It's not reflected in the stock price yet, but
Ecosphere had one hell of a year.

"The equipment should be the star and its missing completely"
I agree with you that the equipment should be the star, however although brief, you can clearly see the Hydrozonix unit @ 1:42-1:44 .

Nice Find !
Did you get this from Golong.ESPH on Yahoo ?
If so, show a little love. LOL
I'm pretty sure the picture from your post is the MEFS (Mobile Emergency Filtration System) that was used in Waveland after hurricane Katrina. It has a new paint job. MHO.
Logic1,
I believe the 10Q is due out by May 15 (Sunday), so we should see it either Friday May 13 or Monday May 17th. I'm not sure what you're referring to as far as August unless it's that the 10-K stated, that's when the first(2)-EF60's would be delivered to Hydrozonix. Update, the 8-K released on 4/21 states they're scheduled for delivery in July 2011.
Ecomike,
What's your knowledge of "Sonoluminescence".
http://www.ecospheretech.com/technology/how-it-works
I find it interesting that Talisman Energy is the second largest producer in the Marcellus. A little research showed me that P&J does their clearing, roads, and Pad work. Could be a big jumpstart for Hydrozonix.
I swear, when Ecosphere takes off, I'm going to pay somebody to teach me what all these charts mean. LOL
I totally agree with you, but we don't need lies posted, and it's not productive to repond to them.
Therefore I say rate them a 1 and they'll eventually go away.
Request for Longs.
I know that some of us will also frequent the Y-Board.
When you see a Basher post, "Rate" it with 1 star and after (3) 1 star ratings, it will
disappear from the Topics List. In addition, when there is an informative post, rate it 5 stars and it will stand out to investors. TYIA
Thank you both.
I'm glad to see BCG doing their own releases in addition to ESPH.
Who & Where's that quote from ?
For What It's Worth.
This is not a "Start Up" Company, it's simply "Newly Formed"
I'm glad to see that John Ely is part of this,
and I believe that he is the Brain Child for this "Strategic Alliance" between Ely & Assoc., Phillips & Jordon, and Siboney.
The website was set up by Carlos Arruza from Siboney.
Dennis McGuire has a creative son named Corey. I believe he is the one who came up with Ecosphere's Logo, Website, and also the Corporate Overview (Cartoon) on the website. He's also listed as Ecosphere Tech. Press & Media Relations Contact. (See Mar.17 news)
The newly formed company, Hydrozonix, broken down is actually Hydr"Ozonix". Brilliant! What better way to Represent the product, and if Corey McGuire is responsible for the name and logo graphics, for the newly formed company, he should be given credit.
Thank You.
Let's hope for a .72 or above close today.
Thank you.
Hopefully we at least close above .71 today.
It would be nice to close above a resistance point today.
Isn't the magic figure .72 Recognizer ?
Nice find Sinker.
I wonder why the Company wouldn't think this is relevant to us stockholders?

I just might learn how to read charts yet.
Let's see.
Your guess is one of the top Major Drilling Service Providers in the world.
Your Brothers' is a Household Name across the world.
You know what, I'm good with either one.
Time will tell.GLTA. Thanks Matt.
Holy Sh_t.
Wouldn't that be life changing.
Thx Matt

Wouldn't they want to have one for every Drilling Rig ? LOL

I give.
Is there significance to this or wrong board ?
It would also be relevant to know the Manufacturing time frame and how fast we can get them producing revenue.
Hold on Tight !
This should be fun..(Again)
Answer: ALL OF THEM !
I found this from the 10-Q release in Nov.
Change in Fair Value of Derivative Instruments
The Company adopted ASC 810-15 effective January 1, 2009. Under ASC 810-15 the Company recorded a liability for the fair value of warrants and the embedded conversion options of certain convertible debt agreements as of January 1, 2009 in the amount of $10,218,158. Under ASC 810-15, the fair value of these liabilities is calculated at each reporting date with the change in liability recorded in other income or expense. The Company estimated the fair value of these liabilities to be $654,332 as of September 30, 2010 using the Black-Scholes option pricing model. As such, the Company recognized other expense of $12,831,356 for the nine months ended September 30, 2010, representing the increase in the fair value of the derivative liability at September 30, 2010 as compared to fair value at December 31, 2009. The increase in the liability resulted primarily due to the increase in the market value of the Company’s common stock from $0.47 per share at December 31, 2009 to $1.50 per share at March 31, 2010.
If the Company’s common stock price at December 31, 2010 is higher than the $0.50 per share September 30, 2010 closing price, the Company may record a non-cash charge which may be material. Conversely, if the Company’s common stock price at December 31, 2010 is lower than the September 30, 2010 closing price of $0.50 per share, the Company will record other income which may be material.

I think this is what the post was referring to.
.50 < Non-Cash Charge
.50 > Other Income
I'm not experiencd at reading charts, but I trust in your evaluations.
We've heard rumors of financing for new units, and I believe that if they build them, contracts will come.
My thoughts were that somebody involved was buying up the stock for cheap, but if your saying that MM's won't fill your 5-10k buys, that defeats my theory.
Do you recall a posting either here or on Yahoo that stated due to derivatives, it would cost the Company $1.5 Mil. if the stock was greater than .50 at the end of the fourth quarter?
I wonder if there's something to that.
I appreciate all your posts.
Keep up the Great work.
Hey Matt,
Have you heard anything on the DRBC Draft Regulations being released by the end of this month ?
http://thetimes-tribune.com/news/wayne-county-on-verge-of-gas-boom-but-not-just-yet-1.1073113
Do you think it's the MM's taking people out with "Stop Losses" or investors cutting their losses for the end of the year.
Either way, IMHO, they're going to be very disappointed when
this stock takes off.
Too many positive things happening.
ESPH has been reducing debt by approx. $2.1 Mil. each of the last 3 quarters. At that rate they should be positive mid 2nd quarter of 2011 (if there wasn't any increase in revenues)IMHO
In August, Newfield "Expanded" it's contract with ESPH
"The new service contract increases the volume of fluid EES will process annually for Newfield."
http://ir.stockpr.com/ecospheretech/company-news/detail/343/ecosphere-announces-new-water-recycling-contract-with-newfield-exploration-subsidiary-in-woodford-shale
The original EF600's (Set of 12) would take 1 week to move from one Frac Site to another. With the introduction of the New EF60. They can move in 1 Day. This should definitely increase the amount of wells ESPH will be able to participate on.
Oh, and coming to the website soon. Ecosphere Technologies (Not EES) will be opening a new Division to clean up contaminated wastewater from Mineral Mines in Montana.
Public knowledge for those who were at the meeting.
"This week’s graphic ranks 29 companies developing solutions for offshore produced water treatment."
Dennis McGuire was pleasantly surprised to see that Ecosphere Technologies Ozonix was included in this report. They did not
pay $50k to be included.
Thx. Rec.
"hold for a buyout"
I've been holding for 6 years.
Any insight you can share here ?
Or E-mail me; golong.esph@yahoo.com
TIA
Is it a stretch to think they could get GrandPa (Hefner III) involved ?
http://www.ghkco.com/index.php
Is anybody familiar with the Hefner Family of Oklahoma and how they're involved with EES ?
http://www.hefnerenergy.com/Hefner_Energy_Partners___About.html
I did not catch it from the WSJ Article last March, but they are a pretty interesting Family.
There's a lot of good reading on Robert Alexander Hefner Sr.,Jr.,III,IV,V, and even Carol who just won the State Senate Seat in Oklahoma.
