It's not an entirely useless service though. I recently had Zecco remove some GOTV-R shares (restricted divi shares from that ATNP scam) that were in my account. I wanted them out as they were worthless and didn't want them cluttering up my account or causing problems.
It's also a good way to get rid of 0 bid stocks so that you can take the write off on taxes. Sometimes it's better to take the tax write off instead of hoping it sells for 0.0001 some day when a bid shows up. The 25% or so write off on taxes on the loss could be higher than if you actually were able to sell it.
Fidelity claims to accept penny transfers, but a week or so after transfering the account to Fidelity from Zecco they sent a letter stating they were closing my account and that I had 10 days to move to somewhere else or receive certificates.
This happened to about 7 other people that also moved from Zecco to Fidelity at the same time. This was last month.

That's how one of my screeners picked it up. I generally look for stocks that have gotten drug down near their 52 week low, then see if it's for valid reasons or just a market over reaction. From the quarterly it seemed it was just an over reaction here.
RAM Reports 3Q 2011 Net Income of $11.8 Million vs. $1.6 Million in 3Q 2010
For the quarter ended September 30, 2011, RAM reported net income of $11.8 million, or $0.15 per share, based on 79.1 million fully diluted weighted average shares outstanding, compared to $1.6 million, or $0.02 per share, on 78.6 million fully diluted shares outstanding in the year-ago quarter.

Picked this up on my scanner on Monday... didn't have time to dig into it yet, wish I had. Looks good from what I can see so far.
Got in this morning with a small 2000 share block.
That is for OTCQX, there is no price requirement for OTCQB.
Something is fishy about that. I had a buy order in much higher than 0.07 that never filled during that dip.
Probably the same reason that big board companies release unaudited quarterly reports...
Really? Only once huh?
Movie release dates getting moved around is standard for the industry, including from the huge studios.

Oh please, are you still going on about Gaumont? They didn't "promise" you anything. They were exploring the deal, Eric decided that after getting down to the details it wasn't something they wanted to continue persuing. That's how business WORKS.
Or would you rather they went ahead with a deal that Eric no longer felt was right for TDGI just because he "promised" you?
The problem is you seem to think things are "promises" that aren't, and that in the business world nothing ever changes over time. You seem to think they should just continue to do what they originally planned even after they find out it wasn't the best path to follow.
What do you want? To continue with a deal or movie release that they have realized is a bad move just because they promised you?
I'd rather have a CEO who realizes that when things change that you change path to do what's best for the company. Not one who insists on going down the first path just because they said they would, even when they know it's a bad path.
Thankfully Eric changes course when he realizes it's in the company's best interest to do so.
I would guess it's to streamline their brand name. So that instead of having both "Target Development Group" and "Hannover House" on PR's and film credits that they can just generate awareness for one name. Hannover House is already a name in the industry so by doing this they can more closely tie the stock to that company, instead of having to explain how Target Dev owns HH and the stock trades under Target.
HHVR Doesn't work. The letters are backwards
HNNH is very difficult to say to someone when saying it outloud... to either a friend or to your broker on the phone.
HNVH is much more difficult to say, sounds terrible, and doesn't really look right.
HHSE is much easier to say clearly and quickly, sounds better and is easier to remember.
I prefer HHSE
Sorry, you are wrong. The selling today wasn't Paul. I know who it is, and why, and it's not Paul.
Why would they put out a PR? They've talked about it many times.

Yes, and it was used to pay off company debt, including 10M shares which were originally issued for "management compensation" but were instead used to pay off debt to the benefit of shareholders.
I already linked it to you when you asked the first time.
I agree, that's pretty much my feelings. The risk/reward is extremely positive when you look at all the fundamentals and don't get distracted by the noise over things that are trivial.
Stop twisting what I said. I never said that was the extent of it. He said he didn't see the trailer before the movie he saw. And if he's in an area that isn't going to show AFIL then it's just COMMON SENSE they aren't going to play the trailer for AFIL yet.
In what market? They aren't going to play the trailer in every theater if the movie is not going to play in that area the first weekend.
"Turtle, The Incredible Journey" on DVD in Fall

Yea, it's obvious what is going on.
Just trying to scare everyone into selling, he's not looking to sell
only to scare people into selling to his bid. Just watch how
ETMM moves around on L2.
Childish games if you as me. All this effort when they could
have made more money just buying a bunch on the
ask and letting it run instead of holding it back with
silly games like this. Eventually it will end as volume
kills their ability to play these games. TDGI will soar.
I have no doubt of that, and can't wait to hear what
new movies they have with Patriot Pictures.
Soon all these games will be over with as volume goes
up and the price moves higher as awareness gets out and people
chase the stock. Eric is building the business and will
kick the company up to the next level here
soon enough.
TDGI partnership with Regal Ent. (NYSE: RGC)
That's exactly what they are trying to do.
Did you realize nearly all movies are filmed a year or two in advance of when they actually play in theaters?
Because he's trying to scare people into selling. If anyone tried to hit that ask with a large buy it would be yanked instantly.
He's not selling, he's wash trading between his accounts with different brokerages.
