The resolutions aren't available to view yet, but it looks like Tony is starting to get the corporate mess cleaned up. This looks like a real deal taking place.

I think it's a positive, but I am sure someone will call it an attack.

BTW....the resolution to reduce the AS is probably among the 3 filings.
