The do own the land. No further acquisition cost for that.
Land was another $4M on the balance sheet, but that’s not included in the $10.5M I quoted since there won’t be any acquisition cost on that for Facility C.
Looking at their last set of financials from 9/30 shows the cost on their balance sheet for Facility A is approximately $10.5M (that includes everything in the buildout). I would assume there will be some economy of scale in building a larger facility, I’m expecting a cost of $13-15M for the new facility. Cash on hand should be about $4M as of 12/31 and they’re generating about $2M of cash a quarter. They likely won’t need to borrow much to complete the buildout.
HD - I think that will be conservative if they get to the mothership (Facility D) by then.
I could be wrong, but I very strongly doubt the price comes even remotely close to the $.45 range again..... the chart is very similar to the last 3 legs up.... Last July we went from $.13 to $.27 and consolidated at $.18... we then went $.18 to $.33 and consolidated at $.25..... then $.25 to $.58 and consolidated at $.50.... most recently we go $.50 to $.95 and now consolidating in the $.70s.
Next leg up will take us to the $1.25-1.50 range which I anticipate taking place in the next 3 months.
If we keep rising, I feel like Mike should tap the market for 10M shares and build Facility D as well... why not go for the home run now that the share price has appreciated and it won’t take as many shares to fund the mothership.
Trulieve (TCNNF) and GrowGarden (GRWG) are two of the 3
Trulieve CEO said in an interview yesterday that she expects the MORE Act to be passed in the next 30-60 days with the next round of stimulus. This will add a significant tailwind for the cannabis industry. All boats will rise.
The shift in product mix will help drive sales higher while we wait for expansion to come online. Bulk flower has lower margin than packaged products such as pre rolls, gummies etc... NGW is producing and selling more of the latter in more recent months. As brand awareness continues to grow than they can continue to shift their product mix into more of the higher margin packaged goods. I do agree that this can't drive sales up tens of millions, but our next facility will be up and running within a year and the market will begin to take notice. $1+ land will be here before we know it.
Awesome exposure!! Thanks for posting
guys seriously... stop with the personal attacks. We should all be excited as our seedling NXGWF is blossoming before our eyes.
good callout ..... also, they've had some warrants I believe expire without getting exercised which also reduces the fully diluted share count.
Price to Earnings ratio (P/E).... price of the stock is about $.55 US divided by annualized 2021 earnings of $.03 per share (I think that will come up conservative) solves for a PE of about 18. Stocks in a growth sector should have a minimum PE of 30. Layer on increased earnings per share associated with expansion and NXGWF is easily $1.50 - just need to wait for it. There will be ups and downs along the way but with dems clearing the way for legalization and NGW starting to making a name for itself, this can become a national brand.
I think the move up is based on awareness growing..... stock is trading at a forward PE under 20! This is one of the hottest sectors right now and that PE doesn't even contemplate the upside from expansion which will be complete this year. This will be $1.50+ in the next 12 months. I would not risk that upside for the potential that it may go down a nickel or dime in the short term.
good job holding... our once small NXGWF is incubating and will soon be ready to harvest!! $1 land will be here sooner than we all think.
they were down a couple cents yesterday when US was closed though, so it seems right given it's up 7.5% in the US at the moment.
While a pullback is possible, we have seen more volume these last two days than I think the stock has ever had in two consecutive days. I wouldn't try to get cute at this stage (but that's just my opinion) given that fair value should be around $.75 based on current earnings..... long term we all know it will be much higher.
$.50!!
HD - you must be the happiest guy in the world right now.... the bid / ask now sitting at .44 / .45 - this move today may still have a lot left in the tank.... $1 isn't so far away anymore.
The day's of the $.10's, $.20's and $.30's are hopefully behind us.
May not have a chance to accumulate anymore, but we can all now watch our accounts grow.
Congrats! Welcome aboard
ah, good to know!! A little publicity of NXGWF on the pages of the big boys certainly can't hurt us!
I promoted NXGWF on the boards of other big cannabis MSO's on other sites (TCNNF, GTBIF, CURLF & CRLBF).... I'm sure it's not the driving factor but hopefully awareness drives more volume!!
It just popped to $.38 USD
Ok, no more stones please. I regret suggesting it and will take the long game to $1 and future uplisting.
HD - While I agree that reverse splits typically don't end well, they're also typically used by companies who's share price is sinking to ensure they can stay on the exchange. We are approaching this from the other angle, and I would expect investors to understand the difference in motives should NXGWF opt for a reverse split to get on a major exchange. It would also open the door for institutional $ as they can't touch OTC stocks. Just a thought, but I'm fine playing the long game too and waiting till we touch $1 to uplist.
Yes, these are preliminary results. We will get official results as well as the 10k in about 45 days.
Any guesses on whether NGW is preparing to uplist with legalization imminent? Both Trulieve and Curaleaf have been preparing docs to do so. We would need to do a reverse split to get the share price over $1, but getting on the Nasdaq or NYSE would be huge.
way too early for that... most companies don't release year-end results until 45-60 days after the period closes. Year-end is different than quarterly results in that they are a final signed off audit whereas quarterly financials are "unaudited." I would expect to get news on an earnings date toward the end of January.
Anyone else encouraged by the increase in volume lately? I feel like this metric is trending up which seems to be a sign of awareness on the rise.
Prob the exercise of warrants.... a number were expiring in early 2021 if I recall from looking at their last quarterly report.
Anxious to see Q4 preliminary revenue... That coupled with the Cookies news should get us to $.50 before the Q4 earnings are reported.
Cookies is a significant partner.... to help put it into context, Cookies has a major deal with Green Thumb Industries (GTBIF) which is one of the top 3 MSO's in the US.
Added 50k shares this morning
I would be surprised if we don’t get $.35 today ..... I just may have to sell all my Trulieve and Green Thumb and consolidate to one cannabis investment.
Wow wow wow!!! Cookies is a player in the industry. I’m very very excited to see this news. May add 100k shares. Anything below $.60 right now is an absolute steal.
Meant that someone is trying to establish a sizeable position in NGW.
There’s a solid bid size of 248K shares at .287
Hope the flood gates open next week when we get news of Q4 revs
Chuck - doesn’t seem like a fair comparison. FFNTF is an MSO with operations in 5 states. I think the upside for NXGWF at a market cap of $50M is much greater. They just need to stay on course.
While a double would ordinarily sound great, I do believe we will surpass $.50 long before 12/31/21
I honestly don't know. I vocalized the same view earlier in the week. Options or no options though, we are significantly undervalued.
Chuck - I presume you are in the green at this point? You seem to be one of those that are more stressed about price performance. Ever think about just selling and moving to something safer?
Chuck - here you have it... A couple days ago you were upset that the stock kept drifting down and a handful on the board tried to encourage patience as one day we'll just move up without any notice. Maybe today is that day as we currently stand at .28?
