Thanks!
How many times have we seen this cycle? A tiny bit of news, pump, and eventually nothing. You can even see folks reposting the same old thing that triggered this current rise from 11 months ago! I wish the best for everyone but I've held through too many of things only to get my bubble burst.
I'd do a pay-per-view to see "Lazar vs JC", though.
Pretty excited. Been in this hole since 2008. Averaged way down along the way and today finally sold my 1.9M shares for enough to cover the cost plus lawyer fees accumulated along the way. It's been a terrible ride but it is finally over. As for the hopefuls, I really hope it does bust out into multiple pennies for you. I don't trust a certain individual(JC?) enough to allow that to happen, which is why I'm getting out while I can.
Good luck and good riddance! Finally done watching this stock/board!
Not sure I'd want to say what my break even is since I don't want folks selling out right before it. My break even is calculated to include all the lawyer fees, though. About 2M shares.
I'm still around(since 2008) as well. Except I still have my shares because I'm terrible with stocks. I got a tip from a friend here at work(Houston) and then Exobox had the big party downtown and things went south pretty quick afterwards.
I donated via paypal to help the guys spearheading the motion to stop the merger. As a result I spent a few thousand in lawyer fees defending myself when Exobox sued only to have it drag out until the criminals no-showed for a year causing the judge to drop it all.
We also had a suit against Exobox but the judge became ill in the middle of it, they passed the case to a judge who knew nothing about securities law and so she decided to just toss the case. Bizarre doesn't even begin to describe the mess we went through.
Thankfully there were a few guys, 2 in particular, who weren't taking anything from these folks. They led the charge which many of us gladly followed and were thankful for. Even traveled to Nevada to represent themselves, probably saved a ton of money since the lawyer didn't really do much for us. Seemed like it would be open and shut, but instead it took years.
I'm not sure what happened with him. The lawyer behind the whole scam(Jehu Hand) went to prison for doing the same thing with other companies but I'm not sure they tied EXBX to him in the end. Jacob and everyone else just disappeared and missed their court dates for suing us shareholders so it was finally dropped.
All I know is if Jacob is involved, it's bad news.
Hopefully going forward Jacob Cukjati is removed from the equation...
What are the adverse effects of insulin-mimetic? Is it possible to get too much of this? The good news it that it is natural stuff and there are plenty of living things that survive on berries so I'm pretty optimistic.
Laetose is made by taking normal sugar and adding insulin-mimetic(from berries). Insulin-mimetic mimics insulin in that it acts as a key to open the cell and take in the sugar. Normally the body would need to produce insulin to do this. Insulin, however, is a hormone and has other functions. Such as telling the body to create a fat cell to store the sugar. Laetose cannot do this, which means part of the sugar does not trigger the need for insulin and therefore less fat is created.
As a type 1 diabetic I'm pretty stoked about this product. IMO, it should replace regular sugar entirely assuming it has the same sweetness and no other side effects.
So it looks like this is going right back down to where it started.
Well, if anything is made of this company it'll reach penny plus. Which means buying a little now is a cheap way to potentially large gains.
If you look at the history of this stock, any news that isn't negative tends to make the thing skyrocket. 2000% in some cases. This is due to legacy shareholders(myself included) holding onto millions of shares. Some paid 50 cents or even dollars for this stock. Selling for fractions of a penny doesn't make sense.
I suppose that depends who is taking over. I wouldn't hold out any hope unless it is one of the invested shareholders. And I don't recognize any of the names given so far.
Next time can ya'll keep it down until they pump it up to a penny? I need to clear .009 to break even :).
Some background info about Scott Copeland to the best of my recollection:
He was the mind, filed a patent, got people who promised to run the company and raise funds. I believe he has friends and family who invested substantially. He eventually saw the wreck and moved on to develop other things outside of EXBX. So while he is filing patents, they are not under EXBX. I don't know if they are under another company or just him. I also do not know if he has a vested interest in resurrecting EXBX in order to restore some value for his friends and family.
IMHO
Honestly don't really care if it is real or not. At this point I'll be happy if hits a penny and I break even including lawyer fees.
Wow, Eagle1? This stock just keeps pulling you back to the board, too, eh?
How high you think this might jump?
I've got quite a few shares so I don't mind if some random all caps posts get this thing high enough :).
I believe Takos Law was the one prosecuting the shareholders. He asked to stop representing his client when a year had passed with no contact with said client.
8k is good news when the company is buying back its own stock. That means they must think it will be more valuable.
Followed by 10 shares dropping it 4 cents....what the heck.
Volume of 400 raises this thing 3 cents? Something is going on...
MMs appear to be trying to bump the stock upwards with tiny buys. Might be a good time to get in while it is this low.
That is good news indeed! I was hoping he'd vomit out a couple names involved with EXBX in order to try and shorten his time in prison.
Last time the stock was this low a little bit of news came out and it shot up to 50+ cents.
Google "happyjavadude" and check out the first facebook link. Connect with him and maybe he can help? Also, the person you are directly under should be able to help.
The only way for there to be interest is for the company to start posting some amazing numbers. Things seem on track right now, but they can always slide one way or the other. So maybe it appears to be just a gamble to many folks. To those who have heard a lot of the inner workings, it sounds like there is a bright future. So we'll just wait for the world to catch up.
At one point there was a "2 year plan" that some folks had to go about bringing some value to the stock. It would be a cooperative effort and I'm betting that some of the folks who offered to help with the plan might have moved on by now.
Who knows what the future holds, though.
All I ever see in the reports is new loans being made. Am I missing something?
They sure do walk things down quite well, don't they? Good grief.
Indeed. He is a real stand-up guy. Both of you have put a ton of effort into this mess over the years. The rest of us are very thankful.
I heard(cannot confirm) that the chocolate portion of these bars were Cadbury chocolate. That's probably why they taste so good!
I've had the bars, they taste great. Unexpected for a "keto" candy bar that also doubles as your daily probiotic. Last I had heard(months ago), they weren't going to release until they figured out how to get the price point down. Guess they've done that, which is great news!
From what I've read, MMs are there to provide inventory when traders want it. So there is a possibility they will be short shares. In this case they need to purchase shares to make up the difference and so they will walk a price down to get it at a cheaper rate.
I'm not too into this stuff so I don't know how accurate my answer is.
All you need is time and this investment is a sweet deal. It's stuck down in penny land for now, and few companies make it out by breaking a dollar. But the ones that do usually skyrocket, because their value is *much* higher. So I'm happy. I'll just keep stockpiling shares when I can and wait for the explosion upward.
I'm in the same boat. The products from Elevacity actually work and are affordable. That's when I came here, saw how low this stock was, and invested. Just waiting for reality to catch up right now.
Should really go up another 150%, imo.
That's because shareholders had a choice at one point and they put their trust in him. It was supposed to be the shareholders time of triumph, but instead it just led to more turbulence.
Well we have a new moderator, too. And he was just asking why trading volume was so low. I've drawn my conclusion.
Don't we all!
