not sure how you were able to post anything on this board. I posted something awhile back and hub said the board wasnt active when the company isnt trading.
Time for action. The stock holders can do what the company can't.
Jay Petroleum Inc. Owes NESS $100k to $350k in badly needed funds but has refused to make good - knowing NESS can't afford to sue them. This is underhanded business practice.
Meantime, Jay Petroleum Inc. Owns and operates PakaSak gas stations and convenience stores, enjoys expansion and acquisitions, and enjoys it's 'untarnished reputation as a community business. Oh yes, they continue to buy up small family owned businesses and cut deals with big names such as Taco Bell for their upgraded convenience marts. Now recently their long time CEO is retired and the company has brand new leadership.
It's time to start calling this company and complaining to their corporate management. Let them know it's no secret that they are rip-offs and greedy swindlers, not the beloved home town company image they enjoy unchallenged.
Time for calls.
Petitions.
Press releases.
And contacting their anonymous acting publicly traded parent company Isramco Inc.
PakaSak Contact Form:
https://www.pakasak.com/contact.php
Isramco Inc. Ethics Hotline:
http://www.isramcousa.com/corporate/ethics-hotline/
Let these people know they are not secret.
Just look at PakaSak's contact page where they insultingly place a special form for donation requests! Ah so benevolent that wonderful hometown company of BS as they shirk their contracts and steal in their business dealings. Who should they donate to but the people they owe rightfully first?
And look at Isramco as they provide an ethics complaint page. Yes thank you, now let's tell them. They aren't ethical.
It's time for these people to not enjoy anymore the spoils and false reputation they enjoy while nobody knows they are phony fakes and rip offs.
Perhaps a Change.org petition drive and a GoFundMe campaign to sue them is in order. Combined with press releases to their hometown news papers where their headquarters and stores are located and popular.
Time to fight fair but fight indeed. We the stock holders can use these contact forms and make calls.
Drop a comment of you're onboard!

Ness may trade again...
NESS ENERGY INTERNATIONAL, INC. December 11, 2015
UPDATE
I want to thank the faithful “remnant” of Ness Energy stockholders who have continued to believe in the mission of Ness and send emails, letters and other tangible evidences of encouragement and prayerful support for the company. Your communications and support are appreciated more than I can fully express. Thank you so much!
Activities over the last six months have primarily focused on ending the partnership in the private companies which I have been doing business for the past eleven years. There is one pending legal matter that is currently being addressed in order to reconcile the issue. Upon reaching a mutually agreeable arrangement on this matter, steps will begin for the completion of the Security & Exchange Commission (SEC) application. The SEC’s approval of this Form 10 application is required to return Ness to trading on a public exchange. The goal is to have this legal issue brought to a positive conclusion by the end of 2015.
The onshore oil and gas exploration drilling in Israel has been relatively active in 2015. If this activity continues into 2016 it will be very positive for active oil and gas companies there as this will be an incentive for oil field services and equipment required for drilling and completion to be more readily available. Ness Energy will resume its pursuit of oil and gas at the south end of the Dead Sea as soon as its stock begins trading on a public exchange.
I pray that we all have a Christmas full of joy because of all we have received through God’s Son, Jesus. May we be resolute in the coming New Year to honor God and do all required to access the full benefits of His wonderful promises.

Letter to Ness Energy Stockholders
May 26, 2011
Dear Stockholders and Friends,
I wish to first state the following: our commitment and resolve to see Ness Energy fully restored and viable has not lessened. We will continue to move forward and make whatever adjustments necessary to finish the job. We appreciate all those that persist in standing with us. Patience will continue to be an essential element in completing the task.
Ness Energy International, Inc. has received notice from the Securities and Exchange Commission of an Order of Suspension of Trading and an Order Instituting Administrative Proceedings and Notice of Hearing Pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The SEC communicated there were not specific complaints by any particular party that precipitated the order, but Ness Energy was one of a number of publically traded companies delinquent in their filings and were being pursued in order to suspend trading and revoke registration. Thus, the reason Ness Energy was one of nine companies listed on the orders from the SEC.
We have delayed in posting information to the website concerning the suspension of trading of Ness’ stock until we have sufficient time to gather all the facts along with obtaining counsel from both our SEC attorney and auditing firm. Our legal counsel is in the process of communicating with the Division of Enforcement in an attempt to provide information to the SEC and request additional time to come into compliance with all of the SEC reporting regulations. Our controller has been working diligently for twelve months now bringing all of the accounting records up to date beginning with fiscal year 2006. We are very disappointed in the timing of the Orders as we were preparing to submit all of the final accounting statements to the auditor when notice was received from the SEC. The auditors have performed a preliminary review of the accounting reports submitted to them and their assessment was that they could provide an unqualified audit for all delinquent years. Unfortunately, this may not matter as there are no provisions for extension of additional time to bring the filings current in the Orders. At this time it appears Ness’ registration will be revoked and its stock will not be allowed to trade over the exchange as it was last traded.
All is not lost by any means and there are other options we are exploring at this time that will allow Ness to resume trading publically. The Administrative Law Judge will issue an initial decision no later than 120 days from May 11, 2011. One option being considered, depending on the Judges’ decision, involves applying for a new registration for Ness that is similar to the process required when Kit Carson was taken over and became Ness Energy. Another option that some publically traded companies have chosen voluntarily since the SEC adopted the Sarbanes-Oxley rules is to move to a less restrictive market place. The new reporting rules required by the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation have made the reporting and auditing process much more expensive and therefore can be a large financial burden on smaller public companies. In order to avoid the onerous new rules a considerable number of publically traded companies have elected to transfer to an over-the-counter market most commonly called the “Pink Sheets”. This organization still requires full disclosure similar to the SEC, but without much of the expense required by the use of a specially qualified accounting firm to perform the audit. The over-the-counter market could be a perfect place for Ness to resume trading to hold down the overbearing cost of meeting the SEC auditing requirements until such time it is economically feasible to do so. Ness would continue to report and fully disclose all material events. Once the stock value of the company increases and profits are available then Ness could take the required steps to move to a more recognized exchange. At this point in time the over-the-counter market appears to be the best option.

how about that
Yowatups : NESS has been formally ordered to file all delinquent Financials. Should the company fail to do so and quickly then the SEC will revoke this stock. With NESS having a closed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2009 it is not likely the company even exists anymore, let alone file 5 years worth of Financials.
It would be prudent to get out of your position if possible because revocation is liklely imminent.
From the SEC Admin Proceeding :
Ness Energy International, Inc. (“NESS”) (CIK No. 353634) is an inactive Washington corporation located in Edmond, Oklahoma with a class of securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(g). NESS is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-KSB for the period ended December 31, 2006, which reported a net loss of $5,244,000 for the prior year. On December 5, 2008, NESS filed a Chapter 7 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, which was closed on February 25, 2009. As of May 6, 2011, the common stock of NESS was quoted on OTC Link, had nine market makers, and was eligible for the “piggyback” exception of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3).
B. DELINQUENT PERIODIC FILINGS
As described in more detail above, all of the Respondents are delinquent in their periodic filings with the Commission, have repeatedly failed to meet their obligations to file timely periodic reports, and failed to heed delinquency letters sent to them by the Division of Corporation Finance requesting compliance with their periodic filing obligations or, through their failure to maintain a valid address on file with the Commission as required by Commission rules, did not receive such letters.
Exchange Act Section 13(a) and the rules promulgated thereunder require issuers of securities registered pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12 to file with the Commission current and accurate information in periodic reports, even if the registration
is voluntary under Section 12(g). Specifically, Rule 13a-1 requires issuers to file annual reports, and Rule 13a-13 requires domestic issuers to file quarterly reports
As a result of the foregoing, Respondents failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder.
In view of the allegations made by the Division of Enforcement, the Commission deems it necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors that public administrative proceedings be instituted to determine:
A. Whether the allegations contained in Section II hereof are true and, in connection therewith, to afford the Respondents an opportunity to establish any defenses to such allegations; and,
B. Whether it is necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to suspend for a period not exceeding twelve months, or revoke the registration of each class of securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act of the Respondents identified in Section II hereof, and any successor under Exchange Act Rules 12b-2 or 12g-3, and any new corporate names of any Respondents.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a public hearing for the purpose of taking evidence on the questions set forth in Section III hereof shall be convened at a time and place to be fixed, and before an Administrative Law Judge to be designated by further order as provided by Rule 110 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice [17 C.F.R. § 201.110].
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents shall file an Answer to the allegations contained in this Order within ten (10) days after service of this Order, as provided by Rule 220(b) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice [17 C.F.R. § 201.220(b)].
If Respondents fail to file the directed Answers, or fail to appear at a hearing after being duly notified, the Respondents, and any successor under Exchange Act Rules 12b-2 or 12g-3, and any new corporate names of any Respondents, may be deemed in default and the proceedings may be determined against it upon consideration of this Order, the allegations of which may be deemed to be true as provided by Rules 155(a), 220(f), 221(f), and 310 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice [17 C.F.R. §§ 201.155(a), 201.220(f), 201.221(f), and 201.310].
This Order shall be served forthwith upon Respondents personally or by certified, registered, or Express Mail, or by other means permitted by the Commission Rules of Practice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Administrative Law Judge shall issue an initial decision no later than 120 days from the date of service of this Order, pursuant to Rule 360(a)(2) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice [17 C.F.R. § 201.360(a)(2)].
In the absence of an appropriate waiver, no officer or employee of the Commission engaged in the performance of investigative or prosecuting functions in this or any factually related proceeding will be permitted to participate or advise in the decision of this matter, except as witness or counsel in proceedings held pursuant to notice. Since this proceeding is not “rule making” within the meaning of Section 551 of the Administrative Procedure Act, it is not deemed subject to the provisions of Section 553 delaying the effective date of any final Commission action.
By the Commission.

Ness is being pumped on some other boards.
It is because:
NESS Energy Intl rarely posts anything on it's website
and has never replied to an e-mail.
This new management (Boyce) at least takes the time to keep the shareholders informed which makes this exciting news.

Wow...
that is surely over the top with excitement

FAQ's have been posted on website
http://www.nessenergy.com/faq.html
Any legal action pending? I know that groups like the Prophecy Club did a lot to pump the stock and now they seem strangley silent on the issue. Quite a few people got taken to the cleaners on this one. What a shame.
A reading now from the Book of Bamboozle
Chapter One
1. Thus it came to pass that Hayseed went unto Sodom and the Lord called him to the top of the mountain. There, the Lord spoke unto him saying, "Lo Hayseed, lookie yonder for down there, no idiot, further left, is where you shall drill an oil well."
2. And Hayseed said unto the Lord, "Doh. I aint got no drillin' and testin' bucks Lord. You want I should go back and whup up a private placement memorandum and sell us some units from a stack of D&B cards?"
3. And the Lord said unto Hayseed, "No you idiot. Forget that boiler room shtick. I want you to go back unto the land of Texas and there you shall find a man named Ivan Webb. H shall showeth unto you the means and manner whereby you call call the sheep forth and shear them closely."
4. "But Lord" cried out Hayseed, "How shall I shear such sheep when I have no shears, no bucks, and no help." And the Lord answered him, "Look idiot, just go home, hook up with Ivan and he's gonna hook you up with something called a 'Kit Karson' public shell. From there, thous shalt pump and dump stock. Fear not about pumping oil for it is given unto you to pump stock instead."
5. And so it came to pass that Hayseed did return unto the land of Texas, where he pumped and dumped. Then he pumped some more. Then he dumped a lot more. Then he pumped again. And he dumped some more.
6. And the faithful who had followed Hayseed were like unto sheep. They were shorn tightly and had no coats left to shield against the winter winds. And it came to pass that their coats grew back but Hayseed once more left them shorn.
7. And when he was long in the tooth Hayseed was stricken and the Lord spake unto the fruit of his loins, Sha, and anointed him as the new King of Mt. Sodom and gave unto him the keys to the Kingdom of Ness.
8. And it came to pass that the SEC reports which Sha's vizeer was to cause to be filed with Pharoh were not etched into the 10K and 10Q tablets and low, the kingdom was delisted and ruin fell upon Ness.
9. Then the Lord spoke directly unto the sheep as they lay sleeping, appearing to them in their sleep. And he said unto the sheep, "BUY - BUY."

Oh yeah, buy some NESS. It's very Biblical you know.
Dunno
good questions,though
perhaps Boyce would entertain
the idea of a few shareholders on the board?
Officers and board members do they draw a salary or recieve a wage? For that matter does David Boyce get paid?

NESS ENERGY INTERNATIONAL, INC.
5 December 2008
Ness Energy International, Inc. today filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Case number 08-45823-7.
11-24-08
Press Release:
OKT Resources, LLC, a privately owned oil and gas company located in Edmond, Oklahoma has purchased Ness of Israel, Inc. and all of its assets from Ness Energy International, Inc. One of the managing partners of OKT is David M. Boyce, who was a friend of the late Hayseed Stephens and former consultant for Ness Energy International, Inc. Mr. Boyce met Mr. Stephens in 1990 and assisted him periodically with the Dead Sea Project through 1998. Mr. Boyce spent the majority of four years in Ness’s office from 1999 through early 2003 and made several trips to Israel with Mr. Stephens. The purchase includes any stock that may remain in Modi’in, a publically traded Israeli company along with all files and data concerning the work in Israel collected by Mr. Stephens and Ness Energy through the many years of work there.
When the agreement is finalized there will be a transfer of a few more files along with the Ness Energy website. OKT will give updates and information as the plans develop in carrying forward the goal of discovering commercial quantities of oil and gas in the Dead Sea Area.
On 02/10/2009, the United States Bankruptcy Court granted a Motion to Dismiss the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy for Ness Energy International, Inc. The company is no longer in bankruptcy.
Negotiations are on-going for control of the company to be transferred to the largest creditor. There is no set time-frame for the creditor to take control.
As more information is available, a notice will be sent.
