gonna shoot up $30 soon as the 2021 MA and D commissions are released which is any day this week or next...
sub 150s clearing
amazing on call yesterday they are up to 33% of enrollments where consumers find their site and enroll online...these are the most profitable consumers and they last the longest....and they are aiming for 50% online soon. these consumers are either very healthy and super comfortable with choosing and staying with a plan for a long time, or they are tech savy enough and confident in online selections for themselves...
200+ shortly...the $400 is when they double their existing book...right now they are at 2% of the commmissionable MA market, they will get to 4% in 3 years or so....
big time ability to absorb any competitors soon.
COVID 19 accelerating medicare sales online and on the phone.....power play like Amazon....btw, pill pack perfect partner here....hopefully they can clear regulatory and join forces..
CMS about to come out with 2021 MA and D allowable commission next week, should be 3 to 5% up....increases margin 10 to 15% naturally.
Most MA plans now paying an extra $50 upfront at enrollment for a Health Risk Assessment, they take 2 minutes to complete, adds instantly to the LTV if EHTH can tap in...
between todays investor conference and the 2021 payraise CMS will announce this week or next for MA and D plans, 170s coming shortly..
guessing 121 could get lucky to 125, 175 in June on Medicare for more talk by Biden and even Trump....
here comes the cover
The 2021 medicare commission rates come out next week will be 5% higher than 2020....in one of my latest posts....adds 15% to margin....
EHTH about to get a huge pay raise
boom time coming MA and D commission will be up 5% in 2021 based on CMS. 2021 allowed commission come out usually May 20th. Up 5% in LTV increases margin by 15% with this one move...their increasing online enrollments means margin likely will be up 20% in 2021 and of course sales will likely be much higher. I think they spend less in 2021 with less CAPEX and you see 25% margin expansion, on increased sales. 300M EBITDA not far away now...plus the fact that commission on MA and D likely to go up 3 to 5% each of the next set of years...will see EBITDA over 30% soon on their entire book...
https://www.cms.gov/newsroom/fact-sheets/2021-medicare-advantage-and-part-d-rate-announcement-fact-sheet
3The total does not include an adjustment for underlying coding trend. For 2021, CMS expects the underlying coding trend to increase risk scores, on average, by 3.56%.
expecting 130 next week and 175 in June, around May 25 the government will release their 2021 allowable commission rates for med advantage and drug plans, going to see a 3 to 5% rate increase. EHTH's bottom line will move up 15% minimum in 2021 on increased sales, more online sales, and could be up by 20% or higher if they slow thier spending as their online push will be in place, EBITDA should be 225M in 2021. On pace for 300M EBITDA by 2022 18 months from now...
EBITDA will be 150M 2020 225M 2021 and 300M 2022 all while spending big money on growth, otherwise EBIDTA would be 175M 2020 250M 2021 and 325M 2022. Revenue will be near 700M 2020 850M 2021 and 1B 2022.
PPS 225 now, with 350 by 2022...
130s next week
boom time here, the 2021 medicare advantage commission rates allowance will be out in a few weeks, last month the government hinted at around a 5% increase in payments to insurers who manage med adv plans, this will translate into nearly a 5% increase in commission. EHTH will see its MA sales in 2021 pay them 5% more, nearly all of it goes to the bottom line.
https://www.cms.gov/newsroom/fact-sheets/2021-medicare-advantage-and-part-d-rate-announcement-fact-sheet
They will be over 200M EBITDA in 2021....should be $6B MC here or PPS $225.....
Also, their q1 2 and 3 MA sales are ramping up big time...these sales represent mainly consumers just starting Medicare and commission on these plans is much higher than commission they get during the AEP in the fall because EHTH gets paid a first year commission on these folks just starting Medicare which in general is double the renewal commission they get during AEP in the first year.....
Lots of referrals here from people telling their friends to call em up or go online...nearly no cost to obtain these folks...
MONSTA!
who is the ecommerce company they are helping to develop small package delivery? the PR says they are helping them refine their drones for use to deliver packages. Can it be anybody BUT Amazon?
easy double or triple from here....all types of eyes on this tech...if amazon, then 50+ here
telling ya, look at PCTL...same thing happened last 4 months...product roll out and lots of unexpected buying, from .0013 to .10 on 500M O/S.....will see waves of buying and you don't know where its coming from, but its the county managers who are looking to deploy the product as well as the 10s of thousands of employees who are brought in on the new tech they will be using.....will see this move most on non new days...very investable...stable...
its the unexpected buying that occurs on these plays as the products get introduced to buyers that makes them run on no news. my guess is the 700 counties are just starting to be taught about the product this week as they rolled out the basis on the fleet products last week online...
Here's the thing....will be several vaccines approved which is good news for INO governments dont want the entire planet taking the same vaccine nor 1 company with a monopoly. Its 10b doses needed for a pa demic according to who.....2 doses each for roughly 5b people....at 25 to 50 each that is 250b to 500b in sales up for grabs....INO can surely get 50b out of it....most would be profit.....likely to be 5 or so vaccines approved....
Citron gets completely ignored these days lol saw where they blasted shopify at 197 saying 100 but it went to 600 instead
Market cap is 2m on the Canadian stock exchange that is .0080 here...
Worth 2m on the cse that is pps .0080 here
https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/ign?countrycode=CA
make no mistake them choosing the AWS cloud platform for support, obviously they want this product in the hands of Amazon's fleet as well...Amazon buys these small types of plays often
what happens is these products, as they roll out, the employees learn of the stock and buy....PCTL just did this from .0013 to .10 with 500M O/S....this product is just being introduced to 700 county managers and then will go to the 350,000 in the PR....if I'm an employee at one of these counties and we are told about new tech and their story and I know my county and others are buying it, I buy the stock...
I call it unexpected buying...see it all of the time in pennyland...will be waves of buying at all times for the forseeable future...with very stable and wealth producing moves up...i'm buying lots at these levels and plan a 10M buy next week which will get me to 4% owner of the O/S or so....
HUGE, their product just added to Youtube moments ago....wonder the sales volume coming from the 700 counties...
based on their pipeline this looks like PCTL.. .0013 to .01, then .01 to .10 over the last few months....
Future of fleet this deal alone has to bring $25M value speculatively. PPS .10....interesting play they don't seem to pump, they just sign their tech up with big names...

gonna squeeze into the 20s this week past the 19 high
the WHO recommends 10B doses to deal with pandemics in their action plans, so its $250B to $500B in vaccine sales up for grabs....this company should be $5B MC easily on speculation
Nobel Prize Economics guy says PAY DECN and companies like it
But Romer said the solution to the testing problem lies in the current system, which needs to be reorganized and incentivized financially to produce enough tests.
“We’re really not constrained on the supply side, but we are constrained by what we’re willing to pay,” Romer said.
“We just need to pay people and let them have to option to provide these tests.”
Romer made the analogy of the government saying that there needed to be 300 million soft drinks made one day.
No one would step up to make the drinks for free, he suggested, but they would be made if the government agreed to pay for them.

someone who is data based likes their test or it wouldn't trade this much money
easily see a few billion in sales here, workable test to get tuned for roll out, need is greater than letting their tests go by the wayside...
$100B testing order, U.S. government incentivize, clear all hurdles, 6 month ramp up, DECN in perfect zone, just for U.S. here, wordwide is $500B initial investment, over the next several years...home kits are the holy grail, the U.S. starting to approve home kits with Labcorp approved TODAY
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/04/21/coronavirus-tests-rockefeller-plan-would-screen-millions-for-covid-19.html
the richest people in the country, Bezos and the Rockerfeller foundation, are about to outline the billions of tests needed to be done worldwide, not just the USA, coming next week.....has to be home solution guaranteed you will see. Its a little ticker like this that Amazon scoops up routintely...plenty to work with with the existing tech at GenViro....
based on this home testing is the only answer who's gonna get $500B in sales? MC here is 59M. Not doing more than 100k tests per day at doctor's offices or labs...has to be home kits....

They tweeted about is recently obviously. As long as the large operators have built 5g in places, IQST can roll out 5g service to its existing customers...right?
