Don't we all........(smiling fondly in remembrance)
We're swinging for the fences!!!!! Fortuntely RosEIL WEIsen has thrown us a meatball right down the center. CRACK!!! That ball will fly fly away.......(to quote Dave Neihaus.)
At this point we should never settle for less. They are done. WE are golden!
Put in limeaid in concentrated form. GO WAMU! Thanks for asking
Can you post your picture to the Washington Mutual Shareholders Facebook Page? That's AWESOME!
cinco de MAyo: As our examiner gets appointed for WAMUQ tomorrow, I would lke to share my favorite margarita recipe I will be imbibing during our court hearing. I encourage all to celebrate in unison with a "dirty margarita" as we hear the end of Roseil Weisen's career and toast to our future and VEgas visit.
2 shots tequila
2 shots Tecate beer
1 shot minutemaid limeade concentrate
1/2 shot triple sec
1 squeezed small lime juice
Cheers. Thanks to all; I have learned soooo much!
Again. totally. Roseil Weisen is making pretty soggy arguments always having a but about both ways. Left his cracker in the milk too long.
I like how everything said by Roseil Weisen always argues against something and then has a BUT...... not very confident in his argument then.

here it is the objection
What I don't understand is how the h_ll can JPM and FDIC ever allow an examiner to dig into their books - think of all the bones to be found there!! That'd be suicide. They are outta their minds to drag this out.
They must settle this before Wednesday. They are either corporate sociopaths or....corporate sociopaths. Their tactic is obviously delay, scare, and gobble up shares under the table. Is their some way they can still settle after a examiner is appointed without getting gutted by the examiner? Hardcore redaction, non-dixclosures, etc? But at what point is it too late especially when the examiner quickly finds massive criminal activity? Especially when the 'law is the law'.
This just boggles my mind. We knew JPM was pretty much bankrupt without WAMU to begin with. Why are they not settling? Have they been cooking their books like Lehman, and wven with WAMU money and assets, maybe they're really f__in broke. WAMUQ is worth billions, but I hope their the money is really there for us. Not bashing but, I guess I'm not evil, crazy and irrational enough to understand sociopathic business strategy.
Great points; I would also add that by her allowing Rosen et all to hang themselves enough over the past months by their deeds and actions, she can appoint an examiner with no contest and whatever decisions come down the road (Go WAMU), her result opinion, if litigated, will be iron clad - the holy trinity. THJMW, examiner, and Solomon. $24 PLUS.
fish
I havent got the time nor brain power to write this, but I know the courts enough to submit it. Get me the letter and supporting sigs and I'll take it down. Couple hours drive but worth it!
Thurston County and Wamu (and all Washington state court cases) at
http://dw.courts.wa.gov/index.cfm?fa=home.casesummary&casenumber=10-2-00854-1&searchtype=sName&crt_itl_nu=S34&cc=MSC&fd=2010-04-26&token=2F3A49E506C4BDB2F6715A50E32FCB04&dt=0DBCD3CCC3E88C61A78FA2CEF52A20AB
Unfortunately I am pretty familiar with this website. It has been a disasterous couple of years to own a general construction company. Go Wamu. Make my day, year, future!
If JPM and the FDIC are too short of cash to pay us, we'd be quite happy to have the banks and all the 100's of billions in cash/assets returned to us. That's fine by me - since it hasnt done them any good. lol
You'll have to join Facebook if not on it already. Then just search the name "Washington Mutual Shareholders". You can then click the JOIN link. Quite a few people have joined up here and on some other WAMU groups - everybody looking for the same justice. They could all use some fresh 'watering' of info and news. One of many ways our WAMU tree can grow
Yes. Washington Mutual Shareholders and a few others. They need some fresh life and new posts/news.
when is the new MOR due out?
thanks. i'll check that out as well. The more networking and exposure we get, the quicker the pot will boil over. Thanks
correction, Facebook group is just called Washington Mutual Shareholders
I joined it a while back, but from memory it is called the Washington Mutual Shareholder's Group
That picture is awesome. LMAO!!!! Please put in the photo section of the WAMU shareholders Facebook page.
I'm glad that for now we have the internet to mostly speak and post freely as the print/tv media is pretty much a lost cause.
I fear that the hordes of money the banksters have, will soon be put towards gobbling up internet companies next, to regurgitate and control their spin.
For now, I revel in this picture and our ability to speak the truth! Hillarious.
Thurston County/ WA court search under Washington Mutual Inc. at
http://dw.courts.wa.gov/index.cfm?fa=home.casesummary&casenumber=10-2-00854-1&searchtype=sName&crt_itl_nu=S34&cc=MSC&fd=2010-04-26&token=23B6C6C19DE97EDAE0AABFDAF3E89EAC&dt=2498528F0D0A9C5FC451764D75D609E8 found July 30th shareholder hearing date.
I think an examiner when appointed May 5th will have a FAR greater impact than a shareholder meeting......I found it seems that the shareholder hearing date is scheduled for July 30th,2010.
Maybe we'll see a Susman motion to expedite this as well.
GOOD POINT. hahahah I didn't even catch that. Man is Rosen about to get steamrolled.
here's Weil's objection we knew was coming
http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229100427000000000020.pdf
Hot Damn! Damocles sword is hanging by a very slim thread. Time is running out for them. TIC TOC!
What is that about $30 plus pps?
oh ok. thanks makes sense.
Why in Thurston as opposed to King County? Faster to get heard? More favorable judge?
thx. cant wait for tomorrow. oh yeah. F'n mm's will probably tank it. F@#@#as2132323S's
I know, I know. like Diamond always says and I truly believe. It'll never run!!! aaaahhhhhhhhhhhrrggghghhg!
In it for the big bucks anyways!
from ghost on Y. here is full 120 pages of examiner motion
http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229100426000000000003.pdf
Good Luck with that. I'd be tossing and turning thinking about all the ways that WEil et all are going to pay for wasting the last 18 months. hahahaha
Thanks ghost for posting these documents for us to devour....not that I've calmed down.
Wow. This motion to shorten is getting me even more worked up. Extra needles jabbing deeper in WEil's voodoo doll. They 'll be on fire soon.
I wonder how fast a 'motion to shorten' can shorten things? Seems our good judge already moves quickly when our attorneys file the motion she's perhaps looking for.
Now we can officially file a motion here in Washington state to force the shareholder meeting since THJW gave us written permission after her court's verbal permission. It's probably already filed in Seattle now as we are speaking.
Damn susman on a roll.

Motion to shorten with regards to motion for examiner.
Loving it.
Kick Ass
We knew this would be signed. but THJW signed off on SJ for shareholder meeting

Moody's subpoenad - might this be related to WAMU's DOJ investigations that Sen. Cantwell referred to as ongoing? I hope so! could be another link in the evidence chain coming to light soon.

Sent my pre share count amount in. Thx Fsshon
Even though it's been frustrating watching Rosen and BOD abuse the BK process and our good judge 'appearing' to sit on the sidelines....I can't help but think that this is all orchestrated. Not to screw us over but that there is a larger play in this theater. Before our judge can throw down a mind blowing (to the public) judgement, all the other pieces of the puzzle have to be laid first so everyone understands and faith is restored in our system and Wall Street so people won't be afraid to jump in again.
First Goldman suks, then JPM, then us!!!!
