Hard to imagine a company that needs all of its cash for growth buying back stock. It would be nice, but may be unrealistic. Ben and Mgmnt seem to have plenty on their plates as it is. The completion of Beckman, adding the L2 and pinkies (which I personally think will not be until next week since the testing of L1 took 2wks...unless efficiencies in testing were found) and then something that is not talked about too much on this board; the potential wholesale contracts that the company was negotiating per the PR. Ben mentioned that they were negotiiating with several wholesale outlets. So for all of those looking for revenues you may very well get them sooner rather than later.
Listen again. Mr Walling explained the addition of two new distribution networks which will allow for improved margins in 2010.
Den, it may be worth mentioning a way to communicate the video by sending a tweet through all of the e-mails that the company has by way of signing up. Not a bad virul marketing tool as well as educational.
XQ, apologize for my ignorance but can you outline what steps are need for the company to laund iFinix Trader? Is it only Beckman and L2 or more than that. TIA
L2? Frustrating to only see .03/.05...
I've seen that periodically throughout the day.
By no means am I a chartist or one who claims to read technicals at a high level. Also, pinks don't tend to trade in technical patterns. Atho INIX looks like it is starting to act less and less like a pink sheet stock. That said, it looks like we may be readying for another leg up above $0.45 beginning in the next few days. Of course any news may change this entirely.
Hope so. Preliminary Patetnt numbers are to be shared in February and then the partnerships are to be formed and communicated sometime in the 1st QTR. Both should bring more serious investors and get us moving in the right direction.
That's correct. ISCR meets all requirements except mkt cap (needs $25M) and they need a formal audit of their books for application, which is going on as we speak.
Agreed. Just felt it was worth noting that there may be wholesale business soon since most have been focusing on the launch and pps over the past two days. Easy to lose sight of some significant events to come.
Still the possibility of wholsale outlets purchasing RT (per PR) after L2 and pinks are up and running and all kinks are worked out, correct?
Either one would be fantastic. As long as we can get away from NITE, UBSS and all of the other MM's. Thank you for the reply.
I read a while back that there was a date set where more MM's would be able to trade the INIX stock. Was this ato setup a move to the OTC.BB board? Hoping the company is able to eventually move to the NASDAQ...
Can those who are up and running provide their reviews?
Congrats to all Longs on this boar, which seems to be almost everyone. I have been watching on the sidelines for a little over a month now. I had picked up a small lot, compared to most on this board, at $0.016 and for some reason today decided that I should increase my position 4 fold...about 30 mins before the PR. I feel like I should go ask for a raise now too...
Very nice and informed group of posters you have here. Congrats again. Looks like this may just be the beginning...
Here's an interesting response to a post where a negative basher on yahoo used Clare's post.

Contracts do not take a year. There is at least one done already and a fourth company has contacted ISCR. Keith confirmed that whe they give guidance in the near future for 2010, they will be giving guidance for both the med products AND MD@Hand. But again, its your investment and you have to feel comfortable investing your money. If you can get it cheaper, more power to you.
Patents typically take up to a year. I have spoken to the company and they have confirmed that hey will provide the preliminary patent numbers when they receive them.
I know that on econtract is signed already. I will not divulge how I know b/c it may jeopardize my relationship. So, you can trust me or not. I understand if you do not as this is a message board.
Somoene else has confirmed the 3Com is sending foor people to the company on Wednesday to peek under the carpet. Again, a message board so take from it what you will.
For your answer to the last Q. Do some research and you will see that their productts are SEEMLIESSLY matched to all e-health systems. MEaning mainframe systems. GL
If that's what you feel, go for it. I have never pumped this stock or any other stock. I would never tell anyone to buy or sell anything as it is not for me to suggest. It could fall as any investment has that potential. I personally do not feel that it will fall. I was refuting the statement of unfounded PR's, not the pps anyway. From a technical standpoint it does not look like it has more downward pressure so a nickel is probably aggressive, imo. If you can get it cheaper, good for you. GL
There have not been any PR's before the recent surge. So saying that you have heard them for a long time is not accurate. Maybe a long time ago. The 10Q shows %58 increase in revenues. If you don't care to own the stock I woudl suggest selling. If you have been burned, I would suggest selling. What do you gain from being here negatively? Maybe you have lost faith. That's fair. But sticking around to stomp your feet and throw tantrums is not worth anyone's time, including your own. No matter ho wmuch time you have. Some of us have contacted the company and spoken to them several times. One of those is me and I am very happy to own the stock. If you are not willing to call the company to research on your own then you shouldn't pass off the PR's as being unfounded. It's been roughly one month from when the PR's started coming out and the contracts, board member, ect... are expected to be announced in the near future. If you can't hold it in that long I suggest running to the bathroom and relieving yourself.
I never intimated that they can recommed OTC stocks. They absolutely show P/E's as there are thousands of unaudited companies that have P/E's assigned to them. I don't think it is an evaluation or endorsement. They are simply reporting the P/E directly from the financials. Certain 3rd party companies will not allow for a P/Eto be shown, which is why you will not see a P/E for OTC's or Pinks on Yahoo Finance as they use a third party to manage their financial site. But if you go to Scottrade, Ameritrade, Etrade or any other site they will hav ethe P/E. If they do not you simply can send a request for them to post it and they will.
Righty,
The majority of OTC traded stocks are unaudited. I do not agree with your assesment that $0.12 is overvalued. The company has $0.036 eps right now with %58 topline growth. Typically you have %20 topline growth demanding a p/e multiple of at least 10. Institutions will not buy OTC stocks, however if you are referring to broker dealers, they absolutely do assign p/e multiples to companies with unaudited financials.
While I understand the aprehension due to the past pps, I would suggest that you call the company to discuss any concerns before speculating on a message board. I have spoken to Keith Berman twice in the past week and can say that any uneasiness that I had is now loooong gone. Guidance will be given in the next few weeks for both Medical Products AND MD@Hand. We already have guidance of $45M+ revenues for the medical products and with the announcement of alliances with two major healthcare companies there will be incremental revenue guidance. That would be almost 100% growth over 2010 revenues which should boost the p/e multiple. All you have to do is look in the healcare or technology sector and find hundreds, if not thousands of companies trading well over $1 and much higher with ZERO revenues and HUGE Net losses. So, please do not take my word or anyone else's word from a message board. Call the company and speak to them. Those two company alliances that we will be haring about shortly both cold called ISCR. If there is that much demand without any marketing or sales effort I think you can figure out what that may mean with a little effort and a lobbyist in D.C.
So, yes the past charts look bad and the penny pumpers were the ones that sent this thing to $0.30. But right now ISCR is on the naked short list and the shares are not being delivered. Whether it is NITE or someone else it would appear to be manipulation. Either way, I have called the company and I have read the 10Q's. 7 consecutive qtr's of positive EBITDA and teh future looks to be about as bright as it can be in the two hottest sectors. So, with all that said and if all is true as I believe it to be, $0.12 would appear to be incredibly undervalued. GL, and if you are interested in the company and not here to bash, please call the company for yourself. It is well worth the time and effort.
More than four years ago. You should do your DD before posting nonsense. New Management has worked hard to shed the negativity of the old management. All you have to do is call the company and speak to them. Very good management in place and well worth the 5-10 mins it takes to call. I am much more confident after speaking to the company. GL
