The ask is falling faster than the volume. It looks like people are pulling their sells.
Words words words, keep pushing this to the #1 spot boys :).
I couldn't help but notice that the efforts to sell a debunked fake PR scandal has popped this ticker into the #2 spot of the breakout board just in time for the news!
A ticker that's "been dead for years" doesn't have a half-dozen people working in shifts to convince others that it's "been dead for years"!
This sad attempt at making up a fake PR scandal was THOROUGHLY debunked in a way that's OBVIOUS to anyone who compares the fake PR to the real PR! Yet you people are STILL trying to spin it as a scandal???
6-billion O/S is very reasonable for a .0001 stock!
I've been exchanging private messages with them on Twitter, and I'm extremely impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to listed to shareholder concerns! It seems like things might finally be coming together for them!
The latest actions shown on this court website were:
March 26th, they ruled against AFHD for $230,436... It was a "default action", which makes it seem like AFHD never even showed up to court.
Then it appears they tried to mail the ruling to AFHD, but the letter was "returned to sender" on April 17.

What you seemed to have left out of your analysis, is the fact that they showed 77% yearly growth BEFORE receiving $67,704,000 that they plan to put toward global expansion... That's what people are investing in!
In many respects they've already done the hard part by developing machines that are superior to anything else on the market while demonstrating the potential for both the product and the industry itself. All they really need to do now, is to promote and sell their product... And investors believe they have a good product to sell.
Here are just a few things I pulled from the prospectus:
Competitive strengths: box size, output speed, and flexibility in printing materials, which potentially includes:
• shell molding and chromite sands;
• additional PMMA-based plastics;
• ceramics;
• silicon carbide;
• tungsten carbide;
• wood powder; and
• cement.
And then there's this: as of June 30, 2013, their "patent portfolio consisted of over 170 U.S. and international patents and patent applications."
And then there's this: They "have relationships with a number of leading multinational customers, including Daimler AG, BMW AG, Ford Motor Company, Hyundai Motor Company, Liebherr Group, Alphaform AG, 3D Systems Corporation, 3M Company, Volkswagen AG and Porsche SE, as well as with other key users of additive manufacturing in the film and entertainment industry, such as Propshop, and technical universities, such as the University of Rostock, the Technical University of Munich and the Vaal University of Technology. Many of our customers, including Daimler AG, BMW AG, Ford Motor Company"
"The Company sold three new 3D printers in the third quarter of 2013 with a total value of €1.9 million"... Compared to: "We sold three units in the first six months of 2013".
So they sold the same number of units in the third quarter as they did in the first and second quarters combined.
Not bad considering: "Purchases of our 3D printers often follow a seasonal pattern owing to the capital budgeting cycles of our customers. Generally, 3D printer sales are higher in our second and fourth fiscal quarters than in our first and third fiscal quarters."
Backlogs from the prospectus and latest filing:
Dec 2010: €0.1 million
Dec 2011: €1.7 million
Dec 2012: €3.7 million
Jun 2013: €4.4 million (6 printers)
Sep 2013: €5.5 million (7 printers)
So, if 3 printers worth €1.9 million were taken off the backlog last quarter, it would suggest that additional commitments for 4 new printers worth €3 million were recently added to the backlog.

Yeah, asdfghj is still here... And he's still excited about the stock... Though unfortunately he appears to have received a life-sentence in the kiddie-jail for talking back to that asshoIe Iucky_mydog.
I'm not quite sure what you are referring to... But there are certain "random people" that I'd REALLY rather not see here (me being one of them ).
I was also trying to give a subtle hint that DouG should take it easy on his little game where he constantly pretends to have profitable inside information... Because, as of yet, his "information" has netted about a 100% loss.
If the pumpers use their same aliases on this board... It'll be interesting to see how long it takes our basher friends to figure it out.
Though I'm wondering if they inflated that number slightly... This link suggests that the number of users is closer to 4000:
https://sofitmobile.com/charity/walk-a-mile
It does make you wonder if yesterday's volume was a result of leaked information about the PR... Or if the PR was an attempt at damage-control from yesterday... Hopefully this isn't going to be the start of a coordinated attempt to promote, while flooding the market with shares.
IAG Releases SoFit Mobile Update
InterAmerican Gaming Inc. (PINKSHEETS:IAGM) ("IAG" or "the Company") is pleased to announce an update on the success of the SoFit Mobile app launch. SoFit is a new social gaming mobile application that lets you get fit, stay fit and earn rewards that matter.
SoFit continues to receive fantastic international exposure as a result of its successful launch as the Official Technology partner for Walk A Mile, a 2012 London Olympic Games and US State Department initiative in support of global tolerance.
The SoFit app was featured in the 'New' and the 'What's Hot' sections of the Apple App Store and quickly rose up the ranks to become as high as the #5 Free Health & Fitness app, above such highly regarded rivals as RunKeeper, MapMyRun and Nike Training Club.
SoFit received raves reviews in the global press with features in Mobile Marketer, USA Today, & The Guardian among others.
USA Today - http://www.usatoday.com/tech/news/story/2012-07-24/olympics-social-apps/56467362/1
Guardian - http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/appsblog/2012/jul/24/apps-rush-unilever-series-bing?CMP=twt_gu
Mobile Marketer - http://www.mobilemarketer.com/cms/news/content/13348.html
SoFit has also generated its first revenues from a multi-stream business model consisting of:
-- Rewards revenue: per engagement for offers via the Kiip mobile rewards
network. Brands sponsor rewards for a cost per issuance to SoFit users
which is then shared by SoFit and Kiip. (active)
-- Donation processing fee: per donor transaction that will grow
significantly as more charities and users are on-boarded. (Fall 2012)
-- In-app purchases: for access to exclusive virtual events such as
marathons/runs (2013)
-- Sponsorship revenue: prices depend on type/size of campaign for
exclusive virtual event brand sponsorships and/or rewards integration
(2013)
Marc Askenasi, President & CEO of IAG and founder of SoFit Mobile, stated, "We are thrilled with the success of SoFit's launch and the global attention it has received. Our team is excited to release new product updates in the weeks to come as we continue to add new innovative features and improve the app's functionality. As we progress into the Fall season we look forward to growing our partnership roster and increasing the reach of the SoFit platform across brands, charity partners and events.

They gave SoFit 7s, but with all of the exciting new features coming out, I just know those 7s will turn into 10s.

Inside? Not at all... Just sick of my other alias being such an ass .
It is a very exciting time for us at SoFit as we prepare for the fall updates of the SoFit mobile app. To date, the response to version 1 has been overwhelming, especially from the participants of the Walk A Mile campaign which was powered by SoFit and launched in conjunction with the London 2012 Olympics. It was much more than we expected or were prepared for.
There are so many great things happening with SoFit right now, and when I am finally allowed to spill the beans on the stuff we have in the works, I will post in here.

Thank you... So then that's Pete Shoniker on the left... Do you think that might be the Peter Shoniker that made the news a few years back? Is that the same person? Maybe a bit older and a bit fatter?

Right, they didn't word that very well in the filing. On the previous page, they mentioned that part of the change in % ownership was due to the dilution by WLSA.
WLSA: Much is planned for the new year. It's speculated that speculation will drive it up in advance.
WLSA may begin a promotional campaign next week.
Lets try ZIPZ
Third time's the charm: WSLA, WLSA, WLSA
Double down on WLSA
WLSA should do nicely.
Chiroman07,
I seem to remember you posing this "7-year-challenge" to others, and you are right, it appears that JS hasn't had a wild success in all that time. Though, as someone already pointed out, using only the last 7-years isn't a very accurate benchmark since this has been a difficult period for most companies.
Since you were apparently careful at specifying a period where JS has not had a success, I assume you are aware that earlier in his carrier, JS had some extremely profitable ventures. Both Brad and Edward have compiled lists of some of these:
http://www.investorvillage.com/smbd.asp?mb=4388&pt=msg&mn=3770
http://timelesswealth.net/wlsa_exec.html
Even if you argue that a certain amount of luck and fortunate timing contributed to each of these projects, you can't deny that JS had enough experience to position himself to take advantage of this luck and fortunate timing. This is probably one reason you are still here. It is certainly the reason I am here. The timing is just about right for the renewable energy sector to explode, and I fully expect that JS will once again prove how "lucky" he can be.
As a long-time lurker, I wanted to say...
This is it people!
Sink or fly, now that Copernic has officially withdrawn, we should know soon enough. Why are people upset over the Copernic thing anyway? Besides that sketchy promise of 5-years worth of Fanotech's US sales, we weren't getting anything from them. Have people forgotten that they were actually taking 1.4 million dollars of OUR money? I have no idea why Simmonds started dealing with them, but bottom line, we were getting screwed!
Just because they backed out, doesn't mean the plasma plants aren't still on. Maybe Simmonds realized they weren't paying enough. After throwing in the methane power plant, he probably demanded a huge premium. Who knows, maybe this was just a creative way to get THEM to pay the penalty for dropping that painfully indebted Fanotech. My point is that we DON'T know and should probably wait for an explanation before crying foul.
This noob just Googled "n/m" and finally understands the original message.
