Why not just call for yourself? You’ve spent more time arguing with me than it would take you to call. Believe what you want. Ed has lies for several years. Now he’s been caught in a lie because it’s easily verifiable. Keep buying shares if you want to.
I don't have private messaging so im doing this here for you...
if you really believe in everything you are saying.. then go on sicamor entertaiment twitter and tag https://twitter.com/RahmEmanuel to his posts about all of this stuff and see what happens..
just a thought :)
Can anyone answer questions about the forward split. Is so, my email is phoenixsoaring@ymail.com - I only get 15 posts on ihub.
Having used this puppy for a few weeks I have come to the conclusion that they would never change their system to suit me.
I think the color system on the last sale should only take in to account the price of the last sale. If transaction price is above or at the last on then it's green. If it's in the spread it's yellow and if it's at bid or below it's red.
That way you can glance across the room at a fast moving market and see if it's green and going up or red and going down. The fact that the color changes because of the bid and ask changing helps the mm make a confusing mess of things.
I don't know for sure guys so don't hold my feet to the fire on this one but they are addressing those very points. I though I was the only one who hated that ugly menu bar. Many programmers think their baby is the greatest and won't hide their work. I may have even been one of them. Let's see what the new version brings.
Bringing their attention to what's wrong and getting it fixed is the way to go.
In case some of you don't know...
There was news on June 10th regarding an upcoming upgrade with added tools for RealTime.
Hopefully this will solve a lot of issues.
Here's the link:
INIX News
sounds good. I myself do not have the service.Nice to chat with someone that has the system. Thanks for the info
Frank
Frank, the problem never really occurred, as it turns out.
I simply didn't realize that I had to re-enter the stock symbol in the field at the bottom left corner of the window to get the data.
It would be nice if I didn't have to do that, though. Another real-time service I had a while back would have those saved symbols already loaded and data displayed.
I still don't like that RealTime doesn't remember to Auto-Hide the top toolbar when I save the settings. A little annoying. Also, would be nice to have the saved workspace automatically loaded without my having to do that manually as well.
Hopefully, some of these will be addressed in the upcoming upgrade.
do you still have these problems?
Hey all, I see the last post here was a month ago, so not sure anybody comes over here anymore. But I want to voice my concerns with the software issues on RT. I've been using RT since it was released, I use it daily. Back then, I reported all the issues I had with it's usability and things that didn't quite work right. To this day, none of those issues have been solved. Why hasn't anybody gone into the software and tweaked those issues? Here is a short list again.
1. Changes made to the layout of the quote book don't stay.
2. Every time you relaunch the workspace, the control bar always resets to default settings and that setting is always on top, and not auto hide. So each time I relaunch, I have to click on the properties and reset the options the way I want, they won't stay set.
3. Sometimes the quotes just stop and stay frozen, and the quote page must be relaunched.
4. Sometimes, upon relaunching only some of the quotes populate, maybe a quarter or half the page, the others never pop up. So again it must be relaunched until it comes up correctly. And each time must reset the tool bar to auto hide and "always on top" turned off.
5. Switching from one tab, to another also results in a quote page that only partially populates many times, then again, must relaunch the workspace.
6. It often takes quite a while to populate all the information on the quote after switching tabs. Example, the company name, last price, bid, ask populate, but the high and low don't and it reads UNCH for a long time, even though it's not actually UNCH. So I have to go to another source for data, unless of course once again I relaunch the workspace and try again, having to reset the toolbar options yet again.
7. Some symbols won't stay on the quote page, I've had problems consistently with dia and spy. These are ETF"s for the dow and S&P 500. It will initially show the data, but within a day an error box will pop up and say "spy" an invalid symbol. Then the program says it has encountered an error and needs to shut down.
8. It allows the user to enter the same ticker twice on the same page, doesn't tell you it already exists and give an option.
The biggest problem to me is quote pages not populating completely and requiring a relaunch of the workspace. And in switching tabs, the quotes are too slow to populate and sometimes never do. Since relaunching the workspace always restores the quote page to the way it's saved, one still needs to switch tabs, and may find that they still don't populate all the quotes. Some remain blank. And the slowness of the high/low loading and the quote reading UNCH for many minutes.
That's all I can think of for now. I wish they would make some progress on these issues.
That is a post for the actual INIX board. Here is where technical questions are asked and answered.
Just so everyone knows - I'm here with you all the way, and I WILL be buying more. This sucks that I-HUB limited me this way, but whatever.
This isn't falling any further.
-Lipton
Admin has placed me on a 3 post per day restriction on the regular INIX board, so I hope you see this wally and xclr8tr.
Still no fill for me here. MM's still playing games.
There has been some wierdness.
The Quote Book and L2 works fine with multiple instances.
But, I loaded up a quote page with a bunch of stocks and labeled the tab as to what i wanted to call the list, and then did that a half dozen more times with more pages and tabs.
Saved the work space and when I reloaded, the tabs names were mixed up. Also noticed there is a certain number of stocks you can have in the list before the list does not respond very well and only partially fills in the info or gets slow.
I think I have a pretty big internet connection and measured the bandwidth usage as rt was working and loaded and didn't see anything too high in that regards.
Anyways, I asked tech support if they had anew version or any updates and he said in about a month a couple or more weeks ago.
Not sure if 'in about a month' is a standard reply or if we will see an update in a week or so.
There's a few things that need to be worked on.
Having a problem with my 'workspace'
Before I logoff in RealTime, I successfully save my workspace, which contains the Offer Book and Time/Sales for a couple of stocks.
When I logon to RealTime again, I load that workspace again and it comes up the way I saved it...BUT there is NO DATA for those stocks.
If I bring up a NEW Offer Book window, for instance, it instantly shows data, just not from my saved workspace. Odd, huh?
I've contacted iFinix online chat support and am waiting to hear from them.
Anyone else having this problem?
internet somewhere, I forget when.
How did you hear about iFinix RealTime?
thanks, I will when I have fund avilable.
thanks for your information. hom many stock I can watch on level at same time? is it stable?
You may also want to buy the stock. .01 is a LOW price for this company.
Don't listen to the bashers, they just want lower priced shares. INIX is a real company with a real product @ a real good price.
hey, they got Real Time ! LOL
They are Real, different from 98% of the other pk's.
Now back to your regularly scheduled program
IMO, iFinix's RealTime is superior to other L2 products. It is faster, I like the screens and the fact that I can have multiple books open, and it is less expensive. It's not as user friendly as some but once you get it all setup, its great. There is an update due out within two weeks which will provide enhancements.
You can sign up for the two week free trial and test it out.
As required by the SEC, there is a lenghty questionairre to fill out but other than that, I recommend you give RealTime a try. If you don't like it, then do not sign up again after the two weeks is up.
I use the investorhub' level 2 now $29.95/month. I may swtich to infinx if Ifnix real time L 2 is good.
Holy Cow. I jumped up and ran to the computer. I guess I feel like the Maytag warsher repairman. Long time since I have seen a post ot the trouble board and that's a good thing.
That was the right one to download.
Yes, as a matter of fact it was! Was that the wrong one to download? That's what iFinix tech support told me to.
Help me, help me.......
was it msxml.msi 5.0 MB file that you downloaded?
from this page
Well, I was finally able to get the issue with my email resolved, and as you confirmed, got online tech support with Jeff who sent me the download link as well as the link for the msxml.msi file to install.
Did the msxml install first, then clicked on the download link and got a dfsvc.exe exception file error with it asking me if I wanted to send the error message to Microsoft! When I got back in touch with Jeff online, he told me this was a system file issue on my end! Anybody seen this or have anything to offer here?
I googled dfsvc.exe and got a couple of hits on it, but nothing that helped me out. TIA
That probably wouldn't have happened if you made the trade today. I noticed price differences yesterday too and talked with XQ about it and he told me that Ifinix was working on Realtime throughout the day yesterday and that there would be times when the data did not jive.
Another positive that I notice with Realtime...
Ameritrade lists its individual execution volumes down to the hundreds only.
RealTime lists those volumes down to the single digits.
In addition to faster feeds, RT keeps looking better.
I agree exactly. I often see executions lumped together like that.
But my trade yesterday(or day before) of 29K shares was all alone by its lonesome self and showed up in both RT and Amer., but with different execution prices, even with the 4 decimal points enabled.
But as I just posted, I'm happy to see that it appears that both of those feeds are now in sync with each other, which is great to see.
There is a difference between providers as to how trades are printed. Some will combine orders, others will show tick by tick. I have seen trades that I have made combined with other orders on many, many occasions. I know this because I usually make an odd trade so I can tell how it is printed. Like, instead of buying 10000 shares I'll buy 9878. And then on many occasion I have seen my trade printed as 25878 for instance. So what they did is combine my trade with one or two others and printed them together. This is far from an exact market in how they show the orders.
Unfortunately, I'm now showing the last 2 trades for INIX through RT was @ 14:57 and 15:19.
Though Ameritrade shows 14 trades went through between that timeframe.
UPDATE: It looks like RT fixed their quotes during that time period. I now show RT and Ameritrade quotes in sync with each other. Great to see.
There could possibly be some minor tweaking that will be done on the Realtime display but I don't see it as a major issue.
I'm seeing the same thing with Scottrade and sometimes they will show you that 4th decimal and sometimes they don't. Realtime always will if there really was a trade executed that was out to the 4th decimal. MM's carve up the price pretty good at times, especially on low floaters. Every little fraction of a penny they can make they will squeeze out of the price. But they don't always print it the way the trade was actually executed.
We're talking about very small sums of money but for the MM's it add's up to significant money over time.
I totally hear ya, MM...yet my Ameritrade goes out to four decimal points and always shows the exact price of my trade executions.
That's why I'm concerned about the discrepency.
There are times when the Realtime price is showing an additional decimal being carried out on the price. You won't see it all the time but it's just a difference between Realtime showing it to you, and Scottrade isn't.
Still showing constant price differences between RT and Ameritrade regarding Bid & Ask as well as Time of Sales executions.
I'm concerned because today and the last couple of days I placed limit orders at specific prices. Those orders were filled at those prices, which were correctly displayed in Ameritrade, but not in the RT TOS.
I hope this trend does not continue.
i dont see time of sale details for XMDC.PK, i can see for other PK's like XMDC, EIGH etc.
this stock is doing so good, i was wondering if you, SPEC TRADER could loan me 59 cents so i could buy a megadeth coffee at 7-11 in the morning!
Thats what I was pointing out in my previous post Tycoon.
Wonder why there is a difference..
I'm a little miffed...
I put in a buy order at the ask of .018 just now for 29,000 shares, which filled exactly there.
My TD Ameritrade streamer shows the correct purchase @ .018, while RealTime shows the purchase @ .0185.
Volume is correct also, no double amount on total volume.
Anyone notice INIX is quoting INIX and the other PK's?
Just noticed that 4300 buy went through, finally, Scottrade is saying 4300 @ .018 and RT is saying 4300 @ .0185 and unchanged...
Does the level 2 include pinksheet now?
From what I see it's only doing it on pinks. Other exchanges the volume is correct.
Matt has decided that we could be an exception to the rule, and has allowed the INXR Technical board to be an open board … free to all to post here … even though the general iHub rule requires that boards that are not directed to a specific stock be classed as Premium. As this is a board about a specific product rather than a stock, this is a greatly appreciated concession by Matt. However; Matt has added “Just make sure no INXR stock talk happens, pls.”
Policing this policy is my responsibility, but I need your help. I don’t want to have to spend a lot of time deleting posts that are “Go INXR”, “Here’s where the price is going”, “here’s how to market it”, and “This feature will make the stock price go up” posts. Where your help comes in is that I don’t want you to post stock (company) related material on the Technical board.
Discussions about the care and feeding of the product are welcome. Problems discovered (and even better the solutions to those problems) would be great. Ideas on configuration, and tips on how to make it happen, should be a lot of fun.
If we start to drift, I will address it … but I’m a lousy negotiator, so I’ll probably just delete offending posts, and if that doesn’t work , ban the perpetrator from posting (if I can). Don’t expect a reply to a “Why did you delete my post” post, if the answer is covered here. Power corrupts, so be warned. If things get too bad, then we’ll be back to the restricted posting of a Premium board. Matt has given us a chance. Let’s not abuse his faith in us.
