There is a possible offer coming to the table for the purchase of SFMI for .46 cents a share. Who is the "CANADIAN GROUP" you are referring to?
PT
Do you own due diligence to make a difference of owning SFMI or not.

"43-101 with proven reserves"

Yes.
It was not long ago we say 28 million on volume.
These are times when the stock is low and not the time to sell and as many people have said "buy low sell high." Every venture has problems but nothing that would stop pulling gold and silver from War Eagle Mountain.
PT
This board may contain opinions that require you do your own due diligence based on facts.

"There is more to mining than having a hole in the ground."
_________________________________________________________________
Yes, that is true along with permits in place, who owns what claims as mapped out by SFMI, a drilling program, monies to fund such operation going to War Eagle Mountain via Beijing, China, etc, etc, etc.... no hype when investors are buying the stock to see progress as you noticed the stock up over 15% today.
PT
Keep the due diligence up.
"gold and silver left in the mountain"
Yes, I think we can both agree to that and I do think there are investors willing to step up to provide funding for a drilling program and replace the board.
PT
Due diligence is certainly required on this management team or those that intend to replace them with a better future.
"following rules and regulations"- since they have been cited before for a minor item at the mill site.
_______________________________________________________
"nuggets"
You have to have at least a miners tool to take out the gold from the apparent vein that was viewed by many in Sinker Tunnel.
Due your own due diligence in Sinker Tunnel by going there yourself and viewing what's there.
These are the lows of the stock now where people will buy in as evidence that the stock is trading above 15% today.
PT
Due your own due diligence at this low. It has been said "buy low
sell high."
In 2010, if you had bought millions of shares at .02 and sold above .40 you too could have made a lot.
Employees need to be trained and there are rules and regulations where they are where if they are not followed can be cited.
Completely bogus? Have you ever been to the mill site much less WAR EAGLE MOUNTAIN, or Sinker Tunnel?
Several dollar per share predictions? The year has just started.
tennis balls? Not that size but a little smaller but what you would say up to the size of your small finger.
I repeat I saw the nuggets fall from the upper part of mine where apparently with proper lighting and with a mining tool that the reporter had via live camera filming showed gold coming out per a vein. I seriously doubt you worked Sinker Tunnel as had an employee said he had seen nuggets as well in Sinker Tunnel. Every mine requires capital and that is a given but with a buyout and replace the current board members and management this company should have a future.
PT
Due your own due diligence on situs.
Yes there are nuggets I saw with the news reporter going into Sinker Tunnel and reporting it live. I guess you did see the video live nor the geologists see it either in the place where the reporter was nor where the worker reported to several shareholders when I was there. At these prices on SFMI who in the right mind would want to sell even as you say at a loss when there is a possibility of the company being bought out and replace the board.
Peggy, I went to the mill factory and saw the gold. I also spoke with the workers who had gone into sinker tunnel and what is there. It is by no means small but by the nuggets.
PT
Do your own due diligence by seeing the gold yourself at the mill site.
Yes the shorts should get out as we expect the NI 43-101 geological report to come out to reflect over 10 billion in War Eagle Mountain making SFMI stock worth over $2.00 possibly $9.00 a share, initially.
PT.
Please do you own due diligence on what NI 43-101 is and/or you can google NI 43-101 that would allow SFMI to be traded on the Canadian exchange.
approx. 300.3 million o/s.
The rumor is that the Chinese from Beijing will be buying the company at $2.00 a share although when I met Pierre in his office in Bradenton he would not accept less than $10.00 a share.
PT
Please do your own due diligence about what Pierre is willing to accept or not.
Perhaps in the billions.
o.k., How many shares are you in for?
over 100 per share I believe.
Both drills started this month, its in the press release under their website.
"What does the stock price suggest?"

A buying opportunity.
"What about the consulting fees, salaries, contractors, smelting fees, SEC filing/auditing fees, future exploration costs, insider benefits, interest and financing expenses, travel, etc, etc?"
_________________________________________________________________
Pierre Quilliam and Rich Kaiser both have an email address to ask these questions, however, you still did not answer my question regarding to name the thousands of mining stocks before SFMI that have gone out of business?
" A net revenue position greater than the mill expenditures" is better than a negative one.
The NI 43-101 was projected to be completed by the geologist by the end of January, I can wait for it to be completed, can you?
You trying sell the stock short like others saying the mill will never be built and now SFMI has a mill, producing revenue, has an onsite lab, buying back shares, has an onsite smeltering facility,
has other geologists in Sinker Tunnel according to Roger S., ongoing NI-43-101 to get established on the Canadian Exchange, mapping Sinker Tunnel according to Rich Kaiser, increasing tonnage this year according to Rich Kaiser to over 100 tons a day, all leading up to a buyout, do you want more?
"This is proven by the thousands of mining stocks before SFMI that have gone out of business, while ALSO having a nice property... Its all about MANAGEMENT and HOW they are funding the venture."
___________________________________________________________________
Name the thousands of mining stocks before SFMI (that have gone out of business) that is generating revenue over their monthly expenses or "what you say having a nice property"(which means nothing) while waiting in the wings of millions of ounces of Gold and Silver by historical reports from various geologists and the observation and professional opinion of Roger S.(a 40 year experienced geologist) reporting about War Eagle Mountain?
"I know for a fact, Eike Batista does know about SFMI."
_______________________________________________________________
You are right on point, I introduced him to this company.
The NI 43-101 was projected to be finished by the end of January as a projection from September, but to have it finished by the end of March is still good to get established on the Canandian Exchange and perhaps be looked at as a buyout. Also, in the year end report, investors are expecting SFMI shares to have been bought back decreasing any further dilution. As production increases as projected this year, revenue increases, buyback increases, coupled with Mrs. Q. being replaced, pointing to higher SFMI share prices.
This is one of your favorite lines in past post quote" all signs point to a major breakout coming" so we are all waiting for it.
"Rocketstocks Share Tuesday, September 21, 2010 1:46:17 PM
Re: RBKissMyAs post# 21003 Post # of 46091
They might not halt ALL sales, but the big companies do stockpile their commodities and play the market... They would be stupid not too.
If they need cash they have to sell some (if the shipping costs, etc make sense), its better than dilution and/or paying interest, but it makes no sense liquidating more than you need when all signs point to a major breakout coming."
"Rockets predictions continue to prove near accurate, over and over."
SFMI is far from the top where a buyout offer is between 5 to 10 dollars a share and the reserves are proven between 15 to 20 years as demonstrated by the NI 43-101. This stock price is just getting started as is the revenue being generated from the sales of both Gold and Silver.
As I see it.
Let the Gold shine.
It has happened before and it shall happen again like ABX stock.
A few will get excited about .10 a share even more at a dollar.
"I THINK SFMI IS GOING TO EXPLODE"
_________________________________________________________________
You can say that again. Shareholders who sold for tax reasons are coming back in and will be pushing the stock back up to .46 cents a share. With revenue coming in every month coupled with increase rate of tons per day, the stock buy back in place, the stock should continue up from there coupled with a strong report from the NI 43-101 knowing that there is a 15 to 20 year reserve.
As I see it.
Let the Gold shine.
It has happened before and it shall happen again like ABX stock.
"On the ascent. How far will it go?"
_______________________________________________________________
$10.00 a share on the buyout.
"in a few weeks anything under 10 cents will look like the bottom"
__________________________________________________________________
I know you meant to say anything under 20 cents will look like the bottom.
1.The NI 43-101 is soon to be out allowing investors from Canada to come on board.
2. Pierre's wife to be replaced.
3. Increasing tonns per day.
4. More shipments of Gold and Silver.
5. Eike Bastista is reviewing over SFMI AS I WRITE THIS.
6. A tour of Sinker Tunnel shall be viewed by another Billionaire very soon.
7. Buying back shares shall reduce the number of shares outstanding.
It has happened before and it shall happen again like ABX stock.
"That will last only until they are comfortable with security in place, or until the 10Q comes out, whichever comes first."

Great job and look forward to seeing SFMI at a $1.00.....
HAPPY GREAT NEW YEAR.
"The NI is a tough cookie to put together ... requires extensive sampling that can only be done by drilling."
___________________________________________________________________
According to Rick, the geologist, the NI 43-101 will be done by the end of January.
HAPPY GREAT NEW YEAR.....
According to Rich, there were some hot spots that had up to 4 ounces per ton in 2010.
According to what we saw on YOU TUBE recently in the Sinker Tunnel, the Gold nuggets falling from one of the Gold veins, investors will not have to worry about what is in the tailings.
What important DD are people missing here?!
________________________________________________________________
What is in Sinker Tunnel and how much and what kind of reserves and how long, probably 15 to 20 years, which will be on record when the NI 43-101 is completed within the first quarter or January 2012 that will allow SFMI to be on the Canadian Exchange, opening up SFMI as a buyout or takeover target.
You posted some old postings where the mill was not up, not generating revenue where it is now, turning in now Gold and Silver Dore bars, ramping up to increase production rates of tons per day, buying back shares at 15% GROSS revenue coupled with the paragragh above.
In case you missed this in previous postings regarding SFMI and other companies as you want to compare companies and SFMI Worldwide:

Producing
And to be honest, I could add many more, both producing and non-producing, but I think the point has been made.
SFMI has excellent, plentiful, easy to access, above ground resources, and SFMI compares well, coming out well ahead of most companies who are attempting to mine mineralization reserves.
Simple as that."
"A first class mill was built in a bit over a year and buy out bids will be coming by mid year."
________________________________________________________________
I think earlier.
"there are properties around the globe with MASSIVE potential that will never be mined because of various circumstances that make them too high risk and/or non profitable"
_______________________________________________________________
Yes, like around the globe that there is no democracy riddled with civil unrest like in Mexico with kidnappings of US Citizens, and others.
MASSIVE potential is SFMI with obvious Gold veins in Sinker Tunnel that will not be tailings as you imply. Positively going forward will be the NI 43-101 submitted to allow SFMI to be listed on the Canadian Exchange, continued back log of Dore Gold and Silver Bars to be sold, buying back SFMI shares at 15% GROSS revenue, replacing Dennise Quilliam on the board, Eike Batista waiting for the drill reports of the reserves contained in the NI 43-101 coupled with a viewing of Sinker Tunnel in the first quarter of 2012.
The avoidance of giving a revenue amount is an indication that that they have not received the numbers yet.
Can you provide what companies that have had "Gold in the ground" and have retrived it and lost monies for the "mining investors," otherwise your premise assumption statement is ridulous?
As I see it.
Let the Gold Shine.
It has happened before and it shall happen again like ABX stock.
