Too many positive things happening.

ESPH has been reducing debt by approx. $2.1 Mil. each of the last 3 quarters. At that rate they should be positive mid 2nd quarter of 2011 (if there wasn't any increase in revenues)IMHO

In August, Newfield "Expanded" it's contract with ESPH
"The new service contract increases the volume of fluid EES will process annually for Newfield."

The original EF600's (Set of 12) would take 1 week to move from one Frac Site to another. With the introduction of the New EF60. They can move in 1 Day. This should definitely increase the amount of wells ESPH will be able to participate on.

Oh, and coming to the website soon. Ecosphere Technologies (Not EES) will be opening a new Division to clean up contaminated wastewater from Mineral Mines in Montana.
