Is that a fact Hubris? Well then I look forward to hearing how that went. To my knowledge you are the only one to confirm that, but so be it. Things should get even more interesting if that is possible, when we get the news back as to how it went, and what's next.
WHEN IS THE MEETING??????
I will admit I am completely lost, and have no idea what you guys are implying is going on with this LUXD company. Slow it down for the menatlly challenged like myself.
So this is the week of the 17th....What day this week is Dean meeting with the FDA??
I'm seeing over 3 mill traded today so far? With all due respect to those that are severely in the red, you gotta love this stock. It just sits there and sits there, and then out of the blue, mass volume. I am looking around my desk for the memo about what is going on, but apparently I didn't get one...AGAIN! Congrats to those that made some nice profits today!!
Is there a confirmed date for the FDA meeting, or is it still just the week of the 17th?
Will there be any meeting minutes or documents to retrieve through the FOIA, or will we have to rely on Dean's report as to what was discussed with the FDA? Are we going to be able to read exactly what the FDA said, or is Dean going to go on MTV and fill us in?
Box, I don't think you have been paying attention to the defense for Dean's statements on that ridiculous CC. Apparently he "HAD" a big ego back then that was so large that it greatly impacted his ability to tell the truth. He is a changed man now and being advised by some of the best Anonymous consultants in the business.
Homer, when and or if Dean ever makes it to court with Bogdan, which my understanding is that day will happen, do you think the judge will buy your "EGO" theory too? When the judge asks Dean if he really had a letter in his hands from the FDA that said one thing, and when asked live by shareholders the contents of that letter he reported something completely different, which apparently influenced others to purchase stock based on the CEO's statements, is the judge just going to wave it off?
The judge will ask Dean if in fact he made these statements regarding Govt Documents he had in his hand, and Dean is going to say, sorry your honor, I know it was misleading, ok I lied, but see I had a really big ego back then, but I have seen the error in my ways, and I now I have a bunch of baby sitters, AKA Consultants, to watch over me and make sure I don't do that again.
Ok Deano, well you have stated for years your DVIS performs 3D realtime, do you have proof of such, and can I see that please? I had an OPEN House Your Honor, and everyone cheered when I was done with the demo, isn't that good enough?
Homer, $50 huh?? Well I am not much for divulging what I do with my money, as it really isn't anyone's business, but I can't tell you how impressed I am that you and Phil are such high rollers. Again, I wouldn't really be bragging about how much you have on the line, considering the history of this company, and the current financial situation that it is in.
So just so I am clear on how you see this going....Dean and his army of consultants are meeting face to face with the FDA (in a couple weeks) and they are going to tell the FDA what they are going to submit, and the FDA is going to say looks good to us Dean. Then Dean will gather up his images, submit the package, and we're all gonna be rich. Well, you and Phil will be rich having invested some staggering amounts, but I'll be happy with a new fishing pole.
Hey sounds great....
The pictures were taken after he took some money out at the ATM, and saw what the balance is. After taking the photos, he also did a couple back flips, with witnesses saying he kept pinching himself, and screaming "What a country"
How about an article about what it actually does now, and not what it is advertised to do. We all know what it is supposed to do. Can we please have an endorsement from an actual authority on the subject that has seen it in action, and not some lemming from the OH, who says well they all applauded so it must be real. The sub sandwich at the snack table was awesome too, so how could the DVIS not be legit?? Give me a break.
Homer..Sorry but I couldn't get past your description stating "Dean's ego has been squashed"
Even though it has not been proven if, or who, or how many consultants Dean has working with him, I will give the benefit of the doubt he does in fact have someone on board assisting. I will however go out on a limb and say IMHO, Dean's ego is is firmly intact.
SMF...The Long & Strongs will say the statement reads over the course of a year there would be some stock buyback by management, but anyone with an ounce of common sense knows what the PR was intended for. So because we haven't hit march "yet" they will say there is still time for those purchases. Yeah....Whatever
I am not very good with dates. Approximately when should we be hearing from Dean that the meeting is set, and the date is....??
HavnPhun,
It actually topped out at $1.95 on that run. Congrats to you on your winnings. Dean is in the process of getting a meeting set up for a face to face with the FDA to review protocols for his next 510K submission. It's been about 10 months since the NSE rejection letter, but these things apparently take time, so stay tuned, as this saga will have an interesting finish one way or the other.
That's great advice Homer, but too bad what's left of my investment isn't worth a hill of beans, so instead I will hold out that by some miracle Dean can get this pumped up again, so I can maybe get out at a break even. I don't think there is any way this thing gets FDA approval, but I do however think Dean might be capable of hyping it up for one more run.
I would also like to say that although I do not think the DVIS performs as advertised, there is a chance I am wrong. You on the other hand are absolutely convinced Dean is getting to the finish line, which is fine, however I would caution you that if your many comments influence others to purchase shares, that would suck if you are wrong. JMHO, but do what you want.
Phil, with no doubt in your mind Dean is getting approval, have you purchased some more shares? How do we know Dean has the right people working with him now, when nobody even knows who they are? I usually like to see credentials before I go bragging about how great someone is.
Has Dean ever confirmed how many there are? I have heard the numbers 4, 5, and 6 for total of consultants. Dr. Polk on the Yahoo board claims to know for a fact that there are 3 working with Dean.
AT, is there a way to get this confirmed? If I call the CDPH will they confirm this? It seems like a pretty important piece of the puzzle for this whole OH debate that is going on.
Are you just saying Dean called them, or is it something that can be verified by anyone? If I call them and say that I was at Dean's OH, and I am wondering about the radiation I was exposed to, there will be record of a call from Dean saying there was no radiation?
Homer, that's great that the tech had a radiation badge on. The question is did Dean report to Calif Public Health that he did NOT expose anyone to any radiation of any kind?
I don't know of any agency that has cleared the DVIS for public demonstrations, and don't know of any testing that has been reviewed by anyone other than Dean that can confirm how much radiation the DVIS puts out. You said "it seems the DVIS puts out low doses"....Says who???Dean??
If it is proven that Dean reported to a Govt agency that there was NO RADIATION EMITTED AT THE DEMO, what are you going to say then?
So what exactly transpired at the OH I guess is my question? If the answer is NDA's were signed that's fine. Adrian stated Dean reported to some agency that there was not any radiation emitted at the demo. I don't know that AT can prove that, but can anyone else?
If radiation is required to truly perform the realtime 3D, and Dean did not expose anyone to radiation of any kind, how did he demo the realtime 3D? The more comments that I hear from people that attended the OH, leads me more to believe that most that attended don't even know what they actually witnessed.
Can anyone clarify?? Was their radiation exposure of any kind to the 70 or so people that attended the demo? How do you know? There should be no guessing here, because if there was, Dean surely had to at least warn everyone of the possibility. That's great that a I3 technician was wearing a RF badge. Great for him / her anyway. This is pretty simple stuff to me. Has Dean gone on record that there was radiation of even the smallest levels during the demo with some 70 people in attendance? I hate to say it but Dean is a "wordsmith" and if he was to say that there "might be" low levels of radiation, that wouldn't mean that there actually was any at all.
I believe the venue has been set for Cailfornia not Texas, and I am pretty sure it's moving forward.
NAP, the FDA has nothing to do with any trial. A shareholder is suing Dean for Securities fraud, and motion to dismiss has been denied. As it stands right now Dean will have his day in court to defend the events that have transpired with the DVIS over the years. I would assume proving to a judge that it performs as advertised will be a major point of the court proceedings and lawsuit.
Homer...Conference Calls cost money?? So does promoting boxing matches. Which is more important?
I thought Dean's ego was in check now, and he was following the direction of the mystery consultants. Do you really think consultants recommended Dean to become a Jr. Don King? This guy blows through money like a drunken sailor. The only reason he does not do any more CC's is because he would be eaten alive. What a coincidence that he stopped doing them directly after the NSE letter was released for all to read the TRUTH about why the DVIS was rejected.
Read the NSE letter FIRST and then go back and listen to the CC. It is the most telling info there is IMHO. You have to ask yourself seriously what would Dean still be telling us, if that NSE Letter had never gone public?
Chevy, I appreciate that you accept my approach at my constructive criticism of Dean. I do try to not be malicious. The problem that I have with your last statement is Dean already had the answers to the test from the AI letter prior to the last submission, and he still failed miserably. Then to what IMO was an out and out lie as to the contents of the NSE Letter was inexcuseable, and once Sano released that letter, it really brought everything to light for me, and killed all trust I had in Dean.
That triggered no more Facebook, no more CC's, and months and months of missed projections, and we are now pushing a year from the last 510K for a DVIS we were told years ago performs as advertised. The list of events that have transpired regarding this stock are too long to list, and obviously most of them smell like a dumpster fire to me, but hey, there is a meeting allegedly coming up so the FDA can ONCE AGAIN explain to Dean EXACTLY what they will accept, and we will see if Dean can produce. Sadly, with all of the typical stall tactics, it will most likely be quite some time before we have the official answer.
Well Homer, I will agree with you on one thing, if you are an investor in IMGG, patience is definitely a requirement.
Kimble, I don't think you have been listening to some of those in the know here regarding Dean's personality traits. You see back in the earlier stages of IMGG Dean had a raging ego and would not take any advice, thus the struggles getting the DVIS approved.
Dean has now seen the error in his ways, and he is following consultant's advice literally step by step, at least that is what has been reported here. We don't know who these consultants are, or how many there are, but they have beaten Dean into submission, which then logically led them to agree with Dean that boxing promotion was a great idea.
I'm fine with it too Chevy. I really don't care what Dean does, as obviously many others dont either. My money is staying in until at least break even (50 cent SP would do it) or bust. I don't think Dean has the goods to provide the FDA what they want, but I guess we'll see. In the mean time I can live vicariously through Dean, as he parties it up on someone else's dime.
If you have never checked out the Yahoo message board, it is pretty horrible, but can usually also offer some entertainment value. The boxing promoting came up and Polk claimed it was fake and that the promo banner was computer enhanced. It turns out it was 100% real, as another poster includes a picture of Dean in the ring, obviously recognizing IMGG as some sort of sponsor.
It has now escalated to Sano checking to see if Dr. Polk would want to take him on in the ring for some money.
Dean did not get the IMGG logo on those banners for free, IMO, so curious what others think of the whole failed company that hasn't shown one red cent of profit, and is millions in debt, promoting or sponsoring anything?? Personally I could care less, as every month that goes by it is so much more obvious where this is headed it's comical. Can we get into NASCAR too? I don't follow it, but it would be cool to see an IMGG car out there.
Dean seems to be having a blast out there, so good for him! We all need our avenues to release some stress, and Dean has that part down pat.
Just watched the latest MTV spot. I just really don't even know what to say. Did he really have the audacity to use the labeling issue as one the examples of things that were rejected in the past, and something they would clear up when they meet??? Did I honestly hear him say there will now be 5 OR 6 consultants attending the FDA meeting with him?? The last time I heard Dean speak I could have sworn he said 4 OR 5 consultants, but now it MIGHT be 6???? How do you not know exactly how many people you have working for you, when it is involving something of that capacity?? I am not the smartest guy around, but I do find it apalling when someone blatantly insults what intelligence I do have.
My apologogies Homer, that isn't where it was when I looked. I loved your version of how the final story would read. Sp to the moon, thousands of lives saved, everyone gets rich, etc. etc. The only thing missing is the Cubs winning the World Series, which leads to another happy Friday poll question....Which will happen first, the DVIS gets FDA approval, or the Cubs win the World Series?
Bogdan has some serious accusations too. That is why he filed a lawsuit, and contrary to others saying he won't commute to Calif for the proceedings, it sure looks to me like that case is moving forward.
Poll question....What happens first, Bogdan and Dean in the courtroom, or new 510K submission?
You aint kidding Xtrachz, it's really taking off now. I see it's up "almost" a whole penny already!! The excitement is just overwhelming. Dean has allegedly proven to a live audience that the DVIS performs as advertised, and now confirms that the FDA has agreed to meet with him, and we have skyrocketed to 9 cents!!! I'm torn with what to do...Sell it all now, or wait for that last 3/4 of a cent....decisions decisions.
Kimble,
I think the MTV spots are a waste of time and money, but that being said, I love to watch them. To see Don and Dean put on their performance, it is very entertaining to me, and when Dean goes off on some of his rants it is as funny as it gets. If I were Dean, I would be too embarrassed to keep going back on there after all this time and where the company is, but maybe I would think differently about that if I was collecting the salary Dean is by doing so.
Logic would say he is going to announce the FDA meeting request has taken place, and the SP should probably jump 2 cents for a day, for some traders to make their money, and then back down to where we're at now, or a little lower. Am I starting to get the idea? Doesn't really matter, as I am not a trader, and just bought some IMGG because I thought the product had endless potential.
G-Dog, I am in the corner of every person that has put forth their hard earned money into IMGG. Many have made large profits, and good for them. Others have lost a ton, and the debate as to why is a huge matter of opinion.
I was not at the OH, so I can't say what was demonstrated, but I definitely have my doubts that it was truly 3D Realtime that was shown. One way or the other, the truth is going to come out that is for sure. What exact date that is, is anyone's guess, but it will happen.
I predict the meeting with the FDA will not go well, because Dean is trying to manipulate the system, instead of simply following the guidelines and producing what has been repeatedly asked of him. If Dean could provide what the FDA has mandated, he would've already done so IMO, but he can't IMO, so he is trying to creatively get his DVIS through the system, and I don't think it will happen.
We all will see....Some Day
G-Dog...just asking...Why not have a trained professional on hand at the demo to explain and verify to everyone what exactly they are looking at? Someone else besides Dean. Why not have a 3rd party with some credentials perform the demo, and then endorse it?
I am confused on the FDA meeting request, so please set me straight if you know. Deam acknowledged requesting the meeting, so does it now take about 30 days for them to respond with a yes or a no, and then there will be another waiting period for an actual date, or if the FDA responds positively to the request, will a date for the meeting already be established??
TIA for the clarification.
Homer,
The IMGG saga is so long and exhausting I tend to forget details, so maybe you can straighten me out. The theory that was kicked around here regarding MWE was they came in and gave Dean the proper plan of attack, and because they would be too expensive to actually assist with carrying this plan out, they recommended to Dean that they remove themselves from the equation so someone else could be paid to do so? Then the next step was for MWE to direct Dean to no less than 5 alternate consultants to help him see it through, because MWE charges so much, that it would be cheaper to have 5 replace them?
In my profession, that would be similar to bringing on an expert Journeyman Electrician to walk the project, help with pricing and coordination, and then not retain that expert, but call Labor Ready and hire 5 flunkies at a lesser rate, and hope that the quality of work remained, which it never does in that scenario.
Simple question for me..... If MWE was the best available, which we were all told, and their experience gave IMGG the best chance to get through the FDA process, why would you voluntarily let them leave and bring in 5 replacements to do the same job?
Sounds great KKG, but I read the NSE Letter, and what you are saying and what I read they are asking for don't exactly jive, so I guess we all will see what comes out of the big meeting. Logic tells me the FDA asked for test results, and they are going to expect that to approve the DVIS, which we know Dean has not accumulated any such data.
The whole concept seemed pretty simple to me, which is Dean states his DVIS works as advertised, and the FDA cleared him to put it to use under the proper restrictions, collect that data, and have some solid evidence that it does what he says it does, and have some professionals that used it to back that up. If that would've have happened, I most likely would've already spent the money I would make on this. The fact that Dean stated years ago he was going to place the unit and start beta testing, but never did, speaks volumes to me, but there are multiple ways to skin a cat I guess.
You seem to have a great understanding of the technology, and obviously are very confident in your beliefs, which I respect. I don't believe it will make it through, but for my bank accounts sake, I hope I'm wrong and you're right. Thanks for the feedback, and good luck!
Ok...I am actually standing and applauding at my desk. An actual event that may actually mean something.
So what is the schedule now? Will it be approximately a month before the FDA responds, or approximately a month before the actual meeting takes place?
