Thus, the confidential treatment holding information is not so easy to
understand. There are holdings that have applied for confidential treatment not only for the
further appreciation/depreciation of the stock price but for other reasons. To illustrate, we
found that a considerable number of stocks were delisted within 3 months after they were filed
for confidential treatment. A majority of them were delisted due to merger and acquisition, and
most of the price appreciation was achieved before they were filed for confidential treatment.
This finding contradicts the common belief that investment firms use confidential treatment to
hide their private information about possible further merger and acquisitions; in which case,
stocks should appreciate more after they were filed for confidential treatment

Great Product
By Fred on February 27, 2014
When I received it, it was already full charged.
As long as the light is green or even yellow jump away. When it needs charging the light will be red (it came with a house charger) plug it in and about four hour later your good to go. I set up on my computer a time schedule to remind me every three months to check it. What good is it if I let it go dead? Why wait hours for road service to get a jump when you can jump-start your own car in less than a minute. I will never be late for work or a business appointment waiting too long for road service again.
I own it, I use it, I love it and it works for my family and me.

Compact, Useful, Simple
By Nick on February 27, 2014
I was apprehensive buying a new product from a newer company but the size of this product was appealing compared to other jump packs. It has worked for me so far, just hoping it has decent longevity, especially during in a frigid car most of the winter. I may have to try some durability testing after winter is over. So far though, from the couple of times I've used it, I'd say it's a neat product that is straight forward to use.

After a tumultuous year that featured the dismissal of its CEO, drug-development company Oxygen Biotherapeutics is starting 2012 in its best financial shape in years.
The small, publicly traded Morrisville company turned a financial corner at the end of last year when it sold $7.5 million in preferred stock and warrants to institutional investors. The company received $3.5 million in December, with the second installment expected midyear.
In the past, Oxygen Bio has raised money that would carry it forward for about six months, but this was a richer deal.

Micro Cap Stock Crisis and What You Can to Avoid it
by TOMALLINDER on JULY 17, 2011
Over the last few weeks a lot has happened in the micro cap world. Probably the biggest thing is the fact that one of the largest clearing houses, Penson Financial Services, will no longer clear stocks under a dime.
A few weeks ago, Penson put in place a new policy that essentially paralyzed all stock deposits, clearing and what have you for sub dime stocks. This new policy is across the board meaning no certs, no DWAC, DRS, ACAT or any other method for any stock under a dime.
Obviously this does not affect companies that clear elsewhere… yet. Rumor has it that other big houses will follow suit.
