The parties through undersigned counsel give notice to the Court that this matter has been
settled. The parties are working to document the terms of the settlement and will thereafter file a
notice of dismissal terminating the case in accord with the terms of the agreement. The parties
respectfully request that this matter be removed from all trial dockets and all hearings scheduled
before the Court cancelled.
