Some traders spent $3400 on this stock today.
$3400? When is the last time you spent only $3400 on a trade? And today's volume was several trades, not one. Probably manipulators trading it back and forth between themselves to create the illusion of "volume."
Will momo players get drawn into this zombie stock as a result of 34 million volume? Maybe. But biotechs need news, and there is nothing happening to generate news for Radient. SRL stopped selling the test, Gartner can't get funding, and UNI pays only $100,000 per year no matter how many kits they manufacture and sell.
Meanwhile, the defaulted loans accrue interest. What is the debt now? Nobody knows because Radient doesn't file financials. Who thinks this kind of company is a good investment? A "big day" is $3400 traded.... Apparently, nobody thinks that.
What is your timeline?
You speak of all this as if it were fact and not conjecture. I think it's pure conjecture, and fantastic conjecture at that.
Maybe the Dignyte - eWellness merger will go through, and maybe it is just a LOI that will never turn into anything concrete. Either way, Radient is not part of that deal.
The Dignyte - eWellness merger does have significance in regrads to Radient, though. It proves that if anyone wants to backwards merge into a shell, there are debt-free shells available. Radient is not a debt-free shell. Nobody wants Radient's toxic debt. And it doesn't look like anyone wants DR-70 either. Anyone except Gartner, that is, and Gartner doesn't have funding, judging from the lack of licensing.
he means ATBS.
all the bull.....
"bull" is only half right.
blackpantherz brings not the bull, but that which drops out of the bull.
A rather tall bull at that.
why do you expect movement?
This is a zombie stock. The company has no office space, no manufacturing facility, and no employees. They haven't filed financials since 4th Qtr 2011.
Better odds of disco music coming back, dave.
heh, they never paid ANYONE, so Dreher is not alone.
If I made a salary like Dreher's for doing so little, I'd retire at age 60.
In fact, I am planning to retire at age 62 on my birthday. I do NOT see the point in working to the grave.
You can't close the casket because it's empty -- the zombie is staggering around on the street.
I think Dreher quit. I don't see how Mac could have the power to ouster him.
I suspect that Dreher knew Jade was going to mutiny.
Dreher quit in 2008.
They've been presenting these DR-70 abstracts for a lot longer than just the three years you cite.
So why do you think the medical community refuses to use DR-70?
Why were DR-70 revenues so terrible?
Why did this company miss revenue guidance by 95% every time they bothered to even GIVE guidance?
CIT is obsolete. Radient wrote off CIT as a 100% loss, saying it was not worth developing.
Read the last 10-K. It's all there in black and white.
Dr. Beart is no longer affiliated with Radient.
But don't let that stop you.
Radient does not make or sell drugs. Radient does not make or sell a lung cancer test.
The real competition for Radient's test is the Circulating Tumor Cell (CTC) Test from Veridex (Johnson & Johnson).
http://www.investor.jnj.com/releasedetail.cfm?releaseid=754133
it's already available for monitoring breast cancer:
https://veridex.com/CellSearch/Patients/FAQ.aspx
Johnson & Johnson is a Pharma SuperPower with lobbyists and political clout. Let's say for the sake of discussion that in five years, JNJ and Radient are both selling a blood test to screen for cancer. If the two tests are identical in specificity and sensitivity, JNJ wins, Radient loses.
And JNJ's test sounds like it will have higher specificity and sensitivity. Bad news for Radient.
Hope I'm alive in 10 years so you can tell me I was wrong!
Actually I think MJ sector is a bubble. Just like wireless in 1999/2000.
Huge profits, but only if you get out before the bubble bursts. 10 years? no way.
Keep this in mind: the difference between mj and tobacco is: nobody can grow tobacco at home.
that's not what I said.
I said that THIS stock will not be higher in 10 years.
The chart doesn't even tell the story. This stock is FAR worse than the chart shows.
The chart does not show that:
* this company is $$ millions in debt with no way of repaying the loans. Every loan the company took since the new CEO took over in 2008 went into default.
* this company does not have a physical address or a manufacturing facility.
* the only place on the planet where this company had even moderate success selling their one product (a cancer test) is Asia. In 2013 they gave UNI an exclusive license to manufacture and sell that one product in Asia for $100,000. No additional royalties -- just $100,000 per year. In other words, there is no hope for a recovery.
* The A/S is 5 billion and the O/S was about 4.5 billion the last time the TA disclosed it.
* In the past two years, every officer quit except the CEO MacLellan. One new officer, Christiansen, "joined" the company in 2003. Do a little DD about MacLellan, Christiansen, and PortaCom in 1996-1997.
* See that spike on the chart in February 2013? A company in India named SRL Diagnostics released a "news article" about selling the cancer test. SRL Diagnostics has stopped selling the test.
Buffet does NOT buy pinksheet zombie stocks that were delisted and ceased operations.
If you had bought this stock 10 years ago, you'd have lost over 99% of your investment. In fact, if you had bought this stock THREE years ago in January 2011, you'd have lost over 99% of your investment.
It would not have mattered whether you believed in the company.
Immediate foreground, yet still invisible?
How does that work?
Freudian slip.
There is no Takeover Group.
Learn to interpret the facts, not false rumors.
That's some funny stuff, there.
The market cap of RXPC is under $500,000.
oh I apologize, I didn't catch the sarcasm.
I have 550,000 shares I somehow forgot to sell the last time I traded PDMI.....
FDA Approval for Paramax is just around the corner?
Where did you get that piece of information?
I doubt CSO is even considering using this dead company as a distributor for Retimax. IF CSO resubmitted a 510(k) for the Retimax, which is possible but undocumented, they certainly found a new distributor for the device.
why did you post this MoreVideosNews thing?
Please clarify the point you are trying to make.
Notice it says "Per Mouse." CIT has never been tested on humans.
CIT is dead. Radient wrote it off as a 100% loss in their final 10-K with the explanation that it was not worth developing.
Chang stopped working on CIT when he sold it to AMDL/Radient over a decade ago, and has since been working on immunotherapy at Florida. NuVax (subsidiary of Radient) hired Chang in 2011 and decided in Dec 2011 and January 2012 to abandon CIT and invest in Chang's newer technology. That is all documented in the final 10-K.
Unfortunately, Radient then stopped paying Chang, and he left NuVax. Chang is available. If someone wanted to invest in Chang's immunotherapy work, they would invest in his newer work at Florida, not CIT.
That 500 million shares last February was the result of hype from SRL, a company in India that was selling DR-70 kits they bought second-hand from Guar Diagno.
SRL sold their DR-70 kits at a 50% discount. They must have sold them all because SRL removed the DR-70 test kits from their website.
The SRL sales last year did not benefit Radient because Radient had already been paid for those kits. SRL did not order more test kits from Radient.
If you're expecting hype THIS February, where will it come from? UNI, perhaps? Unfortunately, sales by UNI won't benefit Radient -- Radient gets only $100,000 per year from UNI regardless of how many kits UNI manufactures and sells.
Incite?
I can judge the information on the link posted by blackpantherz. It contains false and misleading information about Radient.
It is logical and intelligent to infer that the report this company is selling therefore ALSO contains false and misleading information.
Do you think that report mentions any of the following?
* Radient did not fight the class action lawsuit in court. They settled.
* Radient let their FDA clearance expire. onko-sure is not currently cleared by the FDA.
* Radient licensed exclusive Asia sales to UNI for $100,000 per year with no additional royalty payments.
* Radient is no longer at the Tustin address. They do not have a manufacturing facility or an office.
* All the officers except the CEO quit in 2012 and 2013. Only one of those officers was replaced.
* Radient has not filed a financial statement with the SEC since 4th Quarter 2011.
* Radient's last patent will soon expire.
Get serious. That report is a scam.
That is a bogus report.
Example:
"Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation Key Recent Developments
Jan 24, 2012: Radient Pharma Introduces Its 2012 Sales, Advertising And Outreach Plan Presentation"
Seriously? In January 2012 Radient admitted they couldn't pay their bills and were letting everyone go.
If you're researching Christiansen..... look at the link between Christiansen, MacLellan, PortaCom, and the year 1996.
MacLellan has moved on from Radient.
First kwickans, now this.
that maclellan group website is SO outdated...
that there is a link to porn on one of the pages.
I'm not going to paste that URL here, but if you spend 10 minutes doing a little DD on the maclellan group website, you will find it.
AMD3100 has nothing to do with Radient.
Why do you keep posting this?
Wrong? Why?
It's true that manipulation could cause a pop in almost ANY pinksheet biotech. But the odds against that happening here are so much worse than in other pinksheet stocks. Why gamble here?
There will be no merger or takeover. This company does not operate. SRL stopped selling the test. What news could possibly be coming?
I'm serious. What "news" are you expecting?
I hope you didn't pay money for that "new report."
"It carries out the development, manufacture and marketing of medical diagnostic and monitoring products. "
No, it doesn't carry out ANYTHING. It's a paper shell of a company.
"The company’s flagship product, Onko-Sure test is a proprietary IVD cancer test. It offers screening...."
Onko-Sure is not used for screening.
"...and detection of 19 or more types of cancers."
Detection? A positive result cann't tell you where in the body the cancer might be or what type of cancer it might be. 95% specificimeans 5% false positives which would be a nightmare for the doctor and the patient.
"The company also commercializes a proprietary cancer vaccine therapy technology: Combined Immunogene Therapy (CIT)."
Commercializes? CIT hasn't even been through Phase I clinicals on humans.
"Radient Pharma manufactures its tests in its FDA approved GMP manufacturing facility..... Radient Pharma is headquartered in Tustin, California, the US."
Radient vacated that facility in 2013. Radient does not have a manufacturing facility or a headquarters.
Those are the facts.
No news coming.
What would the news be about? The merger story became absurd after the company adm, itted there was a shareholder deficit and not shareholder equity. The company does NOT operate and has no physical address. They gave away Asia revenues to UNI for $100,000 per year.
What news could possibly be coming?
6 million shares is $600.
peanuts.
no connection to Radient.
