I agree Prudent, I can really see this running up to $16/share short term. If they do $300 million this year, which looks like a layup you are talking about a $75 share price using 4 million as the O/S

For those interested here is a little info that may be already known. The stock price of $6.00 was achieved from a private placement of 845,367 shares for a gross proceed of $5,126,202. So if you divide the shares into the proceeds you get $6.00 This should be the floor as the accredited 35 investors would not pay any type of premium obviously.

The good news is these 35 accredited investors see significant appreciation moving forward. So those that may be tempted to sell right away ( when trading resumes) may want to consider that.

I can only think that because several companies were rolled up under ESES this could be the reason for the trading delay-that and they finally got their 6th board member. You should research who that is because he is the cfo? from a large publicy traded company which is fantastic!

Without a doubt, one of the cleanest shells I have seen in a long time. Actually tried to buy the ticker (VIGS) for a small start-up internet company I helped manage...Todd Waltz and company already have something brewing so unfortuantly we were not
