Fidelity will let you buy pink sheets, but I've seen this before.

It happened to me 4-6 weeks before AND! ran big time. I use Ameritrade and they wouldn't let me buy that one at that time. About a month later it ran.

I have seen other brokerages do the came thing about a month or so before a run. Its like they run out of the shares that they have available or something.

I have since opened an account with E Trade in addition to my Ameritrade account for that reason.

Lets look at a few pps scenarios. PE ratio using 4B O/S and 17X revs.

Zoominfo Stated Revs. $54M = $0.23

Several scenarios based on assumed Q3 & Q4 revs added to the stated Q1 & Q2 revs. w/ 4B O/S & 17X revs P/E ratio:

$75M = $0.319
$90M = $0.383
$100M = $0.425

All using the current 4B O/S in the equation.

It is achievable, it's just all up to the company and how they execute their next few steps.

HPIL - The gamble / risk is to be able to gain more shares flipping. All the while hoping the company doesn't drop big news while their bid sitting.

HPIL, on average, seems to like to release news on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. We will see.

Remember, the price of admission gets exponentially higher by the minute after an 8K is released with big news.
