We've formed a solid base in the mid-20's now, IDLM will be poised to move up after any new developments come out. But meanwhile it is business as usual in terms of the web properties. "Likes" on Datpiff approaching 570k, and a nice steady stream of new advertisements and sponsorships can be seen. Mafiablock users are increasing nicely as well. All leads to a solid quarter over quarter and year over year increase in revenue.
Its obvious the number of people visiting the site is increasing. The last few large releases have taken the #1 spot over and over. If Lil Wayne were to release a new mixtape, I have a feeling it would do 2 million downloads easily.
Probably 2 weeks ago: Jadakiss Consignment. Currently 3.1 million views and 1.3 million downloads.

No OTC or Pink stocks trade in premarket or after-hours. Just listed securities.
15% would be 8.77 million shares. I doubt the readers and posters of IDLM Ihub board own 67% of the float, though I could be wrong.
Wiz Khalifa's Taylor Allderdice mixtape has over 1 million downloads now making it the 2nd mixtape released this year and 3rd overall to cross the 1 million mark.

Also has nearly 3.5 million views since its release two weeks ago.
Wadi? Still at work??? lol I'll fill you in:
HipHopEarly 3/28: 86,550 likes
yes indeed, what a great start to the week! I have no doubt that once filings are out this will blow up.
Still haven't been able to fully see the page...must be some ridiculous traffic.
Looks like the Wiz Khalifa mixtape is blowing up right now...I can't even get in the website. Here's what it says when you try to get in:
Don't Panic!
DatPiff is experiencing an unusually large volume of traffic right now.
Try again momentarily.

I think your on to something there hokie :)
But yes Rick Ross is big name in the industry, he teamed up with Lil Wayne for a big single release off of Wayne's last album- "John"
Oh and I don't think they promoted this release either...pretty healthy numbers for no promotion
Yea since he got #1 on the 2011 Top 50, it brought some new eyes on the Wayne mixtape....got a nice little bump in views and downloads. It will be crazy when it crosses that 1 million download mark, they're going to have to create a new category for it
Looks like we had another potential 2x Platinum mixtape drop last night:
Rick Ross - Rich Forever
http://www.datpiff.com/Rick-Ross-Rich-Forever-mixtape.296828.html
Currently 594k views and 421k downloads.
Whoa!! Just checked it out for the first time and it has 116,000 downloads in just 40 Minutes! This probably has a shot to make it double platinum.
To follow up on this, most of these mixtapes did pretty well (with the exception of 50 Cent, who apparently released an edited version of his mixtape and pissed off some of the fans).
LOS- 64k Silver
JR Writer- 35k Bronze
50 Cent- 93k Silver
Ace Hood- 107k Gold
Waka Flocka- 116k Gold
Total 415k Downloads
Not to mention Tyga who snuck his mixtape in their and got 254k downloads (platinum rating). Not to bad of a month and there's still 13 days left of releases.
Waka Flocka's new mixtape is on track to hit 20k downloads in the first hour! Pretty good considering it was pushed back twice.

Datpiff up over 350k likes and HipHopEarly over 80k likes now...
What claims and projections?
And not only is the quantity higher, but the number of well-known artists who are dropping official mixtapes is increasing even more.
I think we can definitely get some major download numbers with the line up set for this month:
LOS- 50k Silver
JR Writer- 25k Bronze
50 Cent- 100k Gold
Ace Hood- 25k Bronze
Waka Flocka- 150k Gold
All these should easily hit these download numbers, and if the buzz picks up...the Waka Flocka release could definitely be a huge hit. Even if they don't, IDLM still collects from the sponsorship revenue. And judging by the amount of advertising that they are putting into it, its probably a fairly decent number.
Not too shabby at all with zero promotion, I had no idea that it was released. That along with the LOS release is probably why the number of Likes and Followers has jumped 1100 each today. That's the largest increase I've seen in quite awhile.
IMO the Waka Flocka mixtape will be even bigger than the 50 Cent release. They're already promoting it a week in advance. I think its got potential for 250k downloads.

Either way they'll both be big moneymakers for Datpiff.
Yea how many shares?
The bid has already recovered. Somebody definitely wants shares imo.
Big-Release Mixtapes that are upcoming on Datpiff:
LOS - The Crown Aint Safe
JR Writer - Still Standing 3
50 Cent - The Big 10
Ace Hood - The Statement 2
Waka Flocka - Lock Out
Each of these has pretty big potential.
Social Media Presence for Datpiff and HipHopEarly:
As of 1 month ago (11/4) here were the 'Likes' and 'Followers' for Datpiff and HipHopEarly:
Datpiff: 323,101 Likes, 113,135 Followers
HipHopEarly: 77,118 Likes, 11,528 Followers
Current Facebook 'Likes' and Twitter 'Followers' for Datpiff and HiphopEarly:
Datpiff: 346,618 Likes, 118,423 followers
HipHopEarly: 79,604 Likes, 11,867 followers
If one does the math, they will find that the month-over-month increase is:
Datpiff: 7.3% Likes, 4.7% Followers
HipHopEarly: 3.2% Likes, 3.0% Followers
Not to shabby of a growth rate imo
I agree with your assessment. From what I saw on Friday every time shares popped up either on the bid at .1001 or an ask of .11 someone was there to gobble it up. There is demand at 10 cents.
I think its safe to say were starting a new upward trend
They spent like $40K on the game, and through the end of last year booked over $50K in revenue (some deferred). I have no problem paying $40K for something that will net me $100K+ in revenue for a year.
sorry :)
I was on the bid at .175 for the latter part of the day but got nothing :(
For those that don't follow rap music, there are quite a few big names on that list...Young Jeezy, Waka Flocka, Kid Cudi all have had major releases in the past year or two. Good to see some household names (so to speak)
You certainly can't argue with that company. This just adds more legitimacy to the popularity of datpiff. More eyes = more $$$$
I agree. I can't really explain what happened today. The action was very odd and nothing like myself or any other people have seen ever. At least its only Monday, we have the rest of the week to see what will happen.
Great analysis Level. Looks like the shenanigans may be ending soon.
Again setting up for failure with those type of estimates. Pengiuns had a totally different type of release strategy than Turtles will. Apples to Oranges.
Now thats not to say that its not a good movie or that it will suck in theatres, thats totally not what I'm implying. $5-10 Million is a solid estimate.
Exactly, and that is not even considering the DVD, VOD, and Blu-Ray profits afterwards. Which is much higher profit margins. And most likely 20th Century will be doing the distribution so we know were in good hands.
Yes I forgot to add that the stake in the company would be in Restricted shares, not free-trading.
Lets not set the bar too high now. A more reasonable expectation is that Turtles could do $5-10 million and Cook County $1-2. This still provides $3-6 Million in revenue and about $2 Million collectively in profit. Not too shabby!
But to go out and say that they will do $50 million each is setting the bar way too high.
