You speak of all this as if it were fact and not conjecture. I think it's pure conjecture, and fantastic conjecture at that.
Maybe the Dignyte - eWellness merger will go through, and maybe it is just a LOI that will never turn into anything concrete. Either way, Radient is not part of that deal.
The Dignyte - eWellness merger does have significance in regrads to Radient, though. It proves that if anyone wants to backwards merge into a shell, there are debt-free shells available. Radient is not a debt-free shell. Nobody wants Radient's toxic debt. And it doesn't look like anyone wants DR-70 either. Anyone except Gartner, that is, and Gartner doesn't have funding, judging from the lack of licensing.
