Frances why would I leave now? They claim……
they are changing an industry I am quite familiar with. It’s an industry I love.
I even have research files on shipwrecks, that’s how much I love it.
Grasshopper, I want to see the caterpillar become a butterfly.
Isn’t that what SFRX has promised for years?
I totally get that you and others are just here to figure out the best time to dump shares and don’t give two chits about the industry. Y’all certainly never talk about it.
But you do you and I’ll do me.
One would think you wouldn’t be so uptight with the permit in hand. And look at the money you and others saved by not hiring me.
You need to think positive and get the negativity out of your life. You’re bumming people out bro!
Hold up. They didn't just go get a......
permit.
They spent years in court for rights to the wreck after Judd died. Then they asked the state for a Recovery permit. The state jacked them around and finally said it was non-permittable. The wreck is grandfathered. It's referred to as The Last One In. The state usurped their authority for a decade on Juno.
They applied for the Corp permit over two years ago. They've had ample time to scan and pinpoint treasure. The consensus is they wouldn't have waited if nothing was there.
BTW, who told you math was hard?
$15B is about $2 a share. Just sayin'
#inefficienctaf
Lighten up Frances. I was just sayin'......
Shareholders seem to forget Juno has one of the biggest ballasts piles The Baer has ever seen.
TX SOS shows 3 filings were made 1/12/24.......
establishing a series of shares. The effective date is also 1/12.
The resolutions aren't available to view yet, but it looks like Tony is starting to get the corporate mess cleaned up. This looks like a real deal taking place.
I think it's a positive, but I am sure someone will call it an attack.
BTW....the resolution to reduce the AS is probably among the 3 filings.
$15B is almost $2 a share. Just.....
sayin'
What am I complaining about? Kyle said what……
he said. The video is on their YouTube channel.
FYI…..silver degrades in salt water. Gold doesn’t. Emeralds don’t.
Stop running from Kyle’s claims.
$15B bro!
That would make it the largest find in history.
That’s not a complaint.
Dat’s a fact Jack!
#stopthehate
Kyle says Juno is worth $15B per MFT……….
(Mel Fisher’s Treasures) though that’s a claim they emphatically deny.
Not sure why longs are running from this. It would be the largest find in history.
Isn’t this the perfect opportunity to prove……
to critics it’s more than just hot air balloon ride?
SFRX has a permit for the last grandfathered wreck. They’ve claimed MFT has a valuation that would make it the largest find in history.
They claimed their former partner on Juno tried to hide this tremendous fortune from them and had them looking in the wrong place 16 years ago.
Prove the critics wrong. I’ll be the first to congratulate them.
So far they have one silver coin, but let’s call it six since they claimed they found 5 silver coins on Juno back in 2011.
Not that I care, but pink would……
match your outfit.
Maybe for some contrast, make it hot pink.
Let’s see all that treasure Kyle said Judd hid from him and you can order the color you want.
Any word on the beach party?
I didn't bring up the $15B valuation that.......
MFT emphatically denies, Kyle did.
I didn't bring up the claim the tech was programmed for big hits, Kyle did.
We've heard the tech works for nearly five years ad nauseam. I didn't say it, Kyle and other affiliates did.
Oh, so Kyle didn't claim a $15B valuation......
on Juno that he said was given by the Fisher Org?
And he didn't say the tech was programmed for big hits.....ie tonnage?
Are you saying it's not put up or shut up time?
Be specific.
Please note: Kyle did say he would be disappointed if Juno did not have treasure, but that he knew where 5 more wrecks were.
Any word on the new tech that can detect a treasure ship within 50 miles?
Treasure by the end of the month?
Josh doesn't pay. The media rights to what......
is supposed to be the largest find in history should be out to bid, especially since Kyle says they won't sell any treasure.
No more freebies!!!
Raider is right on this one. Kyle claimed......
a valuation of $15B was given by the Fisher Org, and even though they emphatically deny it, SFRX and affiliates have raised the bar EXTREMELY high here.
Kyle has even said they tightened the screws on the tech to only find tonnage.
I guess a silver coin is the new tonnage, upgraded from a trinket.
Regardless, it's put up or shut time. The Juno wreck is aka the Last One in....ie grandfathered. They've waited over 2 years on this permit and supposedly the tech can scan the site in a day or two and pinpoint treasure.
I expect some big promos are coming, but will we see treasure under the worm poop?
Or will we hear more excuses?
Grabbing more popcorn.
They found a silver coin! Tonnage bro!…..
I think it would have been better had.......
they mentioned the "potential" largest find in history.
They didn't mention the (ahem) $15B valuation.
Really odd.
Congrats on the permit. Now let's see.....
what they waited for.
The PR says they can commence full operations. Time to prove to the world the tech works!
And the wreck is grandfathered in!!!
Let's see da booty!
Hold up, I thought I was paid to be here……..
Heck, you even wanted to pay me to be here.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=172552857
I follow the industry as a whole. It’s a rather small community.
Someone talking about a $4B wreck here and a $15B wreck there should have the entire industry’s attention, especially with this supposed “game changing” technology. No one is talking about them except to laugh. The reports don’t jive with the hype. It’s not even close.
Look at how many stories have popped up about the San Jose, which is supposedly a $20B wreck. I don’t believe that valuation, and I am not the only one. But a $15B wreck would be the largest find in history. No one except folks on this board are talking about Juno. MFT even denies they gave Kyle any valuation on Juno.
There are no articles being written about Juno by anyone in media. No one is writing about the tech.
Why is that?
SFRX can’t change an industry it doest’t even understand. Forget that they have never found a trinket, not even one, but Parsons explained that Spain has claimed ALL of their Colonial Era wrecks, yet SFRX and affiliates keep touting the 1715 Fleet. It’s a crime to disturb any Spanish wreck in state waters unless your wreck site is grandfathered in like the Atocha and the site Greg Bounds had, That’s why SQ was shut down in the ring area. When they find something they have to first notify the state and get permission on how they proceed. And they have been repeatedly warned about violating the SMCA. When SFRX gets “held up” by the state they whine about it, even in the reports. Their own words make them look stupid. And I think the state has grounds for NEVER issuing them another permit because of their incompetence….ie they don’t understand salvage law. Spain’s claim to ALL their wrecks is even documented in the Federal Register.
As far as what I shared, shareholders can do with it what they want. When I get the next report, I’ll share what I see is relevant. I’m sure it will hit a nerve. But I do have more from the latest report I have. Stay tuned.
Don’t you find it odd SFRX doesn’t share these publicly available required reports with shareholders?
Reynolds is an idiot when it comes……
to salvage law, as is Kyle and the Legacy gang that is funding this clown show. Add to it the other 5000+ shareholders. Suckers are born every day.
Just months after you told Tim Reynolds as......
well as Kyle that the 1715 fleet is a non-permittable area per the SMCA, those two suggested the state has a process to allow disturbance of those wrecks that have yet to be found. Kyle didn't say anything, he simply sat quietly as Tim made the bogus claims.
IDK, maybe they're just stupid or think their shareholders are. But they’re not the only ones touting the 1715 fleet, the Legacy Angel Network guys are too, as you can see in my previous post.
This is from early 2023.
Mad Max and Peter Ensino contradicted by Seafarer's.......
Quest's own report to the Bureau last summer. That report (see excerpt below) matches what SFRX has had on its website for well over a year, which is the tech is still being field tested. The AWOL affiliate claimed the website needed updating and wasn't accurate.
Early last year Mad Max claimed it only takes a weekend. (Starting at the 5;50 mark)
You mean “allegedly” buy more, right? Actually……
I was asking for a friend.
You have proclaimed you provide a free service, and your response of telling us something we already knew, which was 100’s of thousands of shares would be available in 2024 at .0019 or under when they already have been explains why your services are free.
Worth the price, for sure.
Have a great long weekend!
APRU’s TA still doesn’t have the resolution……
filed with TX lowering the AS as of yesterday’s update.
I checked TX SOS and it wasn’t posted.
Authorized Shares
49,830,000,000
01/12/2024
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/APRU/security
I think that’s already happened in 2024…….
Great forecast.
A true service. You really went out on a limb.
Regarding any ownership of shares, “allegedly” me and my family already own shares.
I know you said you provide a public…….
service with your posts, so if you don’t mind, please respond to my previous post regarding how many shares will be available under .002.
If it’s not too much trouble, at what price will the shares be available?
TIA
APRU isn't producing anything, Lena is if.......
cans are being filled. Now Tony may have sold cans and kratom for the production run, but Ross is filling the cans.
APRU isn't properly registered with Illinois, and until that is resolved they can't even apply for the license.
How 'bout that 5000/1 reverse on IBSG? He.....
did quite the number on Tony/APRU, didn't he?
You wanna tout that?
Didn't think so. Tony doesn't mention a deal with him anymore either, does he?
My dealings with Alonzo had nothing to do with a promo, so you need to check your sources.
What Alonzo was offering I walked away from when the light came on.
What I learned has been quite rewarding.
He's just trying to play gotcha, which is......
typical, yet flattering.
Low Country said they'll close and then apply for a license, which was amusing.
This board is so much fun.
Nothing like uninformed longs that play "experts" on message boards.
That's not true. Essentially the state verifies.......
ownership and makes sure the Mob isn't involved. They want to make sure they can collect ALL taxes and will also verify DRAM Shop insurance and proper registration.
The country approves transfer of ownership if the state issues the license(s). Locals have a right to chime in at the Commission meetings.
Later, the TTB (feds) will approve transfer of COLA's.
I think too many spent time doing a Google search on wholly-owned subsidiary and haven't learned a thing.
Can you be more specific? How many……
more chances?
Millions of shares?
Tens of millions under .002?
TIA
Bombs? How bout dropping more in depth…..
details about the vision?
How bout he share Lena’s sales figures if he can?
Bombs…..geez.
Anything would be a bomb compared to a few thousand bucks in sales for Q3.
Thanks for the non-public info as the Corp……
website shows it’s still pending.
One needs patience when dealing with multiple…….
bureaucracies.
The question is, can the deal close the first week in February?
That gives the state less than three weeks to process the paperwork. I have my doubts it will happen that soon.
In my opinion it will be early March for the closing, but it’s an outside shot for February if the Illinois registration issues can get resolved.
Go ahead and put up the clown emojis and I’ll remind you then.
Of course you and others didn’t even think they needed a liquor license to acquire an operating brewery. I’ll remind you of that too.
Gonna be fun. The board always is.
#quartercentury
25 years after their partner began on Melbourne.......
SFRX still doesn't know what the site holds, nor have they positively ID a wreck.
I don't think SFRX is cut out for shipwreck salvage, though I am sure some are impressed with the lack of progress.
GL
I’m sure AllenX, who has far deeper…….
pockets than Mad Max or any of the other salvage law novices at Legacy Angel Network, would allow SFRX to scan an area of their permitted site in the Bahamas.
Plus, all of their finds are going in a museum. Nothing is being sold.
Jim Sinclair, who has worked for SFRX in the past is their archaeologist on the project.
Or SFRX could just wait some more and you can post daily about the coming Utopia when the permit is issued.
It’s only been what……2 and half years now?
“A lot of people” need to know where……..
to look for updates.
It’s in the government’s hand for the next month or so.
“A lot of people” have trouble grasping that.
They claim they settled with the Grimm Reaper, maybe.......
that's why the pps popped today.

Needs a promo group again. Just sayin'......
Liquor Commission meeting Thurs. 4pm. APRU is.......
not on the agenda.
