The chart doesn't even tell the story. This stock is FAR worse than the chart shows.
The chart does not show that:
* this company is $$ millions in debt with no way of repaying the loans. Every loan the company took since the new CEO took over in 2008 went into default.
* this company does not have a physical address or a manufacturing facility.
* the only place on the planet where this company had even moderate success selling their one product (a cancer test) is Asia. In 2013 they gave UNI an exclusive license to manufacture and sell that one product in Asia for $100,000. No additional royalties -- just $100,000 per year. In other words, there is no hope for a recovery.
* The A/S is 5 billion and the O/S was about 4.5 billion the last time the TA disclosed it.
* In the past two years, every officer quit except the CEO MacLellan. One new officer, Christiansen, "joined" the company in 2003. Do a little DD about MacLellan, Christiansen, and PortaCom in 1996-1997.
* See that spike on the chart in February 2013? A company in India named SRL Diagnostics released a "news article" about selling the cancer test. SRL Diagnostics has stopped selling the test.
