Bye bye Nasdaq listing. This ticker will be delisted according to Nasdaq rules.
If i was the CEO I would not take the risk if you are so close.
Ask back to .96 now, so still possible.
They need 10 consecutive closes above 1$ within the 360 days to maintain Nasdaq listing. They have 8 in a row now, so they are so damn close. I would imagine they dont want to get delisted right?
Or you are right and they are playing games today. If it closes 1$ or above today, it might have been a final shake out before it runs up huge!
Then it has to close above 1$ today, if not they will get delisted.
A close below 1 would not make sense, then counting would start at 1 again.
I expected more here, no clue who keeps on selling shares.
The problem is the money they need to expand. Following this already a long time. When it dropped massive below .02 on 1 day it seemed a good buy. Glad I did not buy in that time.
Still have to do more dd, but do you know how much of 55 franchise are already open and generating revs?
Thanks. My thoughts as well every time it goes up they bring it down on low volume. Or company is printing shares, which i cant believe as they have a solid cash balance. So only option is, a group is collecting shares before they let it run.
Any idea what kind of net profits these numbers would generate? If they keep on this growth rate they will have close to a B revs a year on top op their core growing restaurant business.
And more insider buying.
Kent just sold 200K of stock. Or he needed beer money or things are not that shiny as company present.
So new entity will bring in 22M net sales and OS will increase to 42M. Means it will bring in .53 profit per share. And that while Pokemoto is also growing rapidly.
No wonder why insiders are buying lol
So with the new filing the average price of offering is 0,625?
Buy low, sell higher
Separately, management has elected to explore a new shares-related strategy that we believe could benefit both the Company and our shareholders. Rather than execute occasional conversions at varied prices, the Company is considering a 100M - 200M stock addition to several biggest debt holders at a premium to the current market price. Importantly, this move would eliminate any future issuances for a period of 6 to 12 months. Moreover, once completed, the number of added shares in one event would be approximately the same number of shares that may be added on an occasional basis over a 6-12 month period. Management believes that this aggressive approach will enable Exxe to reduce debt and interest expenses. Plus, this move could swiftly expand free cash flow, which in turn enhances our positioning with new potential deals.
They should close that conversion deal with note houders. Then it is also in their interest to start a run to lets say .08 before they push it down again.
A paint close means with a small amount of shares they put on a higher close price.
Ok good to know. Didnt see the tape end of close
2.4M buys vs 3.9M sells. Looks like a paint close.
Thereafter, if such a company does not regain compliance with the bid price requirement a second 180-day compliance period may be
available
I dont see any .50's testing lol
Can anyone explain the vote in AS raise? Still plenty of room in current AS. Doesn't make sense.
Thanks, good to know. Still strong and long ALPP
True, pity that it kills momentum. However I dont expect it to be a long delay
Good to see they adress it. Delay doesnt seem to be a big deal.
We might see a push up anticipating on 10q out tomorrow
Company better post results today to avoid shorters to bring it down even more.
Possible halt....come on. And you ask me why people are attacking you lol
Not attacking you at all, you are the one who is trying to create fear here
Doesn't matter what they PR, you will explain it negative anyway. Dont blame some else for your loss.
They bought in q3 when stock price was even lower. They bought them in open market, like we all could do. So stop pretending they got them with a discount.
If you bought well below a buck it is not a failure lol
Time to post the 10q. Ridiculous how they can pull it down on low volume
They are just playing games till figures comes out.
Then take your loss and move if you think this is crappy stock. And no sorry for the ones who are on -90%. They should blame their own investments strategy
Not many shares available at these levels.
They are shaking hard now to get more shares.
