Understood. The general investor doesn’t understand this though. This stock generally rallies with crude. Just a comment on market sentiment as we play the long game.
Y’all realize crude is down 5%?
(Down)
TIME TO MOVE ON.
China stocks are fraud. Almost all. Time to move on/ flip them for the turds they are. I’m saying this after 14 years trading the scams.
10-4, thanks.
I have August 18th. Either way it’s sometime the week after next unless they file an NT (which they could with how significantly different results should be).
I have another one for you. More of a slow burn. $CTRNF. Really the only legit pure play (at least in the US) for addressing PFAS. Easy 10x over next two years.
It’s dead.
Let’s do it Dutch
I think the chances are little to none that the company will issue guidance. Who knows, though. They did PR the office lease default cure news which was out of character.
Lol
Did you load the BOAT? :)
Annual shareholders meeting conducted with no action other than to confirm director nominees https://docoh.com/filing/793306/0001654954-22-008834/BDCO-8K
Old news now, but I’d expect to see more PRs like this given recent revenue trends.
Does this estimate factor in new conditional shares issued to Carroll?
I am very bullish on the stock, but you are the type of person I put on ignore because they can’t process new information. Perma bull or bear is dangerous and not helpful.
They talk a little bit about it in the filings. Some requirements to perform ongoing maintenance. Not sure if this is more than that.
Here's what I was remembering...some expired but a LOT left: (pg 30 10Q)
"The 2012 ownership change will subject
approximately $16.3 million in NOL carryforwards generated before the ownership change to an annual use limitation of roughly $0.6 million per year. We
may use any unused portions of the limitation in subsequent years. Because of the yearly restriction, approximately $6.7 million in NOL carryforwards
generated before the 2012 ownership change will expire unused. NOL carryforwards generated after the 2012 ownership change but before 2018 are not
subject to an annual use limitation; we can use these NOL carryforwards for 20 years in addition to NOL carryforward amounts generated before the
ownership change. NOL carryforwards that were generated beginning in 2018 may only used to offset 80% of taxable income and are carried forward
indefinitely."
I thought the majority of the NOL expired worthless. Might be worth a closer look.
I don’t remember the specifics offhand but they have idled facilities. Might be time to restart them.
Understood but the that’s what will bring most people’s eyes to the stock. Headline type people that will bring volume.
Crude over $120. Eyes are on the stock. China reopens. Travel ramping. Refineries maxed and can’t keep up. I can’t wait until next week! :) Blue-sky breakout!
Biden shot his load with the strategic petroleum reserve draw
The most erratic energy policy in history. Period.

Now down to 28 days worth of Strategic Petroleum Reserve. pic.twitter.com/Ipjpd2Yn9o
With you, holding 45k. It’s been bumpy ride but a high conviction trade for me.
Not much talk since this was a contract extension and not new. I’ve tried to get them to PR it but they haven’t listened.

Still looking but the most recent refinery report I can find is from January 2022 https://www.rrc.texas.gov/media/j0kl02cc/2022-january-01-0763.pdf

Hey, leave surfer alone, man!
A must follow in the O&G sector…
1. US has had no new greenfield projects since 1977

2. Brownfield projects added 185% capacity since, but still does'nt offset what has been taken offline
3. You cant just turn refineries off/on
