Just the same game by our average Joe trader, but it isn't working anymore. He's trying to load up the ask to scare people to dump into his much lower bid that's always sitting there. But no one is selling to his bid (other than his wash trades) and he's selling more than he's able to buy with his failing attempts to hold it down.
Very cool. If work wasn't so busy next week I'd have gone.

Considering she and her other co-stars from Pan Am are going to be there on Pan Am's dime, it's not likely. They go to talk about what the company sending them there wants them to talk about. Pan Am isn't going to have her and 4 co-stars go there to talk about her other projects.
That's simply how the business works, and has no reflection on AFIL or her other projects in any way.
And Eric has already worked a deal with MGM to put some of their movies in theaters that are a bit too small for MGM to have their people deal with (under 2000 theaters) but are just right for TDGI. MGM has even offered revenue guarantees and promotional help!
TDGI already got a substantial sponsorship fee from SeaWorld, and SeaWorld only has a minority cut of the revenue on the film. Turtles will be a big money maker for TDGI!
LOL... Yeah, why would a "French" publication about movies cover a movie that was being sold/shown at Cannes Film Festival... you know... in Cannes, FRANCE.

You're wrong. Premiere did not shut down in 2007. They just stopped making the physical magazine in English.

One of the things that really gives TDGI value and could lead to a buyout is the vendor accounts with the major retailers. Those retailers no longer accept new vendor accounts, so anyone starting up a new movie production company that also wants to get into distribution has no way of getting directly at those retail accounts. That's why you see even large companies like Summit Entertainment are forced to distribute their DVD/Bluray through someone else (Universal Home Studio in the case of Summit).
Maybe someday Summit will get tired of giving a portion of their huge DVD/Bluray business to Universal and find it more economical to buy out TDGI/Hannover House and then do it themselves. Have to wonder how much Summit had to give to Universal as a cut on that half a billion dollars in Twilight DVDs they sold.

"Regal is excited to partner with Hannover House and Patriot Pictures on the exclusive release of All's Faire In Love," stated Greg Dunn, President and COO of Regal Entertainment Group. "This film has been a strong performer on the film festival circuit and we are proud to offer our guests the exclusive opportunity to see this great comedy on the big screen."
Advertising support for the film includes prominent visibility on high traffic websites, national and spot market television ads, radio promotions and ads with CBS and Clear Channel, and local market newspapers. Extensive publicity efforts have been launched, with national outreach from Murphy PR, internet and social outreach by Lost Boys Interactive and field market publicity to maximize visibility and coverage in the top forty markets. Additional advertising and publicity efforts have been initiated to reach some of the millions of Renaissance Faire participants and fans, due to the film's appealing setting.
"There's quite a bit more in the works that will be announced over the next two weeks," said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of Hannover House and Target Development Group, Inc. "We're honored and excited to be partnered with Regal Entertainment Group, Inc., on their first theatrical exclusive, and hope to draw a lot of attention to this film."
Regal theatre locations across the country are already exhibiting the trailer for "All's Faire In Love," with an expansion of trailer visibility set for next weekend to correspond with the wide release of the "Three Musketeers" feature. Signage, posters and lobby standees will also be visible in all Regal locations slated to screen the Hannover House romantic comedy.
A full distribution company with vendor accounts set up with all the major stores (Walmart, Target, Bestbuy, etc) is worth significant amounts of money just on that alone. You can't set up vendor accounts for books/videos with these stores anymore. So anyone looking to set up these big distribution type accounts are out of luck, so that means any new companies will have to distribute through an existing company. Makes TDGI a target for a big partnership or buy out possibly.
Even Summit Entertainment has to go through another existing distributor to sell it's DVDs and BluRay to Walmart and others. Just imagine how much money Summit had to give up on all those Twilight DVDs and BluRays to another distribution company to get them in stores like Walmart! TDGI already has those accounts set up! Maybe Summit gets tired of giving up tens of millions to another distributor and decides to buy TDGI. ;)

There is no information like that. The facts are clear: Deal with Regal Entertainment (NYSE: RGC), deal with MGM, deal with Blackstone/SeaWorld, deal with 21st Century Fox. TDGI will be a winner.

PRESS RELEASE

Regal Entertainment Group Presents Exclusive Release of All's Faire In Love
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC), a leading motion picture exhibitor owning and operating the largest theater circuit in the United States, is proud to partner with Hannover House and Patriot Pictures to offer moviegoers the opportunity to see the exclusive release of All's Faire In Love beginning Friday, October 28, 2011.
Set in the world of Renaissance Faires, All's Faire in Love is a film reminiscent of such successful films as Shakespeare In Love and The Princess Bride. The tale begins when college football star Will (Owen Benjamin) arrives at "All's Faire in Love... Renaissance Faire" to work off his class non-attendance obligation to Prof. Shockworthy (Cedric the Entertainer) by joining the rag-tag peasants of the Greenbriar Theater Troupe.
The same is true for Kate (Christina Ricci), a performer who left her investment banking opportunities to join her cousin Jo (Louise Griffiths) to blossom on stage and in Will's heart. Will and Kate get the chance to prove themselves when the Faire's chief benefactress creates the ultimate competition to determine who will be a "Royal" and who a "Common Peasant" ...threatening to hand over the Troupe's most coveted Shakespearean stage at the Faire - to the treacherous and devious Troupe of Royal lead by Rank (Chris Wylde). Will and Kate must overcome all manner of opposition and treachery to prove their worth, win the day, and perhaps... together ...fall in love.
"This is an exciting opportunity for all parties," said Eric Parkinson, CEO of Hannover House and Target Development Group, Inc. "The exclusive distribution relationship with Regal will enable us to maximize our marketing efforts and create a greater overall visibility of the film."
In addition to the support from Regal, Hannover House will implement a full-scale theatrical release campaign for the film. A publicity media day is being organized for Thursday, October 20 in Los Angeles and Tuesday, October 25 in New York City. Hannover House is the entertainment division of Target Development Group, Inc. (TDGI.PK).
Tickets will be on sale at participating theatre box offices and online at REGmovies.com starting Friday, October 14, 2011.
