New press release . . . VJET to attend multi-conference in Germany and show off its latest 3-D printing tech and machines that no one else has anything like its speed, strength, adaptability to various industries like sports and automotive.
Seems businesses are hesitant to innovate and save time and money and employees health . . . yet all for stock buybacks that do nothing to save the company's money and competitive position? Looks like a lot of Dinosaurs will be following Sears into BK as immediate Greed is their goal?
We get new orders for our latest and superior 3-D tech at the soon Conferences and we go up.
Amazing that the rich in Calif. cannot learn to build fire and disaster resistant dwellings and save their belongings and lower their insurance costs, with VJET additive concrete brick and building specialty
3-D printing Tech. Looks like a way to show off our Tech and what it can do to prevent this form of poor regional planning results.
Silence on board . . . I have already lost *50% of my first initial buy of VJET . . . I now watch for my 2st buy of VJET.
Strange that Germany does not support its small but innovative companies like VJET. Guess they are no smarter than USA in that? Where are contracts for VJET Tech . . . maybe Asia will step in and buy another western company with great tech and patent pool (like they did with Volvo) and move right into the EU to further their global ambitions?
The Silk Road is good plan for them to move into EU, but why not buy up
small company that already has domestic plant in EU (beat USA in potential Tariff Wars Strategy, while our Prez Golfs and Twits)?
VJET is possessing amazing 3-D present and future Tech possibilities in automotive and aerospace and physical building construction applications field.
Its the best risk/reward 3-D printing company buy-out prospect out there right now and few see it? HPQ might be the one to grab it. Even F and TSLA should go over and look them over, if for nothing other than potential cost-cutter in battery construction time.
Why not 3-D print personal body armour, small recon drone, and help EKSO to do same for EKSO/F worker lift-assist vest improvement Demos?
Is VJET dynamic mmgt. team . . . or sitting and waiting for phone to ring?
VW is to start 3-D heat baking (not laser) AD auto parts printing, with HPQ and apparent German collaborator . . . is it VJET? Or, is someone to use a AD 3-D Printing Process that infringes rather closely to our (VJET) trade secrets and patented process?
NEXT SUBJECT: Is current stock price drop showing retail investors are funding the new 1st Trance of Newest Stock Issue Size increase having to do with needed company funding . . . for what? Are we really that needing in funding to continue as a viable company?
Are Tariffs (USA/China Trade War) to have effect on VJET, or will domestic
USA VJET AD manufacturing plant, to be used to by-pass potential Tariffs on
EU shipped AD parts to USA?
Yes I believe you are correct in that statement, as a matter of fact Berkshire Hathaway did a presentation not to long ago about 3D printing companies and said getting in to this technology now is like getting involved in Kodak during its infancy. BRK see's good things happening in this industry and Buffet is dipping his toes. If its good enough to be in Warrens portfolio, its good enough for mine. I think VJETs upside potential is significant, but a double from here? estimates are projecting the sp to go down by years end, unfortunately.
Nice day today, up nearly 15%. Nice bounce off 52 week low of $4.17 on 9/29. Should have bought more at the bottom. Perhaps short covering going on? Entire sector up nice today. Charts looking good here. IMO, Voxeljet is still a good buyout candidate for an industry big boy wanting in on the wave of the future : )
I agree, think they released some decent earnings too. Think this could be the wave of the future. High demand (robust) as they put it for 3D printing. This is one to put some money in and not check everyday. Buy some and look periodically. Coming into some funds soon and will be making a substantial purchase over the next couple weeks :) Good luck.
I'm in this for the long haul and believe this company is gonna fly. I'm really surprised this board has little to no activity..
I see this an easy 3-4 bagger in less than a year. Unfortunately for me, my cost average is around $24 per share... although I did add some to my retirement account at $6.20.
Hoping for a good open this morning after positive earnings release yesterday.
Nice little day here. WTF is with the (700) 100 share trades? Are the MM's looking for shares? Seen a couple 400's as well. Looking for shares but don't want to take her down for them. It's quiet in here but looking good on my end :) I just heard a pin drop.
Dude, you realize you are debating with yourself?
I feel the same way, but I'm definitely not taking a position until news starts. Anyone of these stocks can continue to sink, it just takes one fat finger. I have my eye on HPQ, they are reliable, have a brand, and will be a leader in this industry. It's just a matter of when
Up to $9.16 pre market
Last trade I see in extended hours was at 7.75.
What do you see it trading at??
Do you see what this is trading at in after hours? Very happy investors that bought in the 7's.
We'll see. Picked up a few April and May $8 calls today.
There was no real premium and volume on puts much higher, so the market isn't all that bullish even though some short covering (I believe) took stock up a bit today.
for the record i got out of VJET at 8.1772, being shorted ruthlessly plus I think the market is in for a shock. Big sells. This thing is dead money til a couple days before earnings perhaps.
Wake me up when we're over 10. This low volume can't last forever. Volume picks up and kaboom my friends, ka-boom. Paper thin baby.
In with very large position at 8.59
Took the quick gain, out at 9.03
To be honest I don't know much about the sector, just that I like this stock and chart and company from what I can see
I think 3D printing sector has bottomed out and we are on the upswing of that action. I don't think VJET ever sees 7s again unless like you said the broader market gets creamed. Looking for solid earnings here to kick this back to 10-11 range.
That is about where I bot in a little.
What are you seeing as VJET 3-D printing future?
Are they going to continue in the entertainment industry set proto-typing, and will they be moving beyond powder additive
I do not presently foresee stock price to fall below $7 area, unless we have major market crash, etc. type of stuff.
Any business venture worth its nuts, is going to be brainstorming how to utilize 3-D tech: to cut its labor-intensive costs, move out of Asian-sourcing of production and save overseas shipping time/cost + geopolitical considerations, and innovate formulation of its products future market reach.
Started a small position at 8.61
That would be great if VJET goes up on 'good earnings'.
Maybe see $1-3 up?
What is board (and your take, if you would) on HPQ as a competitor?
HP . . . w/o looking . . . I assume HP is going for 3-D printers for average consumer/home use as possible way to 'push up' their lagging home ink-jet printer sales.
Do not foresee BIG 3-D home business/craft activity right now (will average person want to get techie and make things)?
I hope HP does not think its going to 'bust' into the dawning large scale 3-D format, and compete against us?
HP is trying to elbow into Cloud and also business SW service appls?
Good Luck with that.
I just do not think HP has mmgt. keyed to industrial line products. Am I wrong therein?
Should we even worry about HP stepping in on us?
Haha I like your take. Doubtful on the HP speculation, but if there is an earnings beat here expect this rally to get a second life.
