how does that excuse zion from the last well where people lost money?

yes, investing is risk, but when you have a picture of a container of oil and a baseball cap to get everyone excited, then tell them you don't have anything?

johns wearing the hat that was shown with the bottle of oil on last go around. after they showed it, the SP went to 14 a share on hype. that should be investigated right there if anything.
