Has management actually said that they're acquiring 7 different companies? If so, that's a really bad sign that I need to get out, because not only would that make this a scam (like all pinks really) but it'd mean they're particularly stupid. No one is dumb enough to believe that most pinks could acquire a large pizza, much less a company, so if anyone ever believes an acquisition scam then someone got taken. But 7 acquisitions? I've never heard anything so stupid. Management needs to start running a proper, believable scam.

I had in a bid for 4s for a long time, never hit so I've slapped the ask and started on the 5s. I gave us about 1/3rd the volume we need to move up so let's hit it ICTY!

Usually dipping to support is a good sign of a coming run, I wouldnt be surprised if that holds true here.

I don't usually take the bashers' side, but you can't declare that only proven facts are allowed on a penny stock board. If that was the case no one would ever post here. All these boards are reserved for the rantings of madmen, the bawwing of those who have been fleeced, the gloating of the fortunate, or the sirens calls of snake oil salesmen. Facts are not needed nor welcome here. The fact is we all come here to gamble, and that 90 percent of the time, the house is going to win. But, it's best to ignore that fact and act as though we are serious investors in a serious company, and will be able to retire when it becomes the next Microsoft.

lol whats all this about police and charges and stuff? I know the internet is serious business, but come on guys. every penny stock is a scam, that's a proven fact. Let's not get all hot and bothered over someone saying so. The only question is, can we play this scam better than the scammers? I think so in this case, and it's clearly been played well by others in the past.

If you get 6s you get 50% gains guaranteed. This stock has been charting between 7 and 10 for a month or two, and the 6s are rare gems for anyone lucky enough to hit them. Anyone having some luck with the bid? I hit the 7s myself.

Anyone in on MDFI? They're at a great low of 6/7/8 and probably going to break out into the first of the year. They've got revenue flow and don't dilute, but they havent been putting out PRs lately which is the only reason the PPS is so low. They're working on building a larger client base and making a real name for their brand.

Maybe we just need to have someone post the news here and kind of talk it up more, this board looks demoralized and abandoned and thats a bad sign for a lot of penny stock players and investors. It might just be due to the holidays as well, but I'm sure anyone getting in at 6s or 7s is going to have a very big new year.

I'm with you. I've been in MDFI on and off, never thought it'd get this low though. And when it did, I knew I had to be in it. I'll be adding more at 8 and 9, or whatever I have to pay on up to 001! Definitely want in before this starts to climb back to 002 and 003!

So, I put the question to the elder members here - what do you expect out of SGCP within the next month PR wise, and what would you like to see? There's a lot floating around but I find that anticipation of particular news releases often drives the price upwards.

Tuesday we need to break the 2s to keep up interest. If we can push towards 3 people will start buying quick and fast and we could start a nice rise. I figured the stock would close down today, but that's not a loss. Just a Friday thing.

Any thoughts on THRA? I just got in at 0001 but it looks like the MMs might have it on life support to facilitate further sales like they did with LFBG last month. What do you guys think?

These guys scam people. I was invested in that company a year or two ago waiting for a merger or acquisition or reverse merger or reverse triangular merger that simply never happened. They were liars then and they still are now. Wait for them to dilute and drop the PPS a bit if you must get in after their RS.

I sold at 2. I consider myself LUCKY. I consider myself lucky that I still have anything left of my initial investment, which was bought around 5... But ya know, at least I got something back. Some of you guys need to wise up. Ever hear of QEDN? They had an imminent acquisition too that just kept having troubles. Now they're in reverse splitsville.

Tell Kuni we don't want to hear anymore of his bullshit. We want a PR with a binding timetable, and we want financials released on time for once. Why would a company do business with someone who can't produce anything on time? Why would a company MERGE with someone like that?

"Yeah, I'll have that 12 million dollars to pay you for your company next week. Honest injun. I was sick last week, and now this week my bank said they'd like to look at the financing and re-evaluate it so maybe we can get a lower interest rate, but I'll pay you soon!"

Just to clarify my position, I'm long positive on LFBG, I think it'll pay off by EOY, but at the moment? Let's be realistic, we're going down to 2/3 and soon. The MMs wont prop this up forever, and I'm also curious why someone is dumping so massively just before the holiday season... Definitely weird.

That was me. I sold what I could at four and got out once I saw what the market makers were doing. I've heard of them pulling a stock down, but propping it up makes me even more distrustful.

How does this stock have upside potential you mean? Well, because it's going to double from these levels by the end of the year, that's generally a positive thing for most. Why on earth would you bet against LFBG just before the holiday season?

The 4s got hammered late into trading, obviously some people are hopeful for tomorrow like myself. Everybody hold on to those shares, this baby is going way up!

Mark my words, Wal Mart PR is coming. Not a matter of if. Why wouldnt they? I mean, they're in business with the guys, and have to be trying to pitch more games to them, or just get some sales figures to report to us all.
