the most accurate results.

You are dead wrong!
Credo
Yes, I did yesterday. Based on having known Peter for about 37 years, and being convinced that he does not lie or BS, and also knowing that Anna is a straight shooter, I think at these prices MRDAF is a hell of a deal. Buy when there is blood on the streets, which is happening as I write, sell when most people are jumping on a stock chasing it upwards. My 2 bits.
Credo
Love your letter to the lawyer!!
Credo
well, you know my stock position, go for it.
Hey hamburger sorry freiburger, how about putting my address on the "nobel list" as LGF puts it, so I get a copy of the magazine.
I guess folks from Freiburg can't read them either.
Thanks, the cheque is in the mail.
Can you fill me in on how to become special please.
Why didn't I get one?
I would not touch it SIR, it's probably "TANKING" lol
Credo
Why are you regurgitating everything that has been discussed here before? Your blatant remark about this company's stock "TANKING" since Anna announced the FDA pending is absolute BS. It was always known that the company was seeking FDA approval, and they informed shareholders in detail what was going on. The company has also been very responsible in announcing the many sales they consummated such as UK, South Africa, Japan, Mexico, Dubai etc. If you are in desperate need of hearing constant news, which in most cases is usually BS and or P.&D., there is a wide choice of thousands of other companies out there that will fill your needs. This company happens to be one of the very responsible outfits that I've owned shares in and they are working hard to make it all come together. Please stop hammering them with non factual stuff that is mainly based on your assumptions.
Credo
ahh, what did she say? lol
Credo
Very straight forward and informative presentation. It sure is a welcome change from the usual pump&dump BS that so many of us are used to.

Sorry, my mistake. That post should be # 4076

The monkey story I posted was suppose to relate to the stock market in general, nothing to do with Meridian. If there is any dought, read post # 4139. As I said before, posting or verbally, I'm a 100% believer in MRDAF. Thanks for wishing me a nice vacation.

Subject: Monkeys
Once upon a time, in a village, a man appeared and announced to the
villagers that he would buy monkeys for $10 each.
The villagers seeing that there were many monkeys around, went out to
the forest, and started catching them.
The man bought thousands at $10 and as supply started to diminish,
the villagers stopped their effort. He further announced that he
would now buy at $20. This renewed the efforts of the villagers and
they started catching monkeys again.
Soon the supply diminished even further and people started going back
to their farms. The offer increased to $25 each and the supply of
monkeys became so little that it was an effort to even see a monkey,
let alone catch it!
The man now announced that he would buy monkeys at $50 ! However,
since he had to go to the city on some business, his assistant would
now buy on behalf of him.
In the absence of the man, the assistant told the villagers.
"Look at all these monkeys in the big cage that the man has
collected. I will sell them to you at $35 and when the man returns
from the city, you can sell them to him for $50 each."
The villagers rounded up with all their savings and bought all the
monkeys.
Then they never saw the man nor his assistant, only monkeys everywhere!
Now you have a better understanding of how the stock market works.

It may be afternoon to you, but it's still MORNING to us. lol

Thanks Gulfbreeze, you've answered it for me.

Not at all. Based on what I know about the company as well as the products, I have never felt more comfortable with any ongoings of publicly trading companies other than my own. That should of course be, other than the ones I controlled.

yes, my friend did.

Sorry! I guess I've read it wrong.

Thank you and the same to all of you.
