I'm not a day trader so I'm hopeful it stays as is (for my sanity) for a while because I added 2500 shares today. I suppose if it does drop back to $.60-.75 range I would have no other choice but to find some cash and average down.
I've been in this pre-bankruptcy so I'm in the the long haul! Hoping this helps my family in the future...
I'm in the PNW as well andI recall them having a good reputation in the area. To the public perception is reality, what lies beneath may be a different story but I think if their name were used most folks would do business with them again. Just my opinion.
My thoughts exactly... I'd rather hold out 1-3 more years than wait 36 years.
I've held since the beginning and was away from the boards for a while. I couldn't find info of how I should vote so I posted a message but didn't get any responses. Looks like I missed out on the vote...
Sorry if this is redundant but I haven't been on here in quite a while and I got something about a vote recently. Could someone point me to some info on how I should consider voting or what the implications are?
Thanks for your help. Had about 30k commons originally that got converted so I want to make sure I make the right choices.

...and Sixty-Seven Cents!
Never received mine from them either, they've blamed the folks that they had sending them out... Can you say pass the buck!
I had to get mine via download as well. Good thing I've followed this great forum or else I would have never known I was SUPPOSED to receive one even.
That's what I was curious about as well.
I'm only guessing but I'm pretty sure there are a lot of holders that had no idea about this forum (or others) or that a ballot was even being sent out. Hell I never received my ballot that Sharebuilder "Sent" out! Good thing I follow this board occasionally and downloaded the ballot!
Just like it's been all along, something bad is in the air! The corruption stinks!
I never got mine either. They blame the company that was sending them out on their behalf, on multiple calls to them.
"Sorry sir but we aren't responsible for mailing them."
I'll be canceling my account with them after this is over!

I got them to email me a ballot after several calls as well even though I had already gotten from this board. I just wanted to see if they would allow to take my vote by phone and they refused.
I still have received nothing from them in the mail after being assured twice they were shipped on January 23rd! I've sent two additional emails to them asking whether my shares will be locked and when and have received no replies. Poor customer service as far as I'm concerned!
Not sure I will stay with them after this is over
Hello Everyone
I'm just curious if anyone using Sharebuilder ever received their ballots. I used the downloaded PDF but as of today I still have not received the ballot that they told me was mailed Jan 23rd!
Thanks, best of luck to all
Jason
Thank you to everyone for all the help! I just received an email form them with the ballot as well and the address I received also has a attention line that may or may not be important

Best of luck to everyone!
Thanks sv!
They just emailed me the ballot as well and would not take mine over the phone
It's been over a week if they did actually send them out last Monday as I was told below:
"I spoke with our corporate actions team and found out some information.
We mailed out the ballots on 1/23. Because they were mailed physically, you will not be able to respond electronically with your control number you receive. These ballots need to be returned (original documents only) to us by 2/3 in order to process. Ballots received after 2/3 will be processed on a best efforts basis only.
You must complete these ballots in order to be eligible for a distribution.
To expedite this process, please write your ShareBuilder account number next to your signature on the ballot."
Excellent, I'll call them and find out the address to mail it to! Thanks Rainbow!
Has anybody received their ballots from Sharebuilder yet? A week ago they told me they had mailed them the day before when I called them. I was also told that since they mailed it I was not allowed to vote by phone.
Anyone else with Sharebuilder?
I too just called them and was told they would call me back or email me with information hopefully today due to the short timeframe. I'll post what I receive as well!
Thanks Catz
I missed the twilight section in there.
Thanks Dion
How about question number two, did you get an answer to that?
Jason
I'm also planning to pick up some preferreds to go along with my commons. However, it's been so long since I've read about them I can't remember which is the best way to go, KQ or PQ?
I'd appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction, maybe a post number... Thanks!
I received mine yesterday, it may have arrived Friday but still late...

Vancouver WA guy here. I'm pretty new to this stuff and holding. One thing I've never been aware of is who to have an account with. I've only recently started trading within the last few years and I'm totally a newby. I have my tickets and I'm holding but should I consider going with another broker than Sharebuilder? Should this turn out the way we hope will they kill me on a commission after settlement as well? Thanks everyone for any advice in advance...
I hope I'm able to meet up with you all when our tickets are traded for cash!
