104,700,000?
Where has it gone?
theory on today's buying spree
Whoever owns a majority of shares can request an audit. Perhaps a disgrutaled (institional?) holder bought 100 million shares to threaten an audit . . . only to settle out of court for a large sum . . . which small share holders may never see . . .
Any thoughts?
agree. If the outcome is bad for APCVZ cvr holders, no one will invest in another Fresenius CVR. If the outcome is shady, don't expect much confidence for other companies trying the cvr route. Bright side for slime balls = it provides plenty of material for law books on the subject.

cvr reading "While Performance CVRs have appeared in a small number of deals in the last decade (e.g., Fresenius/APP
Pharma), usually based on post-closing EBITDA performance of the acquired business during a defined post-
closing period, all of the challenges we identified in the context of similar private company earnouts are equal-
ly, if not more sharply, applicable. An added obstacle is establishing an enforcement mechanism pursuant to
which the interests of the many former target shareholders (each of whom is likely to have a relatively small
stake) are effectively represented, a pressing concern given the likelihood of disputes over compliance with
covenants meant to protect the integrity and value of this modified earnout."

Credibility of the press release . . .
The first day the press release came out with the link on yahoo board- I had a BIG problem with it - a TYPOS in a PR? "Crixion inc." Who would read a press release and not notice the "I" should be upper case?
Although the "I" in Inc. was uppercase in Stockmarketsreview.com, their webpage pasted a copyright logo of "Fresenius Kabi" into the article.
Doesn't anyone notice this besides me?
and to whoever put out the lame PR - thank you. I now have free shares.
10-K for 2009 was filed 2/24/2010. 10K for 2010 will likely be Feb 24 or later . . .

I hope they keep the data on their website currant. http://www.apppharma.com
I will post the FDA shortage link tomorrow... it's midnight. GNTA --That' goodnight to all . .
What do you make of Morgan Stanley? Thanks for the conference call info.

Here is a link. Looks to me like it's not just the Fresenius Kabi Pharmaceuticals Holding CO, -- http://www.hes-technology.de/internet/fag/com/faginpub.nsf/AttachmentsByTitle/Presentation_2010_MS_Global_Healthcare_Unplugged_Conference_140910/$FILE/Fresenius_MS_Conference_NY_Sep_14_10.pdf
I visit IHUB because IT IS NOT the Yahoo Board. Please do not register a bunch of ID's - talk back and forth between your ids- name call - whine - pretend you are from a Italy and misspell even the Italian words, say you have inside information from Germany-submit 4 duplicate, one-worded threads, followed by three lines of "!!!!!!!!!!!"
Yahoo board has become so stupid recently that most veteran investors have left. I will not come to this board if it becomes a mindless, pump, dump, vanity soapbox.
I like this place.

If the CVR is worthless, why are there 3 new Institutional Holders reported on NASDAQ? One added today.
Could you please copy/paste the press releases in a posts? It might be quicker!
Me too. I put a sell order in for $9 and I'm not going to keep checking the price 10 times a day. And, if there's a sell order in, they can't be sold short. Correct?
CVR? Is anyone s suspecting a CVR announcement?
FDA approval email alerts? Thanks P4P for the link! Your not about details and facts, not hype or bash. Thanks for all the information. You're great.
I agree. If the PR had been worded differently, like " . . with these changes of . . .blah . . blah. . ATNP anticipates exciting possibilities of blah. .blah . . and the positive effects this will bring the company and it's shareholders." Leave us wanting more, not get nervous and have second thoughts about the company. I almost wondered if they wanted a sell off? It doesn't make sense. Either the PR wasn't proofread by a marketing professional, or there was a ploy to stir some emotion, but even which emotion it intended is unclear. So I am going with the former idea . . the missing pr professional.
restricted shares? Why are people in a hurry to get a dividend of restricted shares? Can they be sold the next day? Then when?

FDA site: finally posted this morning on
FDA website.

Once this waiting is put to rest, we'll change our discussion topic to: "What are we going to do with all of our MONEY?"
Thank you.
It is possible one or more of the reviewers is taking, or planning to take vacation time. If my wife wanted to go to the Gulf one last time before tar hit the beaches, I would not stay at my FDA job to review medical devices. I would take a couple of weeks off work.
That could move put our time frame further down the line, like early July.
I think if they would have worded the PR differently there wouldn't be as much fear among the shareholders. I'm hoping for the same ripstadt.
Following FDA approval - was there manufacturing for sale or clinical trails? I never thought about clinical trials with Imgg - how many months might that be?
Let's all take a week's vacation to Florida and help get this off the ground . . . let's volunteer.
I HATE big business. Don't allow the Big Boys take IPTV over and make all the money! I will work for free . . but I can only do it for a week 'cause I can't quit my day job.
kinda funny how posters keep saying Chris is too busy working - He doesn't have time to provide information to his investors -- If it weren't for his investors . . . He Wouldn't Be Busy In The First Place. but i am not selling . .
Yeah, where they and more importantly --- what they are worth? I have shares from the last dividend. Amertrade shows no ticker and no price. Are they restricted shares?
I apologize- a mistake on my part. Don't mean to call posters whiners - I just can't find other stocks that are honest about what they are doing until after they file a report.
PLEASE! SHOW ME ONE STOCK . . . I WILL BUY IT!How many stocks do you OWN that you know the NAME of the CEO -- where you can even SEE a Picture of of him? Where you can hear his VOICE on a conference calls? That grant INTERVIEWS on Money TV? That provide NEWSLETTERS regularly? That INVITE QUESTIONS on an INVESTOR FORUM? Then REPLY to those questions on a HOMEMADE video, just to keep shareholders updated? That even HAVE a FACEBOOK page? ? ? WHERE?!?!
You all call the CEO by his first name - like your best friends, or something, - but you are not professional in your candor.
I have not been investing long but I appreciate this company's transparency.
There are a very "few intelligent" posters and a "whole lot of whiners"!
Will the whiners please sell IMMG shares Monday --when you don't get the answers you want, I will buy them.
Will the "intelligent posters" please direct me to other stocks that offer the honesty and transparency that one receives with IMMG?
GLTYA - But if you only have luck - it's unlikely that success will follow . . .
PLEASE GUYS!Help me out. SHOW ME ONE STOCK . . . I WANT TO BUY SHARES. . .thank you.
3 days prior to record date, Market closed Friday---and the market shareholders must own 3 days prior (really?) of the record date - is that three business days? Does that mean Thursday is the last day to purchase or Monday, the 5th?
Subject: Short Split. I coined a new word; I think anyway. The question is: Theoretically, how does an upcoming stock split effect short seller behavior? What is typical market behavior around split time, a long-short frenzy? I am assuming there is little short selling prior to the split because current shareholders will hold until after the distribution date, whenever that is . . thank you and I'll take my answer off of the air . . .
