Agreed, SRGE audited financials, filings and disclosures should send the pps to new highs. BTW it seems the Bandera (BGL) has been
removed also.
Thanks Patrick, I'll keep searching as well
Thanks E W, I was looking for info on the company and the gold property more than the location, but thanks, any info at this point helps.
DaveBo
Has anybody found information on the company, San Dimas Mineria S.A. or the property, "La Canita" Gold property". Google search wasn't much help, Any links would be appreciated.
To become a multi-millionaire, from selling SRGE stock, one would need at least 10 million shares(about 5% of the float). SRGE pps would need to be over 20 cents. I guess it's possible.
All we need is for someone at the mine to take a video with a cell
phone of the production process with a current newspaper date and send it to SRGE management. They can upload it to the website and boom, it will send the stock to new highs. Seems simple enough.
Fippers will take this into the .005s, then a new run will begin,
may run even higher than today. JMO
Thanks for the info.
How does one query the MMR database, do you know of a link?
Thanks
Thanks Grego, is there a link to the MMR's database that anyone can check via the internet?
Do you know of a website where this information is posted once it's entered in the pc?
Thanks
Dave
Agree, can we sticky this, MoMo, grego ?
Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. Denies Signing Letter of Intent with Bandera Gold Ltd.

BGL, SRGE
I'm not a SRGE basher, I want this stock to fly. With that said I have two concerns; First, who owns the mine SRGE or BGL, let's assume SRGE does. Sencond the financing, I cannot find any info on Duvernoi Capital Investments. If we can determine these to be true, this stock take off, until then the negativity will continue.
FFGO, Number 16 on the Breakout Board, not bad for a delisted stock.
If thing goes, it's going to fast, very thin on top.

Here's the OS from today's 10Q
NOTE 6—CAPITAL STOCK
Common Stock
As of September 30, 2010, the Company had 192,948,792 shares of its $0.001 par value common stock issued and outstanding and as of December 31, 2009, the Company has 115,717,375 shares of its $0.001 par value common stock issued and outstanding.
10Q is out
I did the same with 5000 shares, LOL
So far it shows up as sold, I don't know if it will hold.
That was me, I was selling for a tax loss, put in 160 shares at
market price, I think it should have went off at .0031, someone
forgot the two zeros.
Hi V, Thanks for keeping track of the O/S.
You can add 13M for me.

Smaller companies spotlight

EACH week, former Fleet Street City Editor Patrick Lay keeps This Is Money readers up-to-date with a neglected, but exciting sector of the stock market - smaller companies.
Solid Gold
GOLD is the new black or, to be more precise, the mining of any mineral is the new technology investment boom.
This week we have seen the announcement by Bema Gold, the Canadian group which is already quoted in Toronto and on the US stock exchange, that it plans to list on our AIM market to attract more European investors.
Bema‘s market capitalisation will be around £240m making it the largest mining company listed on AIM and the second largest company overall.
The company already has a large European following. Its major asset is a 79% stake in the Julietta Mine in Russia, reckoned to be one of the lowest cost gold mines in the world, with production costs of around $100 an ounce against the current world price of $320 an ounce.
It has been producing both gold and silver since September 2001 and it is hoped to produce more than 100,000 ounces of gold a year over the next four years.
Investors should also take notice of an extraordinary general meeting of the Tera Group scheduled for October 30. The purpose is to approve a restructuring of the company from technology investment to one that includes investing in the mining and natural resources market.
Most of the old board is departing. Joining chairman Michael Edelson will be Ronnie Lowenthal, a South Africa-based financier 'with significant experience of the mining sector' and Jo Malins, who appeared in this column a fortnight ago in his capacity as director of Cambrian Mining, another AIM-listed mining finance house which is currently moving into the production arena.
As is the way of these things, it would be remarkable if Mr Lowenthal did not have a few deals up his sleeve once the change is approved.

So, Ronald Yadin Lowenthal runs Sloane and NMGL. Before that, He and Peter were in with Hunt Gold. Boy, this plays out like a bad
reality show.

Fredrick Bauman of McIntyre $ Bauman is a corporate and securities attorney graduated from Harvard Law School, I doubt he would get into this deal with FFGO if it is a scam. IMO

Does anyone know who the "other stockholders" are and what percentage of Bouse and South Copperstone do they own?
The Purchaser is acquiring additional shares of both Bouse Gold, Inc. Common Stock and South Copperstone, Inc. Common Stock from other stockholders (including historical eligible dividend recipients of Fortress Financial Group, Inc.), as they will ultimately hold 100% of the outstanding shares of both Bouse Gold, Inc. Common Stock and South Copperstone, Inc. Common Stock. The Purchaser is paying exactly the same price per share of Common Stock to the other stockholders of these two Corporations as it is paying to Fortress Financial Group,Inc.
The other shareholders of the Bouse and South Copperstone claims that are selling their interest is Searchlight Exploration LLC, who is owned by McIntyre & Bauman Group. This company seems legit
and I doubt would sell if the proceeds were not cash or shares in
a respectable company. IMO http://www.mcintyrebaumangroup.com/mcb_properties_az_ca.htm
Right on pblue, they need to get in the game or get off the field.

Done, at .005, hope it helps
Thanks Deals,
DaveB
Does anyone know what the record is for the largest volume traded in one day for any stock? Tried to Google it with no luck.
GG would be much better, Avg daily vol: 8 mill
If the dividend is in NMGL shares, there may be a problem trying to sell, 0 volume today.
Great DD Neil,
Maybe you should e-mail IR on what you have found out along with the photos and let them explain it. I would like to see what there answer would be.
Thanks for the detective work !
