But nothing changed. A/S changed, O/S changed. So nothing changed in this regard.
Well, one thing changed, we were screwed, we're screwed even worse now.
And I'm afraid that's actually what it is not, the bottom line.
We'll have all of next week to find out what the actual bottom line is.
In the grand scheme of things I'm starting to doubt there's a scheme, let alone a grand one.
Great news followed by a reverse split. A risk, but one that might work out. The other way around... we're experiencing that now for sure.
A split of 1:500 though...
And nothing changed. Even with the split we're still close to our A/S.
Better be some friggin good news.
Liberty Star Minerals (LBSR) Adds New Land to The Hay Mountain Project
https://www.libertystaruranium.com/2020/10/13/liberty-star-minerals-lbsr-adds-new-land-to-the-hay-mountain-project/
Hmmm, wonder why establishing Red Rock Mines LLC was not more newsworthy.
Earp Ridge Mines LLC seeing the light of day back then was reason enough for a news release, was it not?
GLTA,

Could anyone enlighten me as to how the "Hay Mountain Project July 2020 Field Mapping Report" ended up being an 8-K filing?
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/liberty-star-uranium-and-pk-LBSR/stock-news/83168335/current-report-filing-8-k
It's not really a material event as per definition of an 8-K filing, is it?
I guess it falls into the "Form 8-K reports may be issued based on other events up to the company's discretion that the registrant considers to be of importance to shareholders." category, but to my knowledge they never made use of that before to push press releases, have they?
Don't get me wrong, the more eyes on LBSR, the better. Just curious.
That's what I was trying to say. It's reads like just another job as a contract geologist. Not saying anything about his capabilities.
I was referring to your 'Maybe he performed it on Anglo's behalf?' I wouldn't be putting any money on that.
But they found a reason to spend money on hiring a geologist. Assuming there was a necessity to do so I'll continue the wait in hope that positive things might evolve. Eventually.
GLTA,
LR68
Will put my money on it meaning nothing.
His profile states he's a contract geologist. Last project at Anglo ended in March, he then conducted the mapping for LBSR from July 14th to August 5th. And after that he moved on to a job at Excelsior.
They needed someone to take on the job with JB in the doghouse.
We'll see.
GLTA,
LR68
You mean dig into the news releases that were superseded by new information? How would that help?
Could you kindly enlighten me where the 'end of October partnership news' comes from?
The last I know of was this:
In this regard, the Company reports that it and its advisors are in advanced partnership discussions and expect to complete negotiations in the fourth quarter of 2017.
What letter?
Thank you. Appreciated.
Ok. Thank you.
Ok. Thank you.
Good catch. Thanks for that.
Or fine-1 odds!!
Yeah, I asked them (Agora) years ago. Around the time Agoracom started to be used by LBSR (again).
Thought it was strange then as the focus was on a lot, but definitely not the Pipes at that point in time. Recall that the answer was that it it came from LBSR.
It's even stranger now.
Problems with views from multiple angles, Banks?
Thanks for that! EOM
Not saying you couldn't be right, but there are some shades of grey between black and white. NR states March 2-3, maybe the presentation is on the 3rd (that was my question actually). That could be one of the shades. It took me (not trading from the USA) 6 days before I had access to an account with which I could trade OTC stocks. That could be one of the shades. Maybe they are already invested - there was reference of at least one shareholder in the NR. That could be one of the shades. Or maybe you're right. That could also be one of the shades.
It's close to 18.30 in Manila right now, so the presentation should be close to being wrapped up. Then again the NR states:
All of this new data and our innovative techniques, as well many other details will be used in the presentation in Manila, Philippines March 2-3, 2015 by Director Brett Gross and myself during a full day presentation to potential investors and mining professionals.
Well, experience learns that you generally don't really sign (any type of) contract or agreement with someone in the east having only 'met' through a Skype call.
And with east I'm not referring to the east coast of the U.S.
'Founding of Oremet
The Oregon Metallurgical Company was incorporated...'
Hmmmm... Thanks!
Interesting indeed. Thank you.
Could be. Could very well be. There's little I can find.
Yeah, it comes back with Ormet. But I don't think that's the one. Don't know really, but I don't think so.
The LinkedIn profile I added to my post refers to the company as 'Oremet Corporation' as well.
Just very strange that that's the entire on-line presence of a company that they fly halfway across the world for.
Then again, there might be a very plausible reason for that. Can't come up with one, but that doesn't mean there can't be one.
Considered contacting her on that yesterday, but to be honest, not that worried. I thought it strange, but not that worried. It's the Philippines, maybe they are not that keen on exposure on the web or something. Don't know. Read through that paragraph but the paragraph that came after it got more of my attention.
We have now been contacted, regarding interest in Hay Mountain, by three major international mining companies that are among the world’s largest.
No. Strange thing that a search for 'Tomas Malihan Oremet Corp.' only returns the NR of yesterday.
That and one LinkedIn profile for a Tom Malihan at Oremet Corp. but it doesn't look all that impressive as far as the amount of information provided there is concerned.
It's here for those who don't want to Google: https://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=252612522
He's linked to mr. Briscoe. That's something at least.
Doesn't have to mean anything, but it's strange to say the least.
"We don't speak of Wednesday..."

They did a full rebuild of the database as well or something like that. Just noticed that none of the message numbers appear to be missing even though there were numerous posts yesterday.
Last post of February 17th is 149023 - then message number 149024 is one of today.
We're missing all of yesterdays posts. Site came back up from maintenance and they are gone...
There it is!
And here. Recall now. They posted it on FB back then:
https://www.facebook.com/135810219778400/photos/pb.135810219778400.-2207520000.1422987741./548811245144960/?type=3&theater
Yes, it is. It's one of the ones they posted on the website at the time of the 'veggie sampling' at Hay Mountain. It's my new lucky number. I hope. One day.
The drilling is referenced in NR 67 and later.
http://www.libertystaruranium.com/2008/02/12/nr67-liberty-star-defines-north-half-of-neola-breccia-pipe-drill-hole-6-collared-to-define-south-half/
Thanks for sharing. EOM.
What's with the Season’s Greetings? Was this NR to reach us a couple of weeks ago? Or is it common that side of the pond to still be in Season's Greetings mode with January halfway gone already?
That is what caught my attention, the other thing is that I really thought we'd have a little bit more information on the status of the North Pipes dealings.
Ah well. Time will tell.
Go Mr. Briscoe!
Thank you.
'because now we are dealing with people here in the USA'
Did I miss something?
Thanks for sharing. EOM
