I am surprised that the SP didn't close at 1.50 or lower.... but
the issue still remains in how they stated the PR. we had oil mixed with the mud at a certain depth. that comment right there is the ONLY thing holding the SP where it is.
otherwise people would be in line to get out fast.
so the story lingers a little longer. more so called testing. more delays.
then as many are writing about, how much is left in the piggy bank.
this is worse than a soap opera on TV.
who in their right mind would give another nickel to zion to continue ?
yes, some will use the trimming down the army to 300 story, but how many times can one use the book as the outline for a company that hasn't done anything correct in the normal sense of how wildcatting is done?
the biggest mistake in it all is not using 3D data. and then people will say the cost doesn't justify itself...
yet how many million has been spent to find nothing?
you can bring all the maps up on what others say is there, and they surely have found a bunch of gas in the Med. but as for inland crude oil, NOBODY has ever opened pandoras box on that one.
and as far as the comment that zion will have to goto the Israel energy people to file their plan, the only thing that matters is that any company that has been given a lease has to prove they have the funds to continue on.
so the question falls back on getting the funds.
WHO WILL RISK LOSING MORE on the premise that since a little oil was in the mud that its enough proof they will get this well into production?
at least zion now knows how to milk a bad well... last time they showed the jar of oil and baseball cap, and the SP went to 14 bucks, then one announcement later, it hit a .84 low and closed at .97
this time they mention oil is in the mud, but it doesn't shoot up, and when they announce if they ave to say if the well is commercial, then the answer is no. and the stock doesn't tank.
if zion has to use funds to pay court costs for any reason, that shortens any time they say they have.
so many issues are up in the air.
just like ness, people still hold their position as long no matter what waiting for the big hit. but then does anyone expect that company to disappear along the way?
PW
well, the sec will investigate to a point and either bring a fine if its a ding, but if its bigger than that, the courts have to settle the issues.
so its all connected together.
any way you look at it, there is a lot of smoke still to settle.
the other issue is where do the institutions that have invested in this company stand after the announcement. a little different than just a personal investor...
PW
The only reason why this hasn't gone under a dollar...
is because they dangle the possibility that some oil was in the mud at a certain depth. if it wasn't for that, this would be a repeat of the last go around.
they say if we would have to say we believe its a commercial well, then the answer is no...
so now the stock lives a little longer in the hopes that they will find more with more testing.
testing that will take more money.
more warrants. who is willing to buy 5 dollar warrants after an announcement that isn't looking to bright?
yes, I will be chastised for leaning that zion hasn't found oil, and some may stick around and even invest more money. or that the army has been reduced to 300.
then what about the class action lawsuit? where is that headed?
oh the talk about ambulance chasers will continue, but...
PW
the oil is down there to bless Israel...
but as a long time ness shareholder, and with the original train dream from jameswxyz, that with the prophetic outline that needs to take place, is that America and Israel will end up energy independent.
Ness is about to live again, and as I mentioned a few days ago, that it wont be about all the issues of investors buying stock again, they have already given and paid the price for the bad decisions that ness management made along the way. they will be rewarded for what they have held for a long time without the ability to trade.
so after being out of the picture for a number of years, its time for those dry bones to live again, and the man upstairs will be fronting the money needed to cover all the costs until the oil is discovered. and it WILL BE by the dead sea area.
so its time to trade places, and for ness to take the lead...
PW
you wont be hearing anything from zion anytime soon...
doesnt everyone see the replay from the last go around?
the only way you're going to find out is when a court action reveals the truth. it will force the info to become known.
flatron... why?
why did they bring in Devore to only have him ring the cash register after what 4 months on the board?
why do they need this guy to begin with?
his credentials seem impressive, yet anyone that came to zion, didn't leave a job to take one at zion, they had nothing going on and were lured to get on board with zion.
dustin only is at zion since he didn't have a job. not because he was the best and had major demand.
I can imagine that most who believe zion has found something will say that covering anyone in management's pay will no longer be an issue. but if they don't have anything, how will anyone get paid when the piggy bank is almost empty?
(Here's a reminder of that seeking alpha article circulating why zion doesn't have independent directors... this is the real reason for this guy being hired. to appease the issue brought up...)
Nasdaq should also be really interested in doing a review of the company's Independent Directors. We went through Nasdaq's qualifications for being considered independent. Below is our analysis and interpretation which we consider generous towards the company (we even count the former CEO and a former CFO as independent). This analysis shows that Zion does not have a majority of independent directors. An independent board is a requirement for being a Nasdaq-listed company.
But can we really blame them? It’s hard to be a member of a 14-person board especially when the company you are managing employs a grand total of 23 people (only 20 full time). And why would you bring up your concerns when you are being paid so well.
Cascade...
now zion has brought in a new body as a director...
how can he collect if the piggy bank is empty? maybe he's friends with devore who came in for 4 months and rang the cash register.
the announcement is earth shattering. it must mean zion has oil since they hired this expert...
NOT
there is no way even with the tight lips of security concerns that it takes this long to announce they have oil.
the ship is going down.
2.00 tomorrow
down to .85 and the pink sheets shortly
cant happen?
zion #5 attempt is a failure.
they run out of money.. (you quoted that yourself)
they wont collect enough money to wire a hole if this attempt fails
without funds, they lose lease from Israel
they wont file SEC reports either.
zion is finished....
delisted ness... look here lucky dog
https://investorshub.advfn.com/Ness-Energy-(fka-NESS)-1303/
what does it say just above where word moderator is listed?
Home > Boards > US OTC > Delisted > Ness Energy (fka NESS)
DELISTED
as I said. zion will trade places with ness.
ness was delisted from pink sheets. a person cant trade anything in this realm.
If zion is delisted, there is no tomorrow... if the sec finds wrong doing, you may not get another tomorrow.
so the outcome in many ways is life and death for zion.
I can no longer see any investors willing to give anymore money if zion's 5th attempt comes up dry.
I was always long. you wont find anyone who came to the understanding of blessing Israel with energy independence will have anything to do with shorting this stock. that is for those that only intend to make money without any feelings of what it all stands for.
ness has been delisted for years and is in process of coming back. dealing with final paperwork to get it trading again. so it will live again..
as for zion, IF they don't have a commercial well, or the SEC finds something that has them delist zion, it's over for zion. no more fleecing the flock without having any revenue.
they needed to have something before they would just go get the big one, and 100 million dollars plus and they have nothing for the shareholders.
the part that really unnerves me is last time zion hinted they found oil with the container of oil and the zion baseball cap on the table, which had the SP hit 14 bucks. all over a picture posted.
and then the bad news came. that part of zion's history will always be a big black mark in my book. A supposed christian oil company that misled many thinking they found the motherload, only to bring big losses. Im sorry but that isn't a company that practices what they preach.
thats exactly how ness went under. the management did things to have the company go under. zion will see same result.
we are now in a transition period some will know as the transference of the wealth from the wicked to the just.
we are also in a realm of the final harvest. that will take finances to pay for many things along the way.
it all works together simultaneously.
I could write a bunch on this but it would be eliminated for its outline of terms.
the prophetic is buzzing with activity on whats going to happen.
the 2 things that are part of crude oil is that both america and Israel will be energy independent.
there will be a crude oil find in pacific northwest of america for part 1 to be finished,
and of course crude oil in Israel will be found. (its just a matter of who and when)
years ago there was all kinds of news about Prudhoe Bay Alaska having the motherload, but the elite put a cork in it due to the whole OPEC controlled outline.
as the prophecy goes... the people who control the oil now, will be tapped dry and have to get it from the red white and blue...
all part of the economic shift back to america and Israel.
"Ness will never raise the money to drill".
they wont have to. it will be gifted to them.
Josros, "Next week is going to be historic."
how many weeks in a row has that quote been on this board? like 4 months?
smh
JRyan. "I still think there is oil. (I know there is but maybe not for Zion to find?) "
now that is something I can agree with.
Ness energy and Zion will trade places.
Ness comes back from the Abyss, and Zion ends up there...
thats what is called "sinking ship"...
has anyone thought? more speculation
what does the sec getting involved have to do with oil being found and security issues for another country?
jeepers... some comments are way out there since the waiting gets longer and longer.
NO MORE DELAYS !!!!! yeah right
again, what did zion do good the last go around?
what they do now excuses them for pumping the stock with a jar of oil having it hit 14 bucks a share and then let the air out of the tires?
Im sorry but if they did a terrible job before, then they are doing nothing different now....
how many oil experts are on this board have found crude oil on land in Israel?
(crickets)
There are some here (Me included) who think....
there we go again with speculation. 99.99999999999999 percent on this board.
how does that excuse zion from the last well where people lost money?
yes, investing is risk, but when you have a picture of a container of oil and a baseball cap to get everyone excited, then tell them you don't have anything?
johns wearing the hat that was shown with the bottle of oil on last go around. after they showed it, the SP went to 14 a share on hype. that should be investigated right there if anything.
https://www.facebook.com/zionoil/photos/a.162963465085.159463.154930410085/10150528199870086/?type=3&theater
there's nothing you can answer back as to how zion drilled the last hole that hurt many people. now we forget about it and because haliburton is around, that its all good?
bravo sierra
where's the proof in this video?
just because someone says they have black mud? that wouldn't get very far in a court of law as proof...
actually, you have it backwards.
to say they have encountered oil without any proof to back it up can be seen as "pumping", and thats not to be confused with pumping oil out of the ground.
to show a platform with a greasy substance is not proof of anything.
its no wonder the SEC is looking into Zion. and the speculations are calling the complaints coming from ambulance chasers.
look at who's chasing this ordeal. over a hundred million collected, and still nothing.
4 dry holes, no revenues, nothing but pumping christians for their money and getting paid.
the mistake zion made is not actually proving they could find oil anywhere else. not even a basic back yard pumper in texas.
THERE SHALL BE NO MORE DELAYS !!!!!
yet they will delay until the last possible moment just like last time.
get ready for the stock to hit about .02
"There are over 20,000 messages on this board."
and how many of these posts are speculation?
like 99.99 percent?
everyone see the ad for zion oil on facebook?
it says they have "encountered oil."
if that isnt misleading and possibly illegal in itself...
the SEC will get to the bottom of all this.
we might see a reversal that zion becomes ness. delisted
and ness goes back and finds the motherload.
microcaps quote "zion has already proved more than 'a puff of gas' "???
how did zion prove anything so far? other than saying there would be no more delays, but that's all there is?
how is this stock more than a dollar? it should be on the pink sheets.
never found anything, no revenue, management gets paid on shareholder dime without any remorse.
smh
so the oil company you worked for found oil and had something going on?
or are they similar that the've spent over 100 million dollars and take a salary and have no revenue for how many years?
when you keep asking for money, especially from a faith based group, sooner or later you will be accountable. you cant just let it slide.
you probably havent known a company that had, what is it now 7? CFO's
I have a question for the faithful...
how much money has zion spent on their explorations?
4 dry holes up to this point, and possibly a 5th
management has been paid how much in their salaries over the duration of the company, without having any revenue.
then using only 2d technology to assess any area they consider to drill
if the man upstairs is behind this realm, would he allow the wasteful spending of over 100 million without there being a reward up until now?
you will respond with the reward is coming with the results announced.
THERE WILL BE NO MORE DELAYS.... right?
day after day speculation posts continue without answers, and the SEC is now investigating.
oh and how many CFO's have resigned, along with long time CEO Rinberg, or the president and COO Ottaviani? this is not a well oiled machine by all the movements.
glad they're here? desperate? lol
as for me, I learned my lesson on last go around.
just observing for replay.
not going to lose money on this twice.
you've got what you got.
hold it all until the SP tanks to 1.00
what will the hall of faith be then?
are people dishing out money on you for profit in case you make it until next week/month/year?
it might help if the wildcatting company has found oil anywhere just once.
skip the easy peezy, and go for the jugglar.
and along the way drag your feet while collecting your salary on the shareholders dime.
most of the posts on this board are pure speculation.
but while the shareholders wait. they have to stay in communication.
just human nature especially with social media.
there was a flyer sent to the house recently.
it was from stan johnson and the prophecy club. theres a guy who supposedly prophesied that stan and his prophetic oil realm will find oil, but it was stated that somehow the borders would be altered and they would drill on the east side of the dead sea. thats not Isreal territory right now.
if ness would setup a rig right at the edge of the dead sea, and drill sideways, toward east, would that be stealing?
I agree.
as I stated before, if zion didnt find something on this attempt, they are finished.
if zion would have did something small in texas and at least had some kind of revenue, but they kept milking the cow and now she is dry.
if people recall the last time, they took a picture of a small container of oil and offered free zion oil baseball caps at the time everyone was waiting.
then a long lull, then bad news.
its repeating except this time no hat or container of oil.
when's the list for who didnt get out by the time the stock tanked to 1.00?
I concur Geo...
whomever stated that the longer they wait means they have something, thats not how it went down last time.
the longer they wait, shows they are milking bad news.
compete? all the analogy used in comparison of biblical accounts is getting ridiculous.
most shareholders are in this because of it.
when these people were in the wilderness, they were fed and watered in their grumbling.
is that the case here? NOPE.
if this outline would become a biblical story, it would read like this.
give me more and more of your bread, and we will take it all.
and give you nothing in return.
some people have lost a bunch in this story.
in the realm of normal business, this company didn't bother to prove they could find anything even in texas where they are based, but went for the big one.
this is the 5th try without having revenue prior to exploration.
"You can't get blood out of a turnip"....
actually its the opposite tisdal...
the longer it takes to announce anything, means they are still looking for something to announce.
just like last well, they milked it as long as they could, but ultimately they announced bad news.
and like flatron recently said, the gain or loss is upon the shareholder.
yet it doesn't help when most of the activity comes from believers with a cause with hopeful thinking for a positive outcome and its just business as usual.
