Very tempting indeed.. I've been trying to keep my finger AWAY from the trigger and scooping up ALL of those .37's on LTNC!
Agree 1000% Awaken. LTNC is making the right moves while keeping shareholder value first and foremost. IMO
Absolutely, a tiny share structure is always great to have. I for one love the fact in the recent news they acquired Florida-based Qwik Staffing Solutions, Inc. WITHOUT the need to issue shares. WE both know, LTNC has $$$$$$$ to make it happen. LTNC is so thin on the offer, the slightest buying pressure should it to $1.00 in a flash!
All IMO of course!
"The acquisition of the operating assets of Qwik Staffing Solutions, Inc. did not call for the issuance of any Labor SMART stock, but rather, a cash payment of $150,000 plus a fixed percentage of revenues over the next 14 months for a capped net amount. Details of the Company's latest transaction can be found in Labor SMART's current 8-K filing with the SEC. "
You're welcome Flex. I wish, I could be more involved like I was in the past. Well, I don’t need to say this, but you certainly know what’s going on in my life. Maybe at some point, I hope to be a regular contributor and poster more often, but until that time presents itself. I will always be an email or phone call away my friend.
Always bro.. Patience ALWAYS pays BIG $$$$$$$ to the Smart Money buying and holding LTNC.
So which is it?
“As for hiring experienced management if you are talking about board members they are just that board members. They have other jobs its not like they are involved in the day to day”.

Yes indeed, just like another long term investment we're in together. I can’t wait for LTNC to busta a HUGE move and leave those naysayers saying WTH. All we can say, Is WE TOLD YOU SO!!!!!
Flex... Tremendous day for CADY. We’ve already crossed into uncharted territory. The chart shows lots of room to run.
Another awesome pick on the FLEX NATION!!!
Tremendous day for CADY.. We’ve already crossed into uncharted territory. The chart show lots of room to run.
It certainly won’t take very much to move LTNC northbound in a very big way. It’s very thin. I'm adding shares ever chance I get down here.
A green day on LTNC is a green day no matter how its spun. JMO
MPIX looking strong today. It could make an even stronger move tomorrow after seeing that HUGE A$$ bid.
Eyes are also on WPNV too.
Doing ok..could always be better, but could certainly be worse. I'll take a look at it.
You got that bro. Sometimes it may take a while, but at least we've got patience.
What’s up Cube???? I'm a little happy today, because I finally offloaded another POS play today from a common person we both know. I grabbed a few shares at .0005 a while back and sold them for a nice gain today. (P$HN)
Ok.. It was a little more than a few.
I am.. I bought a nice boatload of .0005's not long ago on PIHN and sold a good chunk today. All but 80,000 of today's total volume of 577,445.
Too funny pennystockmentor. We've got a real gem here in LTNC!
Yes indeed.. LTNC is going to pay a much better return than any CD, HYLD or other savings account. Maybe better than any stock out there PERIOD!!!!
FLEX NATION ready to see another runna soon!
Hey Langy. Been a long time. Hope your doing well.
That's not what the LTNC link below shows!!! This shows GROSS PROFIT!!!

Hey Bro.. You forgot to mention, We've got buyers with DEEP POCKETS to soak up any cheap shares that are to be had on LTNC.
Solid buying in the upper .30 to low .40's. LTNC will be heading higher soon. JMO
Braden32601. Just wanted to let you know, I got your message. Thanks. I've been doing the same thing.
LTNC is a goldmine.
It certainly won't take much to turn the chart around with the TINY LTNC FLOAT. A little buying on the offer will move LTNC in a very big way. It will be back at .48+ in a flash.
Great find.. That’s exactly what we’ve been saying. LTNC could easily trade on the AMEX in the very near future.
I certainly agree with that statement. LTNC is certainly not a stock to flip. It’s more like a long term investment.
Yep.. I got plenty of time for what LTNC has in store for us shareholders. IMO.. All good things.
I don't see anything wrong with the way LTNC is handling their filings. I think they’re doing a top notch job. IMO
Yep.. Its a real shame, but in due time LTNC will go after the folks that are doing this. They will get what's coming to them.
You and me both.. Bidding some near there now on LTNC... just in case.
In due time bro. LTNC will be on the AMEX or another exchange for sure.
This is what I find even more interesting and beneficial to us LTNC shareholders. At this point, most companies are either losing money or at a breakeven level. Not many companies are producing profit as quickly as LTNC. That's a VERY BIG DEAL to me personally.
LOL.. I seriously doubt that will EVER happen, but If it did. I'd have a bid so big I'll soak up the entire LTNC float by myself.
That could be someone or possibly a shorter trying to entice weak hands to sell their LTNC on the cheap.
If it works, I'll be very happy to snag everything I can get my hands on down there.
LTNC - Income Statement (Periods March - Dec 30, 2012)
It appears gross profit has continued to increase/grow each and every quarter. I also see very positive enhancements in their “Total Revenue” as well. The quarter ending Dec 2012 was also inline with Sept 2012. I am expecting to see an upswing in their number for the next quarter.
A Form 8-K has specific reasons for filing them (see below). There are significant differences between a PR and a Form 8-K.
Form 8-K
In addition to filing annual reports on Form 10-K and quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, public companies must report certain material corporate events on a more current basis. Form 8-K is the “current report” companies must file with the SEC to announce major events that shareholders should know about.
The instructions for Form 8-K describe the types of events that trigger a public company's obligation to file a current report, including any of the following :
Section 1 Registrant's Business and Operations
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 1.03 Bankruptcy or Receivership
Item 1.04 Mine Safety - Reporting of Shutdowns and Patterns of Violations
Section 2 Financial Information
Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant
Item 2.04 Triggering Events That Accelerate or Increase a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement
Item 2.05 Costs Associated with Exit or Disposal Activities
Item 2.06 Material Impairments
Section 3 Securities and Trading Markets
Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing
Item 3.02 Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities
Item 3.03 Material Modification to Rights of Security Holders
Section 4 Matters Related to Accountants and Financial Statements
Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant
Item 4.02 Non-Reliance on Previously Issued Financial Statements or a Related Audit Report or Completed Interim Review
Section 5 Corporate Governance and Management
Item 5.01 Changes in Control of Registrant
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
Item 5.04 Temporary Suspension of Trading Under Registrant's Employee Benefit Plans
Item 5.05 Amendment to Registrant's Code of Ethics, or Waiver of a Provision of the Code of Ethics
Item 5.06 Change in Shell Company Status
Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
Item 5.08 Shareholder Director Nominations
Section 6 Asset-Backed Securities
Item 6.01 ABS Informational and Computational Material
Item 6.02 Change of Servicer or Trustee
Item 6.03 Change in Credit Enhancement or Other External Support
Item 6.04 Failure to Make a Required Distribution
Item 6.05 Securities Act Updating Disclosure
Section 7 Regulation FD
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Section 8 Other Events
Item 8.01 Other Events (The registrant can use this Item to report events that are not specifically called for by Form 8-K, that the registrant considers to be of importance to security holders.)
Section 9 Financial Statements and Exhibits
Item 9.01 Financial Statements and Exhibits
Companies have four business days to file a Form 8-K for the events specified in the items in Sections 1-6 and 9 above. However, if the issuer is furnishing a Form 8-K solely to satisfy its obligations under Regulation FD, then the due date might be earlier. (Issuers with questions concerning compliance with Regulation FD should consult with counsel or the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance.)
For more information on how to read a Form 8-K, including more detailed descriptions of some of the events required to be disclosed on Form 8-K, you can read our investor bulletin on How to Read an 8-K. You can find a company’s Form 8-K filings on the SEC’s EDGAR database. We have posted information on our website on how to use the EDGAR database. You may wish to read answers to Frequently Asked Questions about the implementation and interpretation of the Form 8-K items, produced by the staff of the Division of Corporation Finance..

I certainly agree with you Awaken. There have been very little shares that have gone below this .30’s level. If LTNC ever hit .20 again, everyone better look out because they’d be snapped up VERY quickly. I seriously doubt the PPS will ever fall back down there again.
Don't worry about it Jjdiddy. Good things will come. Trust me on that.
Besides, It gives me more time to load my dump truck full of cheap LTNC shares.
Pinksheets.com is certainly one of the better sites for locating information on any OTC companies. Too bad, other sites don’t set high standards like they do.
I don't think LTNC will be trading on the OTC platform in the very near future. JMO
