Maybe apple sees a bigger opportunity to dominate the live streaming shopping market and adds a market.live app as a standard Iphone app. People then buy the iphone to live stream vs buying a camera. Just brainstorming but there could def be an angle here.
I gotta say, I'm a bit stumped myself. He alluded to this being a much much bigger company if the things play out the way he is hoping. That sounds like a merger of sorts. Cancelling the ATM was telling....of something but can't quite put my finger on what.
Like it or not, Rory is a big idea guy that struggles to contain his enthusiasm. I do wish he would underpromise overdeliver at times. But if there's a blow out 3rd quarter then I would say he maintained the element of surprise since no one clearly believes it will be.
NASDAQ awesome!! Terms of the offering, not awesome. Rory got the deal done but there's not much in these offering terms that shows any enthusiasm from institutions. Now, if the company starts making lots of money no big deal, we'll easily go higher but I am not impressed with this offering AT ALL.
If you wait for everything to happen first you will pay over 100 for the stock. Being a savvy investor requires you see thing before they happen. Once they happen the profit opportunity narrows. Assessing the potential now and determining the probability of that potential being realized...That's how must of us are approaching this.
This is a veeeery interesting development. I'm asking myself, Was this Rory's plan all along or did he have an epiphany mid way?
The S-1's certainly never hinted towards this. The ticker post merger was always to be FUSZ.
What happened? I thought I had a decent idea of how things would play out here and now, it's safe to say, I have no clue.
Regardless, I love the excitement.
Good point. Very possible Rory is simply tired of being called Rory.
Perhaps he was just referring to SC name changing to NFUSZ after the acquisition closes.
Nfusz is required to mail all shareholders a statement of information concerning the RS.
Could it mean that SC is officially changing it's name to NFUSZ, meaning that the merger will close on Monday?
Also, we just were mailed the 14C which means we have a minimum of 20 days from the mail date for which we can enact a RS. That put's us around Feb 19th.
Haven't been able to find this real estate partner, Ultirus on a quick search.
My understanding is we will be uplisting using the equity standard for the Capital market. That means we need 3 or 4 dollar share price and we need 5 million in shareholder equity. We need the offering to occur to meet the minimum shareholder equity. SC is not needed to uplist using this standard. These are the only two requirements that are yet to be met.

I wouldn't doubt they would make "some" however Rory said 750,000 would be available. They certainly can not make that many in 3 months.
Something bigger than a partnership seems at hand with Slidely.
The PR makes it sound like they are doing and creating this themselves. Almost as if the Slidely will be a part of the company by the 2nd quarter.
This is shaping up to be a truly amazing product. One question I have about this PR.
Where are the 750,000 videos coming from? Originally I understood these videos to be available from a partner (Promo by Slidely), however, there is no mention of them in this PR. Furthermore, it explains how they will add videos in the future, and again, no mention of PROMO.
Is PROMO a potential acquisition target? Given Rory's hint's of another acquisition and a PR that describes PROMO's business to the "t" one could certainly describe this as reasonable speculation.
If they aren't using PROMO, then PROMO becomes the competition.
I'm intrigued.
any Inclination as to what price they may be targeting prior to the RS? I would somewhere above 1 to keep the split ratio low. And I guess we are about 3 weeks away.
just curious what your scenario looks like where no RS would be required?
Taking into account all the options and warrants that will eventually be exercised along with the shares issued and the capital raise. We simply don't have enough authorized shares to accommodate that.
I guess if you raised money at 3-4 dollars a share, that's 7-5 mill shares respectively plus another 3 mil or so for the $10 million SC stock award. So then you would have only used have the remaining shares available. That's doable I suppose, however, you still have the issue of the warrants and options. At that point you would have to raise the AS considerably, which might not be all that bad.
I suppose it's possible but because of those reasons, I see the RS as a pretty definite thing.
Anyway, would like to know how you see it.
Great day for NFUSZ!!
Nice Pick-up and Right in time. Seems like an easy double at a minimum over the next few weeks. Great to feel the excitement again!
Rory released that intapage PR after indicating he wouldn't be releasing any news on the OTC. Now we know he is releasing news on the OTC. That's a big development and it absolutely paves the way for more near term PR's.
Nothing wrong with trying to get to the bottom of an issue that's concerning you about your investment. While I think it's a non issue and insignificant I can respect those that want answers.
If you truly own shares, I think it could also be worthwhile for you to spend just as much time on the positive aspects of the company. Finding a balance could be more beneficial to your investment. Build a strong case for success as well and you may find that some of the negatives can easily be overcome. Any company has negatives.
Balance is key to any effective message board.
In the past it wasn't set up for scale or ease of use. When I first came to this stock back in February it was not even ready at that point. I still think your putting to much weight on statistical evidence.
Interactivity is coming to the majority of videos soon imo. And now nfusz has made it easy to do so as it has integrated with almost every major marketing tool. That's all that's needed to transform the way video is done.
People will find it intuitive. Add interactive elements to my video...more people will be likely to click right on it. No statistical evidence needed. The evolution of video marketing. And the more people that use it, the more people will have to use it.
The product is cheap enough that there is no downside in adding interactivity, even if it were to only increase sales 1 percent.
The interactive option has really just now became available to the masses...Thanks to NFUSZ
Let me also add, NFUSZ is using interactivity in a variety of ways and creating multiple products with major players. Soon we'll see those.
You may want to ask yourself how much it really matters. Its like comparing a button up fly to a zipper fly. One just simply works better, it's faster, easier and less friction. You don't need statistical evidence to understand that because it's obvious.
Putting some numbers out is really just a feel good to the business world because that's how things are done but it doesn't carry significant weight. Why not? Two reasons:
1. As I already mentioned, it's an obvious improvement for video marketing
2. Rory made it cheap enough that there is no risk to using it.
And what's even more brilliant is that once this really catches on, the risk will be in not adopting it. People will look for and come to expect interactivity, if they don't see it they may simply move on.
Great points. I also believe Rory hasn't truly tried to sell this product yet. He wanted to make sure he was everywhere first, and like you said, now it is just beginning.
I'll tell you this, I used to view Netflix as an overvalued stock and business, I thought the barriers to entry were not that challenging. After all, they simply used other creators content and aggregated it on a website to stream. Any company with money could have got in the game and out did them, so I thought.
Look at them now. Were they the first company to ever stream a movie? Probably not but the were the first ones to make streaming available everywhere and at a very affordable price. They had first mover advantage an a vision. Not an incredibly profound concept, nonetheless became a global phenomenon.
That's what I see here, yes interactive video has been around but NFUSZ is the first one to do it in this way, to be everywhere at once at a very affordable price.
Investing is about looking into the future of a business, realizing and understanding the potential. You don't see the potential? If not, no problem, many of us do.
The truth is, I have yet to find a board, no matter how successful the company is, that doesn't have a handful of posters spreading lies and fear. It's quite perplexing really. Probably not possible, but I prefer a board that's just open, honest and transparent. One that Doesn't mind discussing doubts and uncertainties. I think that's most helpful for investors as they try to navigate their investment decisions.
Lol Yeah I did too. Such a strange little fetish with this BW stuff. I much like you, hold plenty of shares and have been very long, championing the success of this company.
I also have periods of doubt and uncertainty and have no problem discussing them. For me, it's healthy to get other perspectives on those doubts and create a dialog that may lead to a better understanding of certain issues. I agree, that's the point of these forums.
But hey, at the end of the day, none of these posts, yours, mine, BW, Redspeed, etc. will really have any impact on the success of this company.
Also, those guys are die hard Rory enthusiasts, and rightfully so. Rory made them a ton of money on that first run to 3 dollars. So they will defend him at all costs.
It surely feels like one of those moments. I'd like to see a little more volume to confirm the move. As it gains more momentum, it will get more visibility.
Or maybe they thought he would ultimately ask for some compensation so they didn't want to get mixed up in that.
Enough for who? IMO they are several weeks, multiple PR's and a substantial PPS increase away from pricing the offering.
It sure is. And good to see we are releasing news on the OTC!. The share price push has began!
What may seem insignificant to you now, will be very significant in the near future. You have to understand the strategy that Rory's implementing. Each partner that he creates will add tremendous value once interactive video is mainstream. And it will become mainstream very soon.
If you look at the color of the boxes around the T, 3 of the 4 match Microsoft 4 colored boxes. The red square may be trying to emphasize the red Microsoft box. The red box for Microsoft's logo represents the office portion of the business.

All the symbols seem like some kind of coded message. The $$'s are speaking loud and clear.
It certainly seems to be part of the Microsoft collaboration. There was a number of things they were going to be integrated with. Here...Let's take another look
Hard to say what this might be. But I think we can all agree on one part of that tweet...WE ARE READY!!
I'm curious if EDU is still being developed or is the Salesforce partnership taking it's place.
Thanks for sharing. I imagine that theme will be consistent with everyone who has communications with him.
Anyone receive any good feedback from Valter yet, that you care to share?
Nothing troubling at all. They are talking about the price moving inversely which is the obvious effect of a Reverse split. Share count goes down, share price goes up. That's your inverse.
Well, that's kind of what i'm saying. There needs to be a deliberate and obvious attempt to raise the share price otherwise the words "if needed" are very misleading.
I'm am trying to be as hopeful as possible here. I want nothing more than an organic share price rise before any split, however, we just aren't seeing any signs that its going to happen (not that you always would).
I want to believe Rory is setting up the ultimate trap for shorts but when you read the filings it tells a different story to some extent. There's no doubt he is intentionally leaving parts of this plan very ambiguous and when the plan all finally unfolds one side will win and one side will lose.
I have put my trust in Rory and take the side of the longs but I can't deny having some doubts about how the next few weeks will play out.
Yes, this is the biggest question for me as well. The longer we stay in the 30 cent range the greater the risk of this being RS at this level.
As of right now, I see no effort to change that, however, a share price rise can happen quickly.
The 14C says we have 20 days from that filing whereby we shareholders have to be mailed the notice of RS before effectuating one.
I would love that too. I've been saying that would be one way to instill some real confidence in this stock. The new directors that came on and any existing employee should be loading up. Bring on the form 4's. We need to get out of this 30 cent range before any reverse split.
It speaks much more loudly when they put their own money up than simply being awarded shares.
Yes that part is accurate and we can agree on. The plan is definitely to raise that money. The before and after the capital raise is where we disagree and where I conclude will likely be unconventional.
