Did you read the links I posted to you? No, I guess not.
It says they were on the verge of being closed because it was unsanitary.

Then Scozzafava abruptly closed it most likely because of the unsanitary issue.

And then three men opened it, none of which is Scozzafava.

What’s a quiff, as in “quiff from the SEC” ??
I totally understand and feel the same. There are some asinine loonies here!
Yes, baseball… we went to see the eclipse, then to see the Astros play the Rangers! Both turned out to be fabulous & thrilling. I’m so happy we got to take it all in :)
Not really when you’re talking short interest & FTDs These links will help, good luck.

Daily Reg SHO is meaningless, due to no separation of Riskless Principal transactions from the data. Almost all short volume is created by non ownership or physical possession of the shares in a trade transaction.
My goodness, DJT has a nasty chart - It took a major haircut! I remember when he had his vodka stock, that was a major scam but I don’t recall the letters.
“Mankind intelligence”…ha ha ha! Gotta love that, you have such a way with words ;)
Rms deserves to be on iggy, that’s the only safe place for IT. I Seriously Ibelieve he thought he’d get some sympathy for being a felon. RME, he forgets that he comes on IHub and lies 50 times in a row about other people and the stock he’s pumping. He thinks no one will take notice? SMH
We’re at the ballpark for the game! Wish us luck!
And please send me links to your photography!
Sure. What were KEGS beer sales? Exact and verifiable numbers please, not WAGs.
No, you’ve never answered it, now you’re diverting attention. Once again. Can you Prove there was abusive KEGS short interest it that time frame?
I’ve already noted, silly,. ROTFL! That’s why I don’t trade this kegs garbage nor any Of the 0001 “lottos” as you like to call them. Rme. I prefer posting facts rather than hyping trash to get people stuck while I sell my shares to them. No thanks, Rosco P for Pumper.
Prove there was abusive KEGS short interest in that time frame?
The majority cannot be on both sides. For instance, Do you believe KEGS has “massive shorting” occurring by myself, DJ Ponder, Huggy Bear, Thall, and Rbtree? If so, can you prove it?
I wish I’d had cut and pasted it, I’d have wasted less time on you.
Do you even know what safe Harbor is? Do you understand it? Do you understand it as it pertains to Penny stocks?
You like the CEO! L O L, well good for you. You should actually do some thorough DD for once in your life and figure it out, Rosco. Then you’ll know we’re providing facts, whether or not you like them. Still.
In an earlier post today, you didn’t answer what profit you’re referring to? Instead you deflected more than once, by insulting THall. Again, Let’s see documented & verifiable proof if you have it — ”like destroying small companies for profit!”
If no documented and verifiable proof is given, it’ll prove that You lied again and insulted him. Why? Are you taking on the characteristics of felon RMS, insulting everyone IT doesn’t agree with?
Rosco’s insult: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=174197515
My question: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=174197618
Yessss! It was awesome! Funny too, as soon as it went dark, someone had a giant boom box - And then all you heard was Helloooo, Is there anybody out there. …(Pink Floyd). Ha ha ha!! It was a blast :)
No, that’s incorrect. Read this in the FINRA manual or contact them. FINRA OMBUDSMAN, Call: (888) 700-0028 or (240) 386-6270, or Email: ombuds@finra.org

Section 404: Weighted Average Price/Special Pricing Formula Transactions
Q404.1: Member BD1 executes multiple trades to satisfy a customer order and then trades with the customer at a price equal to the volume-weighted average cost of the original trades plus a net difference in accordance with a net trading agreement with its customer. How should BD1 report the trade with its customer?
A404.1:The original trades and the customer leg of the transaction should be reported to the tape, and the report of the customer leg should include the weighted average price (W) modifier. For example, member BD1 receives an order from a customer to buy 5,000 shares of ABCD security and accumulates the shares through five separate trades. Each of these five trades is reported to the tape. BD1 then sells the 5,000 shares of ABCD to its customer at its volume-weighted average cost with a net difference to reflect the compensation agreement between BD1 and its customer. BD1 should report the sale of 5,000 shares to its customer to the tape with the weighted average price modifier.
In this example it is talking about buying, but reverse the process for selling, the idea is to not significantly affect the market by displaying a massive block of shares and also slowly bleeding the shares out on the market. “W” is replaced by “Avg” on many trading platforms.
Pffffttt, You’ve made no sense for the entire time you’ve been here, bosco.
That’s essentially what Thall said - he is negative on the CEO - I believe all of us truth tellers are. He’s run many publicly traded companies into the ground.
Why would I need to? I know you want it but that doesn’t make it factual. They’re at the bar, they may wander outside, dufus Bosco.
That’s what you’re promoting, still. doh!
A big party 🎉 on the farm, that sounds fun, Huggy…Enjoy!
What profit would that be, Bosco?
I’m sure you have some sort of proof, otherwise you wouldn’t be saying it, right?
Lucky guy! You can have a backyard bar-b-q and enjoy the eclipse at the same time :)
Hi RB! I’m so glad you found me! I just WISH I was in Mazatlán for the eclipse, that was first on my list. My family and a few friends traveled to enjoy it! From what I understand, this will be the last one for 20 years.
I don’t blame you for not wanting to make a trek like that! I’ve done a long trip like that, twice - both ways on the outstanding California coastline, and one of the eastern side, ending in Key West. That was a long trip but well worth it!
Thanks for the webcam in Mazatlán, I’m getting excited. My brother brought 3 dozen pair of glasses lol, maybe a bit overkill, but he got a good deal on “approved” glasses :)
Then you shouldn’t be trading in the OTC if you think FINRA is unreliable, they’re a regulator.
You can always write here if you have questions:

**To everyone here, I only post factual data that can be verified, I’m not going to stay quiet when MX accuses and abuses me of unsavory items. Just about everyone here has been attacked by him, often with no reason.
I realize dilution is not favorable but how else will they get everything done that’s on their list?
Your idea of a “He” is a she, and she didn’t get “exposed”. She told you factually how AVG trades work on the OTC, if you don’t understand it, it’s not her fault. There was not “miscommunication” of dilution, it is words straight out of the FINRA manual.
In this case the markdown was to $.00079 which is caused by a block position fee. In my screenshot posted you can easily see the block position fee deducted of 1.5% - it is quite obvious. These weighted average trade transactions are common and are the sign of dilution.
But please Explain the Block Positions and NET TRADES occurring consistently, WITH the 1.5% BLOCK POSITION FEE DEDUCTED resulting in a 5 or 6 digit trade?
Now back to the company rather than your nonstop ragging on everyone you are suspicious of that day.
Ha! I’m not leaving, gg. I post factual data from the FINRA manual. If you don’t like it, I can say the same to you.
Peafunke always does, you on the other hand live to stir the pot, gg.
Please state that from a regulator, rather than your very bias commentary.
Good question. Here’s what it says in the FINRA Manual:
Weighted Average Price/Special Pricing Formula Transactions
404.1: Member BD1 executes multiple trades to satisfy a customer order and then trades with the customer at a price equal to the volume-weighted average cost of the original trades plus a net difference in accordance with a net trading agreement with its customer. How should BD1 report the trade with its customer?
404.1:The original trades and the customer leg of the transaction should be reported to the tape, and the report of the customer leg should include the weighted average price (.W) modifier.
In this example it is talking about buying, but reverse the process for selling - it’s all trading. The idea is to not significantly affect the market by displaying a massive block of shares and also slowly bleeding the shares out on the market.
