It is getting difficult to ignore how low the price of ZVTK is right now. Why would you not take a chance and throw a little money at it when the price is at .0008 or .0009? Annette Hunter, spokesperson for Zevotek, said on a radio interview on the Green is Good show that “late aug, early sept we will be on the shelves of CVS and Walmart.” To me this seems like a very definitive statement, especially coming from someone who also said “I’m actually an investor.” If the statement regarding CVS and Walmart was made in error by the spokesperson for Zevotek, Babkie would have posted a PR clarifying the statement. Since he did not, I can only assume that the statement is legit. Otherwise, would the SEC not go after Hunter and Babkie for making false and misleading statements if in the future it was determined that no retail contract existed? I don't believe that Hunter or Babkie would risk jail time. Do you?
Here is the link to the show...

Thanks Maxine
Agreed. The As Seen on TV store at the Concord Mills mall in N Carolina has never heard of the the ionic bulb. A store in Massachusettes will be stocking it in 1-2 weeks. It would be nice if all ~150 As Seen on TV stores carried it. The fact that 1 carries it but not all is not a good thing. It appears there is not a national buyer at HQ for the brick and mortar stores. The managers of the As Seen on TV stores will be at the trade show. Many other retailers will be at the show. It would be nice to put it on display there. I am asking the 2 people today that have communicated with Babkie and Carlson to mention that it might be a good idea to light something on fire at the show and flip the switch on the bulb.
rainingbucks/Maxine G, ask Babkie/Carlson if the bulb will be on display at the General Housewares Trade Show next week in Chicago. As Seen on TV reps will be there. They should make sure the bulb is there as well.
bjizzle, why the "LOL?" Of course I am right.
As Seen on TV store update...
I contacted Derrick at the As Seen on TV store in the Concord Mills Mall in N Carolina. Believe it or not, this is the biggest tourist attraction in NC. I asked if he was getting the ionic bulb in his store. He said he had not heard of them. Apparently, managers/buyers at the individual stores decide which products get sold in their stores. It is not a decision of some national purchasing manager at HQ. So the assumption that all ~150 As Seen on TV stores will be selling the ionic bulb in 1-2 weeks is not true.
He said he would be attending the General Housewares trade show in Chicago next week. The reps from As Seen on TV will be there. He said if they have new products, he will certainly see them there. I gave him the info regarding the bulb. He said he would look into it.
If anyone has a relationship with the new CEO or Carlson, you should contact them to ensure that the As Seen on TV reps are displaying the bulb next week at the show. I would, but I don't think they are too happy with my due diligence in the recent past. Act quickly.
Derrick's number...704-979-1132
Where have you seen one? Please post the link.
I talked to Rob at the As Seen on TV store a minute ago. He confirmed that they would be getting ionic bulbs in their store in a week or two.

King, good questions. Feanor's newest post...
on the Yahoo board.
http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_Z/threadview?m=tm&bn=76521&tid=11132&mid=11132&tof=1&frt=1
To everyone else out there, if Feanor (the biggest supporter of ZVTK) does not believe the order numbers are accurate, why should you?
Oh, stop. I have already addressed that one.
Thank you, and yes, the 10Q does disprove it. Again, go back to all the posts. Subtract the highest order# from Feanor's or ieatcakemix's order numbers from the others who also received bulbs BEFORE 12/31. You will see that this number is much higher than the 181 orders at maximum that the 10Q shows. If there is not a direct correlation here, then the 180K orders now are not an accurate reflection.
When I callled IFS in mid-Jan, they said there were only 1,000 orders, not the 50,000 the board was indicating.
Billion, I sincerely hope for you and the other true loyal, longs that Adam does have a trick up his sleeve. I have been burned with some POS stocks. Although unavoidable, I hate to see it happen like it did here.
I'm sorry to hear that.
Maxine, why are you still giving order#s? It's over. It is not a reliable indicator of actual ZVTK orders. Please stop.
I only gloated with Billion and it was just in good fun as he sent me a personal post. I waited 3 weeks. I wasn't going to say anything. Don't know why I came out. But when you watch a train wreck happening in slow motion, don't you want to help? Isn't it your obligation? You can only stand there and watch it for so long. Eventually you have to do something. When there are people sitting there not knowing what is about to hit them, wouldn't you want to pull them off the train? If I convinced only a few people to make a wise decision, it was worth it. You see what happened when the real numbers came out in the 10Q. It would have been much worse if people were still thinking that there were 180K orders on the day the 10Q came out. It would have been an even bigger disaster.
M I T, take the order number (200K) and divide by 50. This will be a more accurate estimate of ZVTK's actual orders.
Imagine Fulfillment Services; and I already made an inquiry in mid-Jan when everyone was celebrating 50K+ orders. I found out that there were only 1K in orders. Many people did not believe me when I mentioned this on the MBs and many still do not believe even after seeing the proof on the 10Q. So please, jp50, call your contacts. We need to make the others come to their senses.
Did you read the same 10Q that I read? "Sales for the three months ended December 31, 2009 are comprised only of Ionic Bulbs ordered by visitors to our www.newionicbulb.com website and shipped on or before December 31, 2009." There were over 20,000 orders based on the sequential order number theory by 12/31. Giving the benefit of the doubt that it takes them several days to ship after receiving an order, there were over 10,000 order by 12/26. 10,000 times $28 = $28K, right? Not the 181 orders that I get when I divide $5,077 by $28. I find it hard to believe that Adam pre-selected only his favorite pumpers (Feanor, Jayz, Paver, etc.) to receive the bulbs first.
Pull the posts around Christmas. You'll get the proof you need to change your mind.
Sorry man. Just messing with you. I agree. The 10Q was absolutely horrible. The pumpers did everything they could last night and today to limit the freefall of the price. And surprisingly, it fell less than I expected. There were no sales. Dilution continues (50% increase in O/S not good). Advances Payable? Who advanced them money? I can only assume since there are no sales, Adam will need issue more stock to pay off this debt as well. What happens when he maxes out? He needs to come up with a plan quickly? If he has a plan, it's time to execute.
Does anyone still think the order numbers are legit or sequential or entirely related to solely to the bulbs?
Impressive how quick you guys delete...
I promise I'll keep my posts business-related...
HAHA...I am just wondering why this is trading at all. Who would buy this?
My DD suggests that the astonomical order numbers that people on this board are using are completely off base. If people were using the order numbers as of the end of the year to estimate sales, they would expect between $400 - $500K in revenue in the 10Q. If I am correct, and there were less than 1000 orders, the $30K in revenues that I estimate (if no Euro/Asia sales occurred), may cause even the most faithful of longs to decide to bail on this stock.
Please be careful.
See you on Tues
So are you saying that you believe my post from last Saturday? It sounds like you are giving up on this 10Q.
Billion, I think it's William Shatner. Also, you sent me a private post a week ago. I cannot send a private reply, as I am too cheap to buy the subscription, but I'll send you a public reply after the 10Q comes out.
Down 13%?!?!?!?!?!? I have 27MM shares. I can't believe this keeps dropping. Can someone call the CEO and find out what's going on? I heard he was in the Caymans with the money he bilked from investors 5 years ago.
If anyone is selling their shares, I am buying. This could skyrocket sooooooooon!!!!!!!!!!
Can't believe it dropped today. With financials as strong as this company has, I would have expected this to be a 10 bagger. Maybe management will turn it around tomorrow. We should see $.10 tomorrow. Hang in there, guys.
HAHA
Looks pretty solid...
Retained earnings of negative $54MM as of Apr 05.
Negative cash (5 years ago).
The good news is that they cut their losses from $1.5MM in 4Q04 to $0.8MM in 1Q05.
Thinking I can pick up 5MM shares tomorrow.
I wonder how fast Estrella will delete this post. Ready... GO!
Estimates for revenue and O/S -
I'd like to get everyone's estimate for sales and outstanding shares. Where do you think ZVTK will land when the 10Q comes out? If we get enough responses, it might provide us some insight as to which direction and how big of a move the price will have when the news is released.
Do you feel we will have for example?...
Sales: $200K
O/S: $2.5BB
Please provide your best guess taking into consideration 10 days of sales, 3 days of infomercials, possible Europe sales, possible early shipment of $1.1MM Asia order and possible Jason Ryu sales.
Someone mentioned there have been 3500 hits per day? I don't see that. I see a few red down-arrows. Can anyone else find decent data for newionicbulb.com on alexa.com?
Guys, I will respond to questions on my posts on the Yahoo MB later tonight. There are too many runaway strings on IHUB. You will also find my posts clarifying dates. Please post legitimate, non-derogatory questions there.

I meant that I called IFS on Jan 5th, not Feb 5th.
The Order Assumptions are Wrong
I posted this earlier on the Yahoo MB. You guys should read this as well...
I am sorry to say that the order assumptions that this message board and IHUB have been using to make their investment decisions are completely wrong. If you contact IFS directly and speak to the account rep who handles the Zevotek account, you will find out that there have not been 150,000 orders. There are only 2,000 to 3,000 orders. I spoke to the acct rep on Feb 5th. At that time the order assumption being made based on the ION-333****** order numbers was approx. 50,000 (check the posts, including mine, at that time). Because I was highly skeptical that ZVTK was selling 3,000 orders per day after the infomercials stopped airing several weeks prior, I wanted to find out if the orders are in sequential order. The rep told me that the order numbers are not unique to Zevotek. They include other company's orders at IFS. When I asked (at that time) how sales were going so far, the rep said to hang on, and while I could hear typing on a computer, a few seconds later the rep said that there have been about 1,000 orders. A friend of mine who also owned ZVTK at the time called the next day and the rep confirmed the same information.
We immediately contacted our friends and coworkers who had bought ZVTK and told them of the fact that there were not 50,000 orders, but that there were only 1,000. If you look at the PPS action on 2/5 and the next day, you will see that there was strong selling pressure. That was us getting rid of our shares.
I honestly don't know how many orders IFS has processed since 2/5. I assume they have done another thousand or 2 as there have been other infomercials. The fact is that although Adam says he is happy with sales/orders, the actual order rate is a fraction of the 150,000 orders that people are assuming on the MBs. Believe me. No one wanted this stock price to take off as much as I did. I had 2.2MM shares at an avg price of $.002. I believed in this company so much that I told many friends and coworkers to invest in it. It was devastating when I found out the truth. Some people had to sell at $.008, which was much lower than their original purchase price.
I have attempted to contact the same rep on a couple of other occasions, but he/she has been in meetings or unavailable. I will not provide the name of the rep, as I do not want to get this person in trouble or fired. So do not ask me. If you have any questions, please reply to this post, and I will tell you what I know. I will not be able to reply until tomorrow night.
I have posted my PPS estimate in the past based (unknowingly) on the incorrect order assumptions, and the estimate was about $.02 per share. If I were to run the same PPS model today, the estimate would be less than $.002.
I am sorry.
I am also new to this board. Can someone who bought low, who wants this stock to rise, tell me why I should buy this stock? I will do my own due diligence, but I'd like one of the pumpers to get me interested before I first do the work.
Thanks guys
Pennyup, did you order by phone or website?
