Many Many lurkers with the same sad story but maybe not as big a problem as yours. It is what it is, just have to move forward and see what shakes out.
The most Lucid statement I've seen about IDCC in quite some time. Thank you.
Every once in a while a little shake down is a good thing.
I'm sure they will be missed.
Now all eyes are on Merritt, lets see what he can do moving forward. We've heard what he has done looking back (not bad).

teecee: I agree, many longs here bought very low and have bought and sold since. I have been silent while playing the ups and downs for profit. I still hold my original shares at $4.50.
Oh happy days.
twelvebees: ditto
OT: Bulldzr, I have free service "no imbedded adds" so I'm not sure what they look like but they are likely popup if they are selective.
Bulldzr: OPERA browser has a File> quick preferences> block popups.
I haven't seen a popup in 2 years. sssssssshhhhhhh keep it quiet.
OT: zitboy I use OPERA browser, set to no popups. I've been wondering what everyone was bothered about, I've used Opera for so long I'd forgotten I don't get pop ups anymore.
OT: Thanks I found a better location.
This ship will come in
long jouneys end
with stories applenty
sly sideways grin
small vessel for sure
seen through the din
she plies through the oceans
ignored as a whim
misty eyed seakers
we know where she's been
alliance created
she calls no one kin
say she's to slow
all flow no trim
fast ships do exist
tall masts, skilled men
but nature will test
i say with a grin
we give 'em a headache
a kick in the shin
i make this pronouncement
so far, now hear
nothing to fear
lets have a beer!

bulldzr: I was worried for a while that overproduction of phones would catch up with the industry but we seem to go through a phone every 18 months. We ordered the SonyEricsson T616 camera phone and the Samsung x427 flip. Took only two days to come in this week but both are GSM, so cingular gave us each a 6340i free for traveling. I don't think supply will catch up with demand for a very long time, as demand continues to change with time.

I just smell weakness, anger and fear. Not a bad smell as long as its not coming from IDCC.
OT: Bulldzr, Thanks! EOM

Got a mom pop restaurant here serve em up just like you said.
I serve em at Boy Scout camp in the winter. Hadden't thought about the bacon fat gonna try that next time. For 6 years my son thought I had made up that word. He laughed when I told a waitress I want a side o grits. Boy was he surprised.
Take care.
P.S. How'd you get that great gif on screen?
OT: Hello bulldzr, gotta check in now and then. It takes days of reading sometimes to see which way the wind is blowing on this board. I work with another poster who keeps me informed when things get a bit hot with IDCC. I'd say things are heating up a bit. What do you think.

I would also suggest that this board of longs has changed dramatically from the early raging bull, more professional analyses, tempered speculation, organized (albeit loosely) responses. Less critical yet still demanding in company accountability. Culminating in more emboldened and well informed defense of position.
This soap opera, (I mean that in a good way), has more twists, turns, drama, deceit, and mystery than anything on TV.
Gotto love it.

No surprizes
The only point in the Forbes article that I can see is FEAR.
And they think some mystery company will indemnify them?
Someone has convinced Ms MacDonald that they have all the inside answers. I don't think she realizes how exposed Nokia et al. appear in this article.
IMHO
Perhaps Corpgold got tired of all the rain and went looking for some other source of light.
